I have got my microlaser peel here to address my acne concerns and Maya was very pleasant, answered all my questions before the procedure and made me very comfortable and followed up after the procedure. Its been a week and my skin is heeling well and I can see noticeable changes. I definitely come back here for any skin concerns I may have.

I am in love with everything about this place! I had to get some calcium deposits removed and even with a difficult skin disease, Dr Terrill knocked it out of the park! He was gentle and patient with me and my condition and I'm just so grateful for his knowledge. The office is freakishly clean and literally every single person i encountered throughout the office was extremely kind and friendly. Book an appointment! You won't regret it!

Here customer service, the kind that make you feel comfortable and understood. Great place for HGC, and great prices for high quality treatment. UPDATE: very successful with the high quality product and support!

Very rushed experience. Charged $125 as a new patient for a 30 second consult. Told to come back a month later with another big charge. Wouldn't recommend unless you like to be in and out without your questions or concerns being answered.

I went to see doctor for Fibrous Papule on my nose and he quickly responded that it can be taken care of by a small laser procedure - no scars, just 10 day downtime. I double checked on scars - I was told no scars. I scheduled my procedure and on the day of procedure, I was asked to sign waivers on scarring, nerve damage etc. I asked the doctor - I am doing the procedure to remove a Hypertrophic scar, if the procedure is going to leave a scar, whats the point!

But he said, a scar is very unlikely and your nose would be lot better than what it is now. After 3 weeks, I am appalled, my scars are so deep and my nose looks terrible. He ruined my face - I was told a downtime of 10 days, no scars and appearance lot better than now. I wish this doctor spent more time in educating the patient about outcomes and giving a RECOMMENDATION based on his years of experience!

I followed my esthetician, Maya, to this office when she had a great opportunity to learn from the dermatologist at the practice. I have been seeing Maya for over a year and I wouldn't travel this far if it wasn't for her. After 37 years, I finally found the skin routine that works for my skin. She has taught me how to value medical facials and tailored a routine for me. (I am a very simple, non-committal face care person- washing my face and lotion was my previous routine).

She helped me come up with a routine I could manage and made it easy to follow. Getting monthly facials (focusing on different areas) has provided my skin to be tighter and healthier than it has ever been without using neuromodulators (botox- at this time- may need it in the future). She explained self care and investing now on keeping my skin healthy will allow me to be conservative on treatments needed in the future.

Her ability to communicate, educate, and set me on a path that doesn't feel like she is pushing me to buy products, but use what I have and then when I run out (make some necessary changes) has changed my skin. I routinely get asked what I am doing recently by friends and family to get my skin looking healthy, and I send them to directly to Maya. They provide free consultations if you are seen on the dermatologist side!

All the treatments are not "painless" but with Maya she checks in (gives additional numbing cream), asks what you need, and gives you post op care that it's worth it each time because I know what my results will be. I look forward to many more self care appointments with her!

Sonoma Skin Works has always been great to us! From my first call to them until now, 5 years later we have always had a great experience. We just love Julia and the service she provides via phone or an in office visit. Thank you Dr. Terrill for making your office a place of comfort.

Doctor Terrill was kind, informative, and clear in discussion. I'm sure he is a good physician, and I would have visited in the future. BUT, the woman I saw prior to the doctor-I'm going to assume she was a nurse, tech, or scribe-was rude and had an attitude. I do not know why she was communicating like that. She spoke to me like she was annoyed I even visited the facility, even though she was asking all the questions.

She also asked me why I was there if it had been a year since my primary concern. I do not know what her issue was, but Dr. Terrill should probably address her attitude because it ultimately reflects poorly on him and the entire experience. I visited primarily for cosmetic alternatives closer to me, but I'll just stick to my current dermatologist office.

My 95 year-old father saw Dr. Terrill for a pre-radiation treatment consult. Everyone in the office we met was extremely friendly and helpful. Dr. Terrill was very professional and easy to talk to. The office staff was very helpful with understanding his insurance information and helping to understand the policy.

First - The facility beautiful and so clean. A couple minutes into my appointment, I could tell instantly that Dr. Terrill was the right choice. Such a warm and pleasant demeanor combined with a deep knowledge in dermatology. His treatment was excellent and I would recommend Dr. Terrill to anyone that needs a dermatologist that's beyond capable!

What a fabulous facility and team! I just moved here from out of state and what a breath of fresh air it is to get such professional service, from the minute you walk through the door until you leave. Dr. Terrill and his team are as good as it gets!

Dr Terrill could not have been friendlier and more knowledgeable. My daughter and I were both so pleased with his plan of action. The staff was sweet and helpful and the office is beautiful. We will be back for any of our skin care needs.

Great place, with a variety of options. The staff is amazing. Im so jealous of the doctors skin, its like perfect no wrinkles no spots no nothing he looks very young for his age :).

I was impressed with how I got my consult and removal all within a few days. This was the only place that took my insurance for miles around. I talked to one other place in Frisco but they were rude. The staff at Sonoma is super friendly and their coffee is great and also made another running friend!

The aestheticians at Sonoma take such good care of you, they go above and beyond to make sure that you get all your needs and skin concerns taken care of! I have been seeing Andrea for 2 years now and never been disappointed! The front desk staff is friendly and prompt! My husband and I have both been so pleased with Dr. Terril and his staff! Again, very timely, prompt, and thorough with his checks. Always recommend Sonoma to anyone looking for a dermatologist or aestheticians!

My 11 year-old daughter saw Dr. Terrill for acne today, and I just felt compelled to comment about how very nice Dr. Terrill and his staff are. His bedside manner is wonderful. He explained things to my daughter and let her know why she has blemishes and why they need to be treated. He made sure that she knew it was a natural part of growing up and that she had done nothing wrong.

He clearly explained the treatment plan. He gave her a chance to ask questions and then asked me if I had any questions. His nurse was also really good and went out of her way to get us in to see the anesthetist she thought would be the best fit for my daughter. The anesthetist was also very thorough, answered all of our questions and was sweet to my daughter.

I also want to comment on how nice the office is. There is a free herbal tea/coffee/special drink machine in the lobby. The seats have plugs for charging your devices while you wait. By the way, we didn't have to wait! The treatment rooms were also top notch. We are looking forward to a happy relationship with Sonoma and Dr. Terrill.

I have been seeing Cristy for over a year now. I followed her from her previous spa. Since I have seen Cristy, I have had facials on a regular basis, chemical peels, and micro needling. She is very knowledgeable when it comes to how the skin works and the products she would best recommend. I included two pictures. They are a year and two months a part from one another.

I have always had problematic skin, but since seeing her regularly, I haven't really had many skin concerns. The spa itself is very welcoming and always clean which is a huge plus, and the staff has always been friendly and inviting.

Dr. Terrill was great. Very efficient and solved my issue. It did take 2 visits but they were both quick, professional and efficient. I did not experience any wait time, the front office staff was courteous and accomodated a requested schedule change quickly. I would recommend Dr. Terrill and Sonoma Skin Works to others. Great experience!

Loved going Here! First time ever going to see a dermatologist and im very pleased! I've been dealing with a skin rash for over a month and he looked at it and within seconds he told me what it was and he prescribed me medications and cream to help clear it up. Been a week and it's clearing up!

Dr Terrell is a throw back to the kind of physician we rarely have in this era. He spent time with us. Diagnosed through careful conversation and communicated well. Included education and a plan for follow-up. We came to him after 3-visits at a more typical dermatologist just repeatedly prescribed cortisone but didn't take any steps to problem solve. In 30-min with Dr T we had a solution and a strategy and a follow-up plan. I can't say enough good about him.
