Laxity in skin, muscle and fat under the chin lead to the appearance of multiple chins. Relaxation of neck muscles can result in vertical bands running from the chin to the base of the neck. Neck fat tends to descend and pooch out with aging. Unfortunately the fat under the chin is often hereditary and unaffected by dieting and weight loss. Younger individuals may derive benefits from isolated liposuction since their tissues are still elastic and can conform to the new thinner contour of the neck following fatty tissue removal.
Older individuals who have undesirable excess fat and flaccid neck muscles may require a neck lift or facelift following liposuction to re-drape and smooth out the redundant midline neck skin.

Dr. Urvashi Kaw is wonderful! I highly recommend her if you have South Asian/Indian skin. She knows exactly what products and treatments your skin needs. She has years of experience with not only south asian but ALL skin types and creates a unique treatment plan catered to you. Each time you visit, she spends time to get to know you and your skin. Dr. Kaw gave me a laser treatment for my skin tags and said I should see results in 2 weeks. But it was only about 5 days later that the tags started to just wipe off whenever I rinsed my face with cool water. It was incredible. My face over the past few years had started to accumulate little dark spots and tags of various sizes. My skin is now smooth and skin tag free. I wish I had gotten this done sooner. I am extremely happy with my new smooth, face.

I saw Dr Urvashi Kaw for a consultation on a minor skin condition. Dr Kaw saw me on time and was very thorough in her exam. Although they did not perform the biopsy of a growth that was noticed, she gave me her professional opinion and a suggested course of action. She did remove several small lesions and on my follow up cryo'd them. I was very happy with Dr. Kaw and would gladly see her again.

Unfortunately for me I happened to be a recent victim/patient of Steven Dayan. I have been completely disfigured by him, my eyelids have terrible scars that resemble burn scars, the tip of my nose is twice the size it used to be. If it wasn't for the necessity of masks I wouldn't be able to leave the house. Beware of this unqualified, unscrupulous person.

Dr. Kaw has done wonders for my skin and hair. I came into the office with rosacea and hair thinning issues. Today I saw before and after pictures of my scalp and they were night and day. I actually forgot that my hair was thinning that badly. I highly recommend going to her for treatments if you are feeling insecure about your hair. Also her assistant Kim is a sweetheart and really gentle when assisting the treatments.

Was referred to Dr. Dayan by another plastic surgeon I highly respect. He and his assistant, Kim, were excellent. His office staff is INCOMPETENT. Took 5 phone calls hung up on once, left on terminal hold once, 3 other calls to re-explain everything. Final call to get a prescription called into Costco, no one knew anything, had any information from my previous 4 calls. POOR customer experience with his office staff - beware.

I've been receiving PRP hair treatments here and it's incredible. I came with thinning hair along my hairline and around my head. I had Botox injections that wore off after about a month, and they charge around $17/cc, as compared to $10-11/cc everywhere else. The worst part, though, was that when I called to ask how much was injected and other questions about my specific treatment, the receptionist just gave me the information without asking me to verify my DOB, address, SSN, or anything else. I told her my name and she read me my chart. That's pretty concerning.

I had a lot of recommendations for dayan. I went in for a very minimally invasive procedure. I came in with the the intention to get my under eye troughs done. I started my treatment with Michelle, then dr.dayan came in to finish. I can only assume to fix my botched under eyes. Unfortunately, it was too late. I did not get my money back and it was not fixed. I had to pay to 1790 to fix this. These are my pictures. Do not go here

Last year, with a great deal of courage and anxiety over my botched Dayan nose, I reluctantly agreed to travel to Italy for vacation. You'll note in the photo, how bad my nose actually is. I would now LOVE to get a revision, but 1. Dr Dayan said he would actually only add another graft to my already clearly overgrafted nose and would not correct anything else because he said he wasn't sure the blood supply was ample enough to heal (he just actually didn't want to re-open and redo anything, as--per the time and energy it would take--it wouldn't be financially advantageous for him to correct it). I now want a revision but would never go back to Dayan.

Highly recommend Michelle for botox, fillers as she's given me a very natural, smooth look without looking like a crazed "housewife". I've been seeing Michelle for years and have always felt heard heard, valued and cared for. The girls at the front dest are friendly and warm. I make appointments online which is easy and efficient. I have tried the M sculpt with shockingly good results.
Their Morpheus treatment is amazing. I was skeptical yet the results speak for themselves. Smoother overall look, tightened jawline, absolutely no downtime. Cannot recommend Morpheus more!

I had an excellent consultation with Selika yesterday. I was happy to have a knowledgeable professional offer options to meet my needs. All my questions were thoroughly answered, and I walked out with the information I needed to make an informed decision on treatment choice. I was also pleased that Selika was familiar with my neurological condition (cervical dystonia), leading her to help me have a more comfortable injection experience and give me the ability to be a better patient with less movement while being treated. So happy with my results! It's been four weeks and my neck/lower face mini lift looks better every day. Pre and post surgery Instructions were so detailed and easy to follow. Dr Dayan listened to my concerns and answered every question. The staff is very professional and welcoming. I would recommend Dr Dayan and his amazing staff to everyone. It's taken me almost 8 years to muster the courage to write this. I had an ethnic rhinoplasty in October 2010. It looks worse than when I came in. My complaints we're that the top was too bulbous and the nostrils too wide. He attempted to fix the bulbous top but it's bigger and it's crooked too. He didn't attempt to fix the overall nostril width.
When I expressed my dissatisfaction with the result, he told me that it wasn't crooked at all and totally blew off my concerns. It looks like a "Pollybeak deformity". His "satisfaction guaranteed" means nothing. In fact, I think my case is too complex for him and if you have a complicated ethnic rhinoplasty goal, go somewhere else.

I went to Dr. Dayan's office for waxing, and it was a fantastic experience. In the past, I've had my; back, nose, ears and brows waxed at several places in the city including; The Sisters and The Brow Bar at Macy's as well as some other day spas, and nothing compared to my positive experience at Dr. Dayan's office. The aesthetician, Stephanie is THE BEST, here's a few reasons why; - Very professional and friendly. - Everything was clean and sanitized - Genuinely sought feedback as to what I was looking for, and how I was feeling throughout the process. - She did the best waxing job I've ever had. - It wasn't painful - Let me repeat, out of all of the times I've had waxing done - It was the least painful, and looks the best. The entire office is exceptionally friendly and professional as well. This is the only place I will go to for waxing from now on.

Dr Dayan overstates his skills. When any complications arise he does not provide solutions and makes patient believe that poor outcomes are patient's fault. He was aggressive when performing my injections in front of residents when I specifically asked not to have present during my procedure He did not respond to my request to provide me with answers to bad outcomes

I can only speak about the rhinoplasty surgery I had done back in 2009 with Dr Dyan. I thought I did my research and felt comfortable with Dr Dyan. I wanted to remove a hump on my nose. He said he could do that and fix my tip. When all was said and done. I can feel an indentation where my jump was, my nose is crooked and pinched on one side. I will post a picture so you can see the results. I didn't want to go back to him because I don't trust his work. Looking back I wish I would have gone more consultations. I may have gone to a different doctor.

I went to Dr. Dayan's office for laser hair removal. It was my first time going to a med spa. Upon entering the office I was greeted by a friendly receptionist and given papers to fill out. I was offered water or coffee as well. When I was called for my appointment I was very comfortable with the two women in the room handling my appointment. They were both friendly and easy to talk with. Overall everyone was very friendly and I cannot wait to go back for my next appointment.

I scheduled an appointment for under-eye fillers. When I got there, I mentioned the Yelp page to the receptionist and told her it made me nervous. She said "no, omg, there are a lot of fake reviews on Yelp, that's why we hate Yelp, it's not accurate, we never send our Yelp page out" Seemed fishy but ok. I was already there. Low and behold - everyone here was right!
This place is awful. All they want is money. They won't stop calling/emailing me. They will recommend as many procedures as possible for money. If you are on the fence about something, DON'T go there expecting an honest opinion. You simply won't get it. This is a total shame. Ruining people's FACES to make an extra buck. That's so terrible. It should be a crime. Hate this place and they're the REASON that places like Yelp have to exist. Ugh. Disgusting

I have been going to Dr. Dayan since 2006 or 2007. I use to see Dr. Dayan and continued with Michelle. I have been very happy with the work they do. I have had fillers, botox and reshape the race with fillers. I have never had a problem with them. It's hard to see some of the negative reports on Dr. Dayan when by now, I would have seen something wrong. As a facial cosmetic Dr., I think he is the best in the gold cost area! Dr. Dayan is truly an artist. The work you request he customizes to what will fit you naturally. I have gone in for a touch up before and he had said "no" because it would look unnatural. He is honest, kind, and very gentle which makes it great if you're getting a quick touch up and you can walk out of the office with little to no marks on your face and continue with your day. His staff is wonderful, they're such kind people. I split my time in LA and Chicago, and hands down, Dr. Dayan is the best cosmetic surgeon I have ever seen!!!!

Wonderful care! This was my second, corrective rhinoplasty and Dr. Dayan was willing to see me for as many consultations as I wanted until I as comfortable. The deviation was worse than he thought and I woke up from surgery with grafts needed to be taken from both of my ears for my nose. Still, he listened to all of my needs - for no grafts from my rib and for no splits inside my nose.
The second fear for me was the removal of the splits, stitches, etc. I could NOT have had better care! I felt as though each Nurse Practitioner and person helping me was my own mother! They would help me breathe to calm me down, let me take my time, rub my arms, and go as slow as necessary to make each step a painless procedure.
Dr. Dayan's team is also extremely communicative and is also answering any emails I have from abroad in my recovery almost immediately.
You could really not find a more caring, determined team of doctors, nurses, and help to guide you through the journey of your surgery. For any procedures at all - I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Dayan!

In my experience, this doctor does exactly what you tell him to do, no more, no less. He knows what he is doing, but you as a patient need to be able clearly articulate what you want.
