I really appreciate the team of doctors at Reddy Medical Center. They are all caring and listen. They're great at keeping up with my medical issues. They also work well with my specialists. They explain any issues in terms I understand. My primary doctor is Dr. Devon Carr, but I have seen the three doctors there. I have highly recommended them to my family members and friends. A huge thank you to this group!

Normally I would not leave a review for a doctor's office, but Reddy Medical Group is so amazing. At other doctors offices I would always feel like the doctors/ staff were condescending or weren't taking me seriously. I have never felt this way at Reddy medical group and I am so happy that I have found them because it makes doctor appointments so much better.
I don't get super nervous or upset at doctor appointments anymore and I'm am genuinely so grateful. Dr. Reddy and everyone that works there are all so amazing and friendly and I have never had to wait a long time there. 100% recommend!

Although it was my first visit, Dr Devon Carr seems to be a great doctor and I will be back if necessary for my situation. Just something I would mention about the Reddy system. When you call to talk with someone, nobody will answer. You leave a message with your phone number and nobody will contact you. It's not going to happen. So be ready to take some time off your job and go there because that's the only way you will be able to contact them.

Dr Devon Carr is excellent, caring, very professional, and very humble. He give all the time needed for his patients. Thank you dr Carr you are the best. The staff was very nice and very organized, they do all there best to take care of the patients. The office was so clean. I am so happy to finally have caring primary care office.

The people at Reddy Medical Group are the best anywhere. Friendly, helpful, kind. Doctor Carr is the very best physician I've ever had. He takes the time to listen and has answers for you. Be prepared to wait, however. The group has got so big the waiting room is always packed. Clearly I'm not the only one who thinks they're the best. It's a good sign. Just be prepared to wait though. When you're this good it's not surprising, just frustrating. But this is a truly great practice!

They were friendly, efficient and the steroid shots helped greatly with relieving my pain. Dr. Carr explained in detail what he was doing to help alleviate my fears. He patiently answered my questions and didn't act like he was trying to rush out to another patient. It's nice to have such a good experience with nice staff these days. It's getting harder to find this because it seems everyone is stressed at work. Thank you, Dr. CARR AND OFFICE STAFF.

Had appointment with Dr. Carr. Check in was quick and easy. After usual wait, saw check in nurse who was very friendly and makes you feel at ease. Next came Dr. Carr. Dr. Carr was professional, quick, and cared about how I was doing since last semi-annual check up. For example, we even discussed my vacation and looked at related pictures. Very well done. Blood draw was quick and easy with friendly phlebotomist. No problems with this visit!

This was the easiest and friendliest doctor's office I have ever been to. I can't tell you how comforting it is to have everyone care about you and be helpful. The gentleman at the front desk was a delight. Nurse Nicole was so sweet and understanding. (I'm chatty and they all put up with me!) Dr Reddy is so fun and welcoming. She explains everything with skill and positivity.
She answered all my questions and advised me with confidence. Nurse Vanessa was the most gentle woman and getting a flu shot and having blood drawn was a breeze. No nonsense and so fun! I highly recommend This office. I feel so lucky to have found this group of people.

I have to admit that I am horrible with regard to going to the doctor, for either well or sick visits. This is mostly because of the horrible service that seems to permeate the field. However, I was so surprised at the service I received at Reddy Medical last week that I will be very likely to continue to seek both preventative care and help when I am feeling unwell.
The reception staff, through two phone calls in advance of my appointment, and then through two more phone calls after (because of a minor prescription mix-up) were exceptionally polite and thoroughly helpful, without making me feel as though I was a nuisance.
Additionally, my provider, Angela Thornton, was absolutely fabulous! I am one week into her recommended "fix" for my unwell feeling and what she prescribed helped so much that I am recognizing how very unwell I was without even knowing it.
She was also completely on board with my taking full charge of my own health and did not try to badger me into anything that I did not want. Lastly, I called mid-morning for my appointment (they were the third call I had made seeking an appt) and was put on a 30 second hold to find that they could indeed see me at 3:40 that afternoon. I arrived at 3:30 to fill out paperwork, as requested, and I was literally being weighed and having my blood pressure check by 3:48...yes, that's a same day appointment, without a wait at all! Thank you for making my first medical experience in many years painless and pleasant!

Dr Kancharla is #1 in my family's eyes. Very good Dr. Gets us well quickly every time we get sick. And our overall health matters to him. Many many Dr's aren't like that anymore. It's about money. My husband has been going to Dr Kancharla for 20 + yrs . Reddy 1st 10yrs. Also a great Dr. But Dr Kancharla takes the favorite list to us. Thanks Dr Kancharla and staff for being so kind to us

I got an appointment and ran over to Reddy Urgent Care yesterday. Since I had an appointment, the sign in took seconds and I was called back just on time. Within ten minutes of walking in the building I was being evaluated by the physicians assistant and received treatment. I was very pleased with the friendly but professional staff and how quickly the were able to see me and get me back out. Thank you.
