I received services from Northland Plastic Surgery for rhinoplasty back in March of this year. It's been 7 months and I'm near final results from the procedure. I spoke with Dr. Baertsch about straightening out my nasal bridge and reducing the size of my nasal tip. Overall my nasal bridge is much straighter. Not perfect, but I'm understanding of the fact that they can only do so much.

My nasal tip however is not satisfactory. One side of my nose is visibly larger than the other. The price of rhinoplasty was cheaper compared to other places I consulted with, so I cannot complain about that. I went in to remove my cast and Dr. Baertsch spoke about another follow up appointment. I never heard back from them; I'm unsure why nobody reached out to me.

I'm only somewhat satisfied with the results and left feeling confused as to why the cartilage of my nose was not removed evenly. I'm still insecure with my nose, and hope to seek out further procedures to fix it.

Back on July 28th Dr Fowler did my augmentation on one breast and mastopexy on my other breast. From my consultations to surgery day to follow up appointments, he was there. Not gonna lie I was terrified on surgery day as I've never had a surgery before. Day of my surgery he was there explaining everything again making me comfortable. When it came time and I was on the bed ready for the anesthesia, he held my one hand and a nurse held my other until I was sleeping.

Most amazing experience. 3 months post op and I feel great! Healing is amazing, my breasts look great. They look normal and natural for only having an implant in one. They're now the same size. No more insecurities!

Ardie is absolutely amazing. I had a microdermabrasion with an acid peel two weeks ago. For the first time in a very long time I can honestly say I am in love with my skin. So smooth and youthful looking. Just what I needed after these many months of isolation:

Every patient is different, so ask a lot of questions "what might happen". my experience was not as I anticipated for a facial lipoma. had much swelling, black eyes and numbness. although these were not discussed in detail before or after surgery, when informed, the staff was thorough with recommendations on how to treat.

Fowler Fowler Fowler. ok ok ok where to start. I'll try to be Spark Notes - I got liposuction of abdomen, flanks and inner thighs. There are not many reviews for Aestetic/cosmetic stuff on here so I wanted to add to the collection to help others out! I was thinking hmmmm does he do much plastic work will he be good at LIPO, I see mostly amazing reconstruction reviews.

I took a chance and went with him because of the reviews and Harvard / U of M trained duhhhhh. I have gotten lipo before from a celebrity plastic surgeon with 28 years of experience, so I had high standards. Yooooo Fowler, I am dialed in. my stomach on flat flat. Because I got lipo before, I wasn't that big and was going to have a lot of scar tissue, so I was hoping he could just make me even smaller / tighter, plus some quarantine rolls.

Well I am only 2 weeks post op, still have swelling, but I can already see a difference in my torso with how flat my stomach is and ab lines coming through. My thighs have lost the puffy look and he took the bulge off on upper inner thigh that sticks out in pants and feathered down my leg a little to make it look gradual. The recovery was good where I was actually concerned he didn't do the surgery because the same day I felt fine lol I know this is not always the case but it was way less "took me down" than my first round. Fowler is soooo educational, smart and down to earth.

I ask one question and he's got like 3 studies to explain why but it's the way he sits or his mannerisms or something where it's like "I'm listening". For example, I wanted to show him my goal "snatched" stomach photo ALBUM lol lol and he's like "heck ya let's do it" as he's leaning back in the chair and pops up to look and we are scrolling through IG to look at what I want.

On the day of surgery, he came in to mark me up but before doing that he sat with me and my fiance talking for half hour showing us pictures of his cars and we were talking about our life and random stuff. OK there's more. I got a breast lift from another surgeon, amazing results but bad scars. He took me without a consult and injected Kenalog into the scars.

If this doesn't make them better, he will excise them. He didn't charge me much for the Kenalog because he was just trying to help me out. Also after lipo, my compression garment got loose quick, and I couldn't find one that went down to my knees, so I called saying I'll pay for one, they gave me another one for free! Those things are Marena-expensive.

Because I have gotten so many plastic surgeries, the one thing I like the most is that you meet with FOWLER every time. Many times you meet with the nurse even to talk about your surgery which is crazy to me! But I get it, people get busy. So I hope he doesn't become too busy and still takes his time like he does! I want another surgery so I can keep coming there!

Charging $227 for a consultation is really just out of this world. I moved to AZ a few months ago and I had another consultation with a plastic surgeon who doesn't charge anything $00 for consultation. I also received the best care ever. I will be returning this office down here to get the surgery done. I wish I could get a refund, because I never even went through with the surgery after consultation because of cost and here I am out of $230. all I did was get shown where the cuts would be made and what scarring would come out as. It was a 5 min consultation. That's $46 a minute.

My experience with Northland Plastic Surgery has been exceptional. From my consult to the my post ops, I have zero complaints. Dr Fowler is AMAZING! He is a straight shooter and his bedside manner is great. My results so far could not be better! I was very nervous the day of my surgery but all the staff quickly made me feel better and I was very well taken care of. Highly recommend Dr Fowler and his staff.

At my consultation with Dr Fowler I knew he was the doctor I wanted to preform my surgery. He listened to what I was wanting with results. He explained everything in detail and answered all my questions. After surgery I had a question late in the evening. His partner called me back within minutes. His staff was also amazing in checking in with me and making sure everything was going well. Everyday I know I made the right choice in surgeons.
