It is a tall order, but I have always said, 'If I can't do the procedure and make it look natural, I am not going to do it.' I have always wanted to emphasize exemplary service. Therefore, my sta and I treat patients like family. While Dr. Flint was born and raised in California and completed her undergraduate education there, she moved to Phoenix to complete her general surgery training.
From the day I opened my practice, I have always said, 'If I can't create a natural-appearing result, I am not going to perform the procedure.' I feel strongly that most patients want to look as good as they can at any given age, but none want to look unnatural. With the techniques I use, there is no reason anyone but you ever has to know you have chosen to improve your appearance. As a female surgeon, I feel I share similar perspectives with my patients regarding a desire to appear rejuvenated and fit.

I went to Dr Flint for a lip lift, which, she calls an in office procedure. I was lead to believe it is a very simple surgery. I had the surgery in Jan and I would never suggest for anyone to do this in office procedure. It needs to be done in a surgical facility. It is the middle of March and I am still suffering pain and redness, it has not healed.
My stitches are uneven and noticeable. Dr Flints office has only seen me one time for my complaints and issues. She could care less how you look or feel. Please don't consider her for any surgery related to your face. You will be on your own

I had a breast reduction August 2021. Needless to say, I noticed some issues after about 5 months. I decided to wait a year, like is suggested, before returning to the office. Needless to say, she did see me several times without charging me as I voiced my concerns. Honestly, I was told so many stories, of which none added up. I kept returning in hopes she would do the right thing and fix the issues.
Double talk, I received different stories from many in the office including the doctor but no acknowledging the issues and correcting them. I was quoted more money each time with additional procedures, I only wanted the problems fixed. I understand I would have to pay something, but not the entire amount again, oh with a 20% discount, although more procedures were added to the one I only wanted fixed. Disappointed.
I have since went to another doctor and they informed me that according to my records, there was no issues with blood flow, so my breasts could have been smaller like I originally wanted. Further, the new doctor confirmed another complaint, one breast is significantly larger than the other and the nipples are uneven. Here I am, going to pay a new doctor to fix the problems of the original doctor. Having said this, my biggest issues is all the double talk, I just wanted honesty, acknowledgement, and for the issues to be rectified, I for sure did not get that.
How disappointing, even more than the additional money, I now have to pay for the mistakes. Here is my advice, make sure you ask if this office has a policy, for example, if things do not go well, how do they rectify the situation. Otherwise, you will be looking for another doctor to fix them. Very irritated and unhappy about the entire situation.

Dr. Flint and her staff are extremely helpful and caring. I recently had a breast augmentation done by her and could not be happier with my results. Her facilities are amazing and her staff is awesome. Dr. Flint is very honest about what implants would best suit you from not only an aesthetic standpoint but also from an overall health perspective in the long run. Would not have gone to anyone else!

Trusting Patti Flint for my breast augmentation was the best decision I could have made. Patti is professional and hands on. She is involved with each decision made, she does measurements and scientifically looks at her patients for the best and safest possible result. My friends and family say "I look naturally enhanced, the way I was always supposed to look." Patti is quality first.
Her staff not only worked with me on my payments, but they allowed me to change my surgery day due to financials. The staff treated me very kind and took my concerns to heart. Always available to answer my calls. The clinic is also beautiful! Each experience in the facilities was luxurious.

Thank you to Dr. Flint and her amazing staff for taking such good care of me through my surgeries. I recently had a tummy tuck and am absolutely thrilled with the results - I look like I've lost 15 lbs! The surgery center, nurses and anesthesiologists are all so professional and caring and help to keep you comfortable -and to calm your nerves. I previously had breast augmentation (4 years ago) and am equally as happy!
I visit monthly to see Sara who is their Esthetician. Dr. Flint stays up with the latest technologies and treatments available and I trust them to recommend the best options for my skin. I highly recommend Dr. Flint and her team - they are the best! Love ya Cathy, Kristy, Ashley, Diana, Sara and Katie :)!

I went to Dr. Flint 3 years ago for a breast lift. They suggested a small implant to give my breast some fullness because sometimes with just a lift after a year or 2 the breast might look a little deflated. I opted for the implants which now I wish I never did! I was not told of any complications from implants. I was told the new Silicone ones I was getting were safe.
Even if they crack they will not leak. My breast looked fine, but now I am having some pain and a small lump in the left breast and my right breast is smaller which can indicate a leak. I went for a sonogram 2 times and then decided to go to Ironwood cancer center for a consult just to make sure everything was OK. The DR there suggested an MRI. She informed me that an MRI should be done after 3 years of an implant and then every 2 years after.
I called Flints office and was told Dr, Flint suggest an MRI after 10 year! I went on the website for the implants that I have, Here is what it says. What should I know before getting breast implants? Breast implants are not lifetime devices, and not necessarily a one-time surgery. Many of the changes to your breasts following implantation cannot be undone.
If you later choose to have your implant(s) removed and not replaced, you may experience unacceptable dimpling, puckering, wrinkling, or other cosmetic changes of the breast, which may be permanent. Breast implants may affect your ability to breast-feed, either by reducing or eliminating milk production. Rupture of a silicone-filled breast implant is most often silent and may not be detected by you or your doctor.
You should have an MRI 3 years after your surgery and then every 2 years after that for as long as you have your breast implants to determine if rupture is present. If implant rupture is noted on an MRI, you should have the implant removed, with or without replacement. With breast implants, a routine screening mammography and self-examinations for breast cancer will be more difficult.
Ask your doctor to help you distinguish the implant from your breast tissue. Symptoms of a ruptured implant may be hard knots or lumps surrounding the implant or in the armpit, change or loss of size or shape of the breast or implant, pain, tingling, swelling, numbness, burning, or hardening. Tell your doctor of these symptoms and remove ruptured implants.
Inform any other doctor who treats you of the presence of your implants to minimize the risk of damage to the implants. This should be fully explained at your consult. I am looking into getting my implants removed but not by Flint. Please look at healingbreastimplantillness.com before getting these toxic things in your body.

I had an awful experience with plastic surgeon Patti Flint and her aesthetician Angella. Patti and her aesthetician claim to remove tattoos with their micro needling machine. This is not the case! This is a complete waste of your time and money! It costs $200 per treatment. Typically you need around 3 treatments waiting a period of 3-4 weeks in between.
I had 3 treatments and there is ABSOLUTELY NO difference. Also, your skin is red and irritated, and it peels continuously for the few weeks in between treatments. This procedure does NOT work! DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY LIKE I DID! Patti Flint is an awful plastic surgeon to charge hundreds of dollars to her patients and not deliver them any sort of improvement.
Just take their money and say we can guarantee our work. Patti has made several of the same comments to her several poor yelp reviews. If you read her comments she says: Sorry to hear you had an unpleasant experience. Or sorry to hear your experience did not exceed your expectations. Or I'm deeply disappointed if you had a bad experience with us. It makes me sad. NO IT DOESN'T. She does not give a crap! She just takes your money and says I'm sorry you did not like our work! Please!

Very poor experience with this doctor. My last review was removed because of a lawsuit going on at the time. I had a tummy tuck and Lipo from Flint. Very jagged scar, which I can live with, but it was also puckered at the hip. In addition she left fat flaps above the incision line. Even though I am now very thin due to illness (unrelated) the fat and skin still sits unevenly above my suture line.
In addition she removed "fat" from my lower inner thighs instead of my upper. It left my with streaking, scarring, and completely unbalanced looking thighs. Yes, all was brought to her attention. She brushes things off, made promises to fix, never did. Bedside manner is snobbish & arrogant. Would never go back. 2 stars only for a decent tummy tuck, (no separating) although not aesthetically finished on above flanks. Patti--I would WELCOME a consult with you.
As far as mentioning lawsuits, back in 2014 I was contacted about one against you. It is not "slanderous". You may have won, but I know as I was contacted & refused to join as a commentator.

I had a breast reduction in 1999, by Patti Flint. It was the worst, I was left with horrible scars and abnormal breasts. I tried going back for a consult and she wouldn't give me the time of day. It's been 18 years and I'm very upset how my breast turned out. Does anyone have recommendations for a revision?

I went to Dr. Patti Flint for a breast augmentation and had an amazing experience! She and her staff are wonderful. Her offices are beautiful and her surgery center was so clean and welcoming. Her surgery center staff did an amazing job of making me feel comfortable and relaxed. I love my body again and I owe it to Dr. Flint. She did a great job of keeping my look natural but full and proportional. I'd never go anywhere else.

At 40 years old after 12 plus years of wanting and thinking and dreaming about breast augmentation and 3 plastic surgeon consultations, I met Dr. Flint and knew right away that she was my surgeon. I booked my surgery almost immediately after my first meeting with her and am so happy that I did. Every step of the process has been fantastic, enjoyable and seamless.
Every single staff member is caring and genuine from the beginning to the end. I have a long way to go in my recovery, but even at 2 weeks post op I am beyond happy with the results of my breast augmentation. Trust me when I tell you to save the consultation fees of other docs for some sexy new bras! Your consultation with Dr. Flint is the only one you will want or need.

After researching what seemed to be every board certified plastic surgeon, my husband and I felt confident in choosing Dr. Flint for my augmentation. She had amazing reviews and the pictures on her site proved she does amazing work. I was extremely nervous to take the next step and have a consultation. I was terrified of being put to sleep and having the procedure done. However, I have been unhappy for many years and really wanted to do this for myself.
At the consultation, Dr. Flint and her staff were extremely patient and warm. Dr. Flint is highly professional and educated. They answered all my questions and eased my mind about the procedure. I had my procedure done at Greenbaum Surgery. I felt very well taken care of and at ease there. My recovery went very well as I was provided great after care instructions and there was a lot less pain than I expected. I am extremely happy with my new look. I will definitely return for any future procedures and highly recommend Dr. Flint.

I had the most incredible experience with Dr. Flint. I haven't been able to stop talking about it since my surgery. Last year when I initially wanted to have surgery was not a good time at all and my dad urged me to wait until I was in a better place personally in my life and professionally. It would have compromised a lot. So I took his advice and waited and Dr. Flint's office was far more gracious and understanding to my particular situation than most doctor's would have been.
We stay in touch and I realized how much Dr. Flint's office values their relationship with her patients and isn't swayed by greed, as many in the field can be. She looks out for the best interest of her patients while using reasonable discernment in regards to her own profitability too. I had surgery in August and couldn't be happier with the results.
My transformation represents more than physical, but a healing and emotional restoration only women who have gone through divorce can understand. (Not surprising that breast augmentations are the most common surgery for women post divorce.) My dad was by my side for the whole surgery and recovery and when Dr. Flint came in before surgery and started speaking Spanish to my dad, who is Mexican it was so affirming.
When she left, he couldn't have been more impressed or felt more reassured of what good hands I was in. The whole team in fact was female, which I loved. I can't recommend Dr. Flint, Joni and Cathy enough. They are not only incredible women, but the most experienced and professional in this field I have met. Run, don't walk to her office;-) You will be so pleased with the results and the care you are given. All the best, Lacey

Dr. Patti Flint is what every professional should aspire to be! After listening to family friends that have had procedures done by her and doing research about her, I can truly say, that going to Dr. Flint was the best decision I could have ever made. At just 24, I was a little nervous about having a breast augmentation because I am young and also because I am very athletic and run a lot.
When Dr. Flint explained her approach and shared her insight she completely eased not only my nerves, but my mother's as well. Not only is she a top notch surgeon, her staff is also top notch! They are very friendly and professional, especially Kara! I will always recommend Dr. Flint! My experience and surgery with Dr. Flint has changed my confidence and made my life much happier! All I can say is thank you for everything!

A friend of mine recommended Patti Flint for my breast augmentation. I am quite petite and wanted a natural result. After my consultation, Patti had a few size recommendations for me based on my preferences and body type. From there, I was able to select a size and shape that I liked most. The surgery went great, as well as my follow ups. It is important to follow ALL surgery guidelines (pre, during and post) to get the best result.
I followed all of her instructions and I am so glad I did. I could not be happier with the results. I look natural but I finally have the shape I always wanted. I will recommend Patti to any of my friends and family in a heartbeat. Thank you to Dr Patti Flint and the Scottsdale staff!

I had a breast lift and asked for a breast reduction to no more than a B. I have always had large breasts and wanted to have small breasts to buy cute bras and not have that pain any longer. She performed the surgery and my post op check up was awful she was rude and mean. I hate that I chose her as a doctor. My boobs are still giant, she did talk me into an implant that she said would be really small to simply keep everything up.
The implants give me a strange cleavage. At least with my large breasts previously I had great cleavage. I am going to have to consult with a new doctor and have the reduction again and remove these stupid implants. She has an awful bedside manner and when i stated i was unhappy with the large size she said well you will probably be back for something else and we will fix it then. YIKES! i was afraid she was going to tell me what I needed to come back in for. she is scary.

Dr. Flint did not make proper preoperative markings and basically winged my surgery. Patti Flint, M.D. did an anchor lift on me despite my asking three times if she did a lollipop/vertical lift which would have left a much smaller scar. Instead of telling me the truth that she did not perform this procedure at the time and she told me that I had too much skin.
My areola/nipple ended up 1.5 inches too high which was very noticeable even in clothing and bras (which my new "breast" would fall out of). Dr. Flint didn't even try to measure my nipple at my postop appointment months later when I brought up that my nipple was popping out of my bras and tops. Talk about dishonesty, she altered my 2007 records to try to cover up her mistakes made in the 2011 surgery.
Since then I have had 2 painful reconstructive surgeries with William Leighton M.D.; including a breast expander under my muscle and another revision/reconstruction. This doctor actually repeated Patti Flint's mistake and my breast is now disfigured even further. I am a single mom and I recently quit my job due to stress related to Dr. Flint's mistakes.
I pleaded with her to pay for the reconstructive surgeries to no avail, which totaled over $12,000. Additionally Patti Flint has had several malpractice lawsuits filed against her. You can see for yourself on the Maricopa County Civil Case Search page. I agree with the other poster about her cold and distant bedside manner or lack of it. Of course Dr. Flint is going to tell you she would never alter records, message me I'll give you proof she did it.
It takes a lot for an attorney to proceed with a malpractice case and she has 2 filed against her. Just imagine the countless cases who didn't make it to court because it's not profitable enough for attorneys. Do yourself a favor and choose a more caring, qualified, and experienced surgeon. I saw Dr. Flint in both her Scottsdale, and Mesa offices

I've seen De. Flint for a couple of procedures. I have to say she is definitely one of the most compassionate physicians I have met. I have health issues that cause my healing time to be more than most. With the 2 procedures I had with her I was treated with the utmost respect. I absolutely LOVE Dr. Flint. I've seen De. Flint for a couple of procedures. I have to say she is definitely one of the most compassionate physicians I have met. I have health issues that cause my healing time to be more than most. With the 2 procedures I had with her I was treated with the utmost respect. I absolutely LOVE Dr. Flint. I researched a number of plastic surgeons when my implants developed a leak. I was impressed with Dr Flint's credentials and even more impressed with the time she took to understand my lifestyle and general health, and help me decide whether removal or replacement was the best option. My surgery was complicated by the age and condition of my implants.
Thanks to her skill and high standards, I am healthy and back to my normal activities. I would recommend her without hesitation and feel so fortunate that I entrusted my health to her.

I waited nearly 20 yrs to invest in myself and have the "surgery of my dreams." When I FINALLY made the decision, I visited MANY doctors, no one, and I mean, , NO ONE compared to Patti Flint. INSTANTLY I knew she strived to ensure that I was FULLY educated about the plastic surgery procedures I was inquiring about. I NEVER felt rushed and she allowed me to ask all of my questions, and then answered in a comfortable pressure free environment - which meant a lot to me!
She also surrounds herself with amazing staff who mirror who she is. Well, I am PLEASED to say, not only did I have one surgery with Dr Flint, I went back 6 months later for another surgery - Yes, she is that good! My results are NOTHING but amazing! I have had SO MANY compliments from my airbrush specialist (who has seen every type if plastic surgery) to my photographer, who couldn't say enough! Stating I am PLEASED, is an understatement! If you are like me, and have waited to FINALLY have surgery, I HIGHLY recommend Dr Flint for your personal and important procedure! You will be PLEASED you did!

I was 21 when I had my first breast augmentation. After 13 years, it was time for a swap out. However over the years my implants began to drop and move all over the place. With the first surgeon I saw (he will remain nameless), put in way larger implants then I wanted. I started at a natural 34 A cup, asked for a C cup and woke up from surgery a full D cup.
With time and hormones I was now a full 34 DD. My original implants were 375cc saline implants filled to nearly 450 each. In order for such a large implant to fit the original doctor had to cut the natural fold of my breast. With such heavy implants and that fold cut, the implants slowly moved down. When I saw Dr. Flint she suggested a full fold revision with Straticce placement (to rebuid my natural breast fold and thicken the thinning tissue I had) and swapping the implants for a moderate profile silicone implant just a bit smaller then what I currently had.
The surgery itself was very uncomfortable, but with the medications prescribed by Dr. Flint, the pain was very manageable. I now have 350cc on once side and 400cc on the other and a beautifully rebuilt natural breast fold. The first time I saw my breasts post surgery, I almost cried. I had no idea how self conscience I really felt about my old implants.
They were heavy and uncomfortable and I never realized how unnatural and almost deformed they really did looked. I am thrilled with my new breasts! I am now currently 2 1/2 weeks out of surgery and am astonished how amazing my new breasts look!! I am thrilled already and I know the end will result will be even better. Dr. Flint is a true artist and I can't imagine going anywhere else for future surgeries.
She and her staff are always warm and friendly with smiling, happy faces, always willing to answer any questions. Working with Dr. Flint and her staff as been nothing but truly pleasant and just plain easy. I highly suggest Dr. Flint for any cosmetic surgery you may be considering!

Never did get to meet her. Of all the cosmetic surgeons I contacted here in Scottsdale, her office staff were the most condescending, rude and uncaring people I have encountered in a long time. When I questioned the excessive "consultation fee" or tried to explain any financial considerations I might have, I was dismissed with an attitude of disdain. Money or not, plastic surgeon or not, there is no excuse for being so disrespectful to anyone.

Patti Flint did a facelift on my wife in June of 2013. We picked her due to being a woman and being listed as a Top Doc in the Phoenix Magazine. As it turns out these are not good criteria for picking a plastic surgeon. Patti's demeanor is cold and distant. We initially took that as simply conveying a professional air. But it turns out she really is cold and distant.
My wife's pain following the surgery continued long after it should have normally gone away. It even increased. Patti's initial response was to assure us the pain would be gone in no longer than three months. When three months was past she suggested various massage techniques. When this failed to give any relief she then said it shouldn't take more than two years (the time limit on filing a liability suit - coincidence?).
She also implied the problem may be psychological. Upon reviewing my wife's records that Patti provided (we needed them for other doctors to review), we found the records "doctored" to state that my wife had complained of neck pain prior to the surgery. This is not true. In addition to the above she made an unnecessary incision during the surgery and told us she had done a revision on an old scar - there was no old scar to revise.
It continues to baffle us why she did this. We have spent hundreds of dollars visiting others plastic surgeons, pain specialists, neurologist etc. to try to find a solution to her continued debilitating pain. Suggestions we have received are that perhaps the problem is caused by the non-dissolvable stiches Patti used. One doctor offered to remove the stitches as they may be in contact with nerves thus causing pain.
The doctor told us he never uses permanent stiches for this very reason. My wife has been prescribed Gabapentin by a Neurologist, which seems to be relieving the pain a bit, yet now she has to deal with other side effects. I previously posted this on Yelp. It was removed by Yelp the same day Patti sent an email to my wife seeking information on her recovery.
She mentioned in her email that she had read her review. What? She can't stand a negative review? In her email to my wife she didn't offer to help find any solution.

Dr. Flint and her staff are amazing. After my first surgery with a different doctor I was so nervous to get anything done. But after talking with Dr. Flint and her staff all my worries were gone. Then came the actual surgery can I just say Dr. Flint is very very talented. She did such an amazing job and I totally love the end result. She took every precaution and care to make sure my experience was amazing. I would highly recommend Dr. Flint. :

I chose Dr Flint, for rhinoplasty, twice. The first time, I felt she and her staff were professional and caring. They answered my myriad of questions. they were very patient with me. I felt Dr Flint was very honest and forthcoming with me. I felt I got an honest assessment of what I could expect. Surgery went well and I healed quickly. I was delighted with the result.! year later I broke my nose, very badly.
Now it has been a year since my last surgery. I had another great experience with her and her staff. My nose looks natural, fits my face. I would work with Dr Flint again. but hopefully not for my nose.

Love ya Cathy, Kristy, Ashley, Diana, Sara and Katie

I absolutely LOVE Dr. Flint and her whole staff. They actually remember you and talk to you and treat you like family. I interviewed several other surgeons and, hands down, Dr. Flint made me feel so comfortable and took the time to understand me and my needs. When I met with her, she never made me feel like I was being judged or just a number or a dollar sign, like other doctors. Dr. Flint performed reconstructive surgery on me, she made me feel comfortable and her staff was available to me around the clock to make sure I was ok.
Another thing that was very important to me was not just having any random person performing my surgery. Other doctors hire whatever surgeon is “cheapest” that week. Dr. Flint hand picks her medical staff, has a state of art facility and SHE performs the surgeries herself, so she knows how her patients are being treated. I TRUST Dr. Flint so much and I cannot say enough kind words about her and her amazing staff.

My experience with Dr. Patti Flint has been beyond exceptional! I was extremely worried about any health risks of my ruptured implant. Of course, there was also a concern about the physical appearance post surgery. Dr. Flint's knowledge, expertise and care helped me get through a lot of uncertainties. Her entire staff was very accommodating to my busy schedule and addressed all of my questions and concerns.
The information booklet that was given to me during my pre-op appointment was so handy! It served as a good reference, especially when surgery can be overwhelming. The surgery turned out better that I expected! I did not experience any pain and had a full appetite later that same evening. It has been 3 weeks since my surgery. I am extremely pleased with the results and so is my boyfriend!
She was so meticulous about the incisions that once they are completely healed no one would know that I even had surgery. I would highly recommend Dr. Patti Flint to anyone who is seeking cosmetic surgery. She was truly able to relate to my concerns and the end results I was seeking. You won't be disappointed!

Flint.
