Dr. Kiran Polavarapu is one of the best plastic surgeons in Fort Worth, Texas, hands down. Kiran Polavarapu, M.D. was born in the Midwest and raised as a Texan. After graduating in the Top 3% of her class from Temple High School and being honored with the Wendy's Heisman Award (awarded to only two students in the state of Texas), she became one of a few students in the state of Texas to be awarded Presidential Scholarship from Texas A&M University. She then earned a combined BA-MD from the University of Missouri-Kansas City, being one of only a handful of out-of-state students accepted into the exclusive accelerated medical program. Dr. Polavarapu went on to complete residency in general surgery at Beth Israel Deaconess in Boston, Massachusetts, a Harvard training program. She chose to continue her training with a plastic and reconstructive surgery fellowship in Louisiana State University.
She was then fellowship trained in cosmetic/aesthetic Surgery at the New York Eye and Ear Infirmary under internationally renowned Manhattan plastic surgeon, Dr Donald Wood-Smith. Due to the effects of Hurricane Katrina, Dr. Polavarapu's training has been more than unique and rewarding. Dr Polavarapu is amazing! I felt immediately welcomed by her staff upon entering her office. After filling out my paper work, I barely had time to flip through one of their books before being invited to come back. Dr Polavarapu made me feel completely comfortable. She asked what I was looking for, explained what the botox would do at each place, and showed me where it would be most beneficial.
I ended up trusting her to do what she thought was best. I ended up looking like myself, just very rested and smooth. I recieved so many compliments from close friends but they couldn't tell what was different, just that I looked "really good", "refreshed", and "glowing". 6/5 stars if I could. All around wonderful experience with her and her staff!

Great staff that makes you feel very welcome. Dr Polavarapu is a wonderful person. She puts you at ease and talks to you about the whole procedure. She takes time to answer questions, tells you every option and is very caring. She is a perfectionist and very detail oriented. My surgery went well and I'm very happy with the results.

Dr. P, She and her staff are amazing! I have been to many consultative appointments looking for the right surgeon for my tummy tuck! I found the best! I have also been thru breast cancer and reconstruction, so with that said, you learn who has the gift and who doesn't! Dr P takes care of my face too! She is super Woman! You will not be unhappy with the service and artistic surgeon here! Remember plastic surgery is an art!

The service here was unmatched! From beginning to end, I've thoroughly enjoyed my treatment! My ear looks amazing! I can't say enough good things about Dr. Polavarapu and her practice. She is an excellent surgeon and is just so kind and caring. She really tries to get to know you as a person, not just as a patient. I had breast cancer and she discussed all of my options in detail. I ended up having a lumpectomy but a reduction was needed as well, and she did an excellent job. She has a beautiful office and a friendly and knowledgeable office staff.

From start to finish it was an awesome experience! Her office was beautiful and in a very convenient location. Her staff was professional and super friendly! They made me feel comfortable and important. I had tattoo removal, laser hair removal and laser spider vein treatment done. I can tell already the difference in the hair removal, my tattoo is half gone already and where the zapped the spider vein, completely gone! I can't wait to go back and continue my treatment! Dr. Polavarapu is AMAZING!
