These changes can leave women feeling older, undesirable and depressed after pregnancies. No amount of exercise and good nutrition is going to totally correct these changes in the body. In these instances a tummy tuck may be applied to remove stretch marks and loose skin, tighten the separated muscles of the abdominal wall, revise c-section scars as needed, and give you a more youthful, rejuvenated tummy.

A lumpectomy is an attempt to keep the breast shape while treating the breast tumor. Clinical studies have demonstrated that many breast cancers can be treated with a lumpectomy and radiation and achieve similar results as mastectomy. Therefore, the tumor and surrounding breast tissue is removed and most of the breast stays. However, radiation can have significant deforming effects on the breast. Originally from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, Dr. Parva graduated Magna Cum Laude from Westminster College and got his medical degree from Temple University School of Medicine. Graduating in the top 10% of his class, Dr, Parva was elected as a member of the medical honor society, Alpha Omega Alpha. He finished his General Surgery Residency at Temple University Hospital and his Plastic Surgery Residency at Indiana University Medical Center. Dr. Parva was also a Plastic Surgery Research Fellow at the University of Pittsburgh.

Dr Parva was recommended by a friend of mine so I decided to call and schedule a consultation. I have since had several procedures done and I honestly couldn't be any happier. As a dentist in my case, pediatric dentist our work takes a toll on our bodies specially back and upper body. Posture is very important. The heaviness off my breast was starting to become very uncomfortable. Once I decided to get a breast reduction, I went straight to Dr Parva. I had my breast implants removed & breast lift in September 2020. I had Breast Implant Illness & voiced my concerns to Dr. Parva. He listened to my wants & did everything I asked of him. He even went above & beyond by taking pictures of my scar tissue during surgery which I didn't ask of him but he wanted ensure me that he did everything that I asked of him.
I am SO happy with my results! I went from taking 4 naps a week to having SO much energy! In my case my implants were making me sick & now that they are out I feel amazing! I cannot thank Dr. Parva & is office staff enough!

My experience with Dr. Parva was nothing short of amazing. I had an abdominoplasty to repair diastasis and a hernia. I could not be more pleased with the results of my surgery; they are even better than I expected! Dr. Parva is is a kind, patient, and compassionate person who was able to make me feel comfortable asking questions. I always felt that he was honest and also cautious which gave me the confidence I needed to proceed with the surgery.
In addition, I am grateful for his entire staff. Sarah, the patient coordinator, took care of scheduling my surgery and coordinating with my OB/GYN's office. I can't put into words how I feel about Dr. Parva and his entire staff. The professionalism and care that he and his staff exude is off the chart amazing. I had a mastectomy and reconstructive surgery in 2018 and I felt so cared for throughout the entire process. He is a wonderful doctor. I highly recommend him.

Words CANNOT describe just HOW AMAZING Dr. Parva and his entire office staff are!!!!! Even though I wanted this procedure so badly I could taste it, I still had some fear and intimidation towards the actual process. After all, it IS major surgery and I had never experienced anything like that before. From start to finsh, however, Dr. Parva was there every step of the way, addressing my concerns and making me feel totally confident and comfortable in my decision.
His office staff (Petra, Rose, Marny, Stess and Linda) were SO unbelievably supportive and helpful, and made me stress-free throughout all of the appointments, paperwork and financing. During the ACTUAL procedure, I couldn't have been in better hands, whatsoever. Dr Parva (successfully) performed my breast reconstruction after a mastectomy for breast cancer - he then introduced me to his colleague Nancy. Nancy is a miracle worker with lasers, Botox , and fillers. Nancy told me about a new service call Diva that helps women with vaginal dryness - a huge issue for cancer survivors. It also addresses other problems that come along w menopause. I tried Diva and have been very happy with the results -- highly recommend Nancy (and Diva). And will be forever grateful to Dr Parva.
