Dr. Brothers was born in New York City and raised in New Jersey and South Florida. He received his undergraduate degree from Emory University and graduated Phi Beta Kappa with honors in organic chemistry research. He received his medical degree from the University of Miami School of Medicine where he was elected to the AOA national medical honor society.
Dr. Brothers completed his internship at the Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, Texas under Dr. Michael E. DeBakey. He then completed his residency in general surgery and trauma at the University of Miami/Jackson Memorial Hospital Medical Center. While a resident, he received multiple awards for his work on both trauma and burn victims and was trained and certified in microneural and microvascular surgery. His training in plastic and reconstructive surgery was at the University of North Carolina in Chapel Hill. He was then accepted for additional specialty training in cosmetic surgery with one of the most prominent and internationally respected cosmetic surgeons at the Mount Sinai Medical Center in Miami Beach, Florida.
Dr. Brothers is certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery, is a member of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons and is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons. He is the founder of the Plastic Surgery Centre of Atlanta, PC and has served as the chief of plastic surgery at Saint Joseph's Hospital of Atlanta, Northside Hospital and Perimeter Surgery Center of Atlanta. He also served as the secretary of the Georgia Society of Plastic Surgeons. Dr. Brothers is very well published in the field of reconstructive and cosmetic surgery and is a frequent guest lecturer.

Beautiful office & fabulous staff to begin with-everyone there is welcoming & friendly. Dr. Brothers has a wonderful "bedside manner" & I couldn't be happier with my experience! I'm not afraid to spill my secrets-go now & make an appointment for an upper eye lid! In office procedure, 1 day down time (as long as you're ok with no lashes/mascara) & what a difference it makes-1 hour after I arrived & the procedure was over I looked 10 yrs younger! The procedure is super easy with minimal pain & has immediate results. Can't say enough great things about Dr. Brothers & his staff-5+ stars!

I'm 5 weeks post op for breast augmentation and I'm in love with the procedure. Dr. Brothers is very professional and as soon as I walked in his office for my first consultation with knew he was the one. He listened to what I was looking for and as nervous as I was I knew I was in great/safe hand. His office staff is very sweet and attentive. The day of the surgery I was very excited and after the surgery was done I felt great. If you're looking for a professional Dr I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Brothers. If I every get another cosmetic surgery I'm definitely going back to him.

Having breast augmentation with Dr. Brothers was the best decision I ever made! Being new to the area and having so many doctors to choose from, I did a lot of research and read tons of reviews. It wasn't until i talked to other medical professionals in the area, that I found out about Dr. Brothers. Once I scheduled the consultation and met him, I could tell that he was very experienced and professional.
He answered all my questions and explained my procedure in a way that I could understand it. I then knew that I had found a good, trusting doctor to do my operation. Days after my operation, I knew I made the right decision. The whole procedure was quick, easygoing and exactly what i wanted. I would highly recommend Dr. Brothers and truly stand behind his work!

I was referred to Dr. Brothers by a friend for a breast reduction/lift. I called the office and was in for a consultation within a week. Before I knew it, we had a surgical date set for the following month! I was extremely pleased with how smooth the entire process was. The entire staff could not have been lovelier. Everything turned out great and it is looking/healing wonderfully. Would definitely recommend Dr. Brothers to anyone in the Atlanta area looking for a plastic surgeon. This was the best decision I have made!

Dr. Brothers and his staff are amazing. He really listened to me during my consultation, and I could not be happier with results of my bilateral upper eyelid blepharoplasty. Minimal pain and bruising, and amazing difference after only a few weeks. I will trust Dr. Brothers with any other procedures I decide to do in the future, and I highly recommend him to anyone looking for the best plastic surgeon in Atlanta. He's best in class.

After deciding that I wanted a breast reduction, I booked a visit to Dr. Brothers. Upon my first visit, I immediately felt comfortable and able to freely express what I wanted for my breast reduction and Dr. Brothers listened, gave feedback, and gave me his honest opinions. I had my surgery last week and am already feeling great and my breasts look incredible. I'm so happy with my results and would recommend Dr. Brothers to anyone looking for the best of the best!

I have been a patient of Dr Brothers for over 20 years and have had a number of different procedures, including several different surgeries. One of the many attributes Dr Brothers has that I would list at the top, is his perfectionism! And a very IMPORTANT one to have as my plastic surgeon, I'm sure you would agree! He is also very personable, kind, great communicator, intelligent, talented and he absolutely loves what he does.
His office is welcoming and staff equally as kind and friendly as he is. I would give an A+ for the above mentioned. From my own personal experience I will say that he tells me like it is, and won't do a procedure (just to do one) if it won't give me the results I am looking for or one that is in my best interest. Some of the procedures I have had done are breast lift, liposuction, scar revision as well as Botox and fillers.
I have been happy with all of these results and have never experienced any setbacks, infections or complications. My recent surgery was on my lower face and I look forward to updating this review as soon as I have healed completely as it's only been a little over 6 months. I can tell you that the CO2 Laser I had done under my eyes was AMAZING! I am seriously considering doing that on my entire face! My experience with Dr. Brothers has been amazing. He takes his time, listens to your concerns and gives honest recommendations. I had Bilateral Upper Lid Blepharoplasty(removal of excess skin and fat from the upper eyelids), Trans-Conjunctival Blepharoplasty(removal of excess lower eyelid fat through an incision on the inside of bottom lids), and lower eyelids/crows CO2 laser resurfacing. Dr. Brothers was very precise and gentle; no pain, and very little bruising.
I am so very satisfied with my treatments. Looking forward to continued success and adding fillers down the road. Thank you Doctor Brothers. Also, the entire staff was warm and welcoming! The office setting is immaculate, beautiful and relaxing.

I've been debating for years to get breast augmentation and finally bit the bullet! Dr. Brothers made me feel the most comfortable, out of all the surgeons I did consultations with, and was willing to listen to what I wanted and assured me everything would look great. He helped me pick a CC based on what I described and thank goodness I listened to him instead of what CC I THOUGHT in my head I should've gone with. I am now one month post op and everything is looking fantastic with my incisions healing so great The whole team is fantastic!

There are so many options out there when it comes to selecting a plastic surgeon. My Ob/Gyn recommended Dr Brothers after I asked about a tummy tuck (two c-sections left me with a "shelf"). After meeting with him, and others in the metro Atlanta area, I have no doubt in my mind, that Dr. Brothers is the best of them all. The entire experience, from the front office staff, assistants, and financial/billing to the Dr himself, has exceeded my expectations.
I admit that I am not an easy patient. Dr. Brothers not only listened to me, he HEARD me. I had two consultations, and during both, he and his assistant were patient and thorough, they set my mind at ease and assured me that I would get the results I wanted. He evaluated me, as a person, not just a patient, not just another surgery. I wound up having a surgery far less intrusive than a tummy tuck.
I am two weeks post-op, and I cannot even begin to tell you how thrilled I am with the results. It is EXACTLY what I wanted. Exactly. I cannot say enough about him and the entire office. Five stars.

I've been very pleased with Dr. Brother's and his staff. Everyone was very informative and helpful throughout the process. I had a tummy tuck and liposuction due to 3 c sections. I've been to 2 other plastic surgeons over the years, but just never felt comfortable moving forward. Once I had my consult with Dr. Brothers, I knew he was the right doctor for me. He is truly a great plastic surgeon and physician. I would definitely recommend him to a family member or friend.

I can't say enough good things about Dr. Brothers. He clearly explained my options and what to expect through the entire process, and didn't try to up-sell me just to make an extra buck. The medical staff was very friendly, attentive, and had great bedside manner. After my procedure, Dr. Brothers gave me very clear recovery instructions and advice; I diligently followed that advice and had no complications whatsoever.
