We appreciate the availability of the practice and how welcoming it was throughout the visits as well as the first time making my son's appointment. He's our first child, we didn't know what to do, who to call or what to expect. He fractured his elbow, we didn't have insurance and obviously we worried for him + the cost of surgery (being the worst case scenario).

From the minute the receptionist answered the phone, first available appointment was the next day (after being referred out by urgent care), we let her know we would be self pay, the cost and estimate was great to know in order for us to be prepared. Thank you to the team and Dr. For working with us and making us feel at ease from the start. Honestly, we could not be any happier.

Great communication with the team and welcoming staff. lets hope we won't be back for a while but in case it happens again, we know where to go and who to refer our friends and family to! Thank you again!

Great Customer Service! Dr. Ford did an amazing job answering all of our many questions. He gave us options, real world applications and every day stretches that we can do right from home. Quick in and out, we will use this awesome Practice for all of our Orthopedic needs! Thanks Everyone!

I have coming to your office for more than 10 years. And I have had excellent care all around. From the Physicians to the Nurses the Receptionist, and the X-Ray Tech. Everyone is very polite, helpful. I have never had a bad experience with your office. I even had brought my 92 year old mother. And they were so patient with he (she I had full on Dementia).

She had to had surgery on her shoulder. And like I said everyone was so nice and kind to her. That impressed me so much. I had been coming before I made her a patient on your office. That meant the world to me. Keep up the good job! You all are the BEST! Thanks for everything Julie Mcguigan

Staff was caring and friendly. Waiting room was clean and sanitary. Got appointment time within two weeks of calling. I hope I don't have to frequent orthopedic clinics, but if I have the need I won't hesitate to go back and see Mark Ford and the staff there again!

I left happy until I picked up medicine Dr. Ford prescribed. We discussed options for hip pain. He prescribed Tramadol, saying it's a mild narcotic. I have had bad reactions to narcotics. I read the sheet. I rarely do. They're scary. But the first line: it's very strong. A bad opioid. Can't take it with my health issues. Won't go back!

Got in the day after i broke my hand and i was happy with that and how nice the front desk staff is, however after being put into a removable cast that did nothing but cause pain there were no answers to calls i made or the message i left (UNTIL AFTER I TOLD THEM I WAS BACK AT THE ER), they could've at least called me something in or moved my appointment up. instead i ended up BACK at the er due to the severe pain and finding a new orthopedic. I'd give no stars if i could.

Fantastic visit with Mark Ford. Quickly diagnosed the problem for my teenage daughter, treated her with care and respect. After listening to her concerns he gave her a plan of action customized to her abilities. great visit, great individualized care!

Dr. Harding is the best. Best at listening and caring for his patients. After an ankle fracture and a horrible visit to a different orthopedic practice I came to Dr. Harding for a second opinion. His approach was patient centered, not Dr. centered. He gave me options, which included a non-surgical treatment for my ankle fracture. I have thrived with my 'natural healing' approach and feel I'm 95% of pre-fracture self. Again, he is the best, look no further for your orthopedic needs.

Was early for my appointment but filled out one page of paperwork and was let back to exam room early. Wasn't kept waiting in exam room for more than 5 - 6 minutes. Dr. Wood was great. Talked with me, and ask questions, to find about my shoulder problem. Took action to move forward to solve my problem. Wish I had come to this office to see Dr. wood months ago.

Non professional and quite hubris communications with the patient. Cindy and Dr. Mark Ford were non-responsive and short tempered to my insurance company's request for a peer to peer review with the requesting physician (Dr. Ford) for an MRI. He abruptly hung up the phone as if they're always right and everyone else is whatever. Don't waste your time at this facility and I wouldn't be surprised to see them removed from my companies network of providers.

Dr. Tanner was excellent. I had a bad experience with a practice across the hall and decided to go with Dr. Tanner and his medical practice and I was richly rewarded. Dr. Tanner explained the procedure and got me into the rotation to get surgery. The fact that he used state of the art robotics to help do my hip replacement was a plus. I was in and out in a day.

My home care PT was excellent and the PT folks that Dr. Tanner’s office is co-located with run by Erica was outstanding. It’s been four months and I’ve lost 40 pounds and I’m doing 5 miles on a treadmill four days a week but the best part is I’m pain free. I took my Harley out for a ride the other day and I didn’t have to take any advil before, during or after the ride. Dr. Tanner was excellent. Thanks to him and the nice staff that runs the place from the medical techs and nurses to the nice reception staff!

Dr. Harding is an amazing physician and surgeon. My previous employer Premier Physical Therapy is the first time I heard of amazing hip replacements and knee replacements he had done. Once my back pain became intolerable I knew exactly who to go see. He took me under his wing, took extra steps and was determined to figure out an appropriate and cause. Imaging, blood works and specialists was his first step under the calcification in my back His tech Melissa is great as well as everyone at the front desk from Keisha to Kim to Stacey.

As we all know I am very picky when choosing doctors, I research them, look at their satisfaction rating and surgery success rate. Therefore, if I say Dr Harding and his staff is amazing it speaks VOLUMES. Nerve block helped tremendously.

Amazingly talented physicians, top notch aides, and wonderfully conscientious and fun personnel abound in this organization! I have had experience with several orthopaedists in the area; none of them have attained the quality care that CVOSM has mastered. They are SKILLED, CARING, and RESPONSIVE, and I will never go anywhere else!

The last few weeks I've been hobbling around almost a cripple. BOTH my weenie knees were vexing me. After rounds of ibu and rest, and still no better, I finally relented and saw my orthopod yesterday. He said I have age knees (getting old is So Much Fun). No needing surgery or replacement...yet, and maybe never. He said I'd need some nice Rx and just a shot in each knee. WHAT?? OMG.

I have shot phobia! He said how about if we do just one, the worst one. Begrudgingly I whispered ok. Sat he down and swabbed me up. He kept up a nice line of patter as I did not even look at that injection monstrosity. After a few moments he said all done! I said WHAT? That's all it is? That was almost nothing. Well hellfire, let's do the other one!

And we did. And I wouldn't even call it painful. Maybe a bit of discomfortable (my word) pressure, this syringe of fluid stuffed with anti-inflammatory cortisone, numbing goo, etc - well, it just felt weird is all. I tell you this so if you're hinky about such a shot and you need one (at least for the knees), give it a whirl! I already feel so much better!
But, be sure to have to have the right MD.

My doctor is the ever affable, always cracking me up with his wicked humor, ever talented Dr Philip Holzknecht of this office. He has been doing this shot for years on end, so I felt I was in good hands for my knees. I am amazed at the improvement so far.
Furthermore, this is the doctor who took my husband out of horrible pain by supremely performing rotator-cuff surgery last February. Hubby can no longer even tell that he had that horrible shoulder pain. I cannot say enough good things about Dr Philip Holzknecht and his very proficient and professional office.

GREAT PEOPLE! In and out in a timely manner. Doctors and nurses were absolutely awesome. Doctor wrote me a prescription and something was going on with their systems and nurse Amy came and dropped it off for me in her own time off. If you go anywhere I'd totally recommend them.

If I could give all negative stars here I would! My husband and I had the absolute worst experience ever. These doctors don't care about anything but getting a paycheck they couldn't care any less about your well-being and that's truly sad when you're expecting them to take care of you!

Love Dr. O'Brien. He has done one total knee replacement for me and will do end up doing the other one soon. You can hardly see my scar. He is fantastic, even if Dr. Johnny is better giving shots! Just saying!

I was able to get an appointment the same day I called for my daughter who broke her wrist. They were prompt, professional, and caring. Highly recommended!
