Christine is the best ever! My skin has been nurtured and rehabilitated from start to finish. And I've visited just 3 times this year, 5 times last year, and my skin is looking 18 again! The prices range depending on which treatment you require, and the time you put in. And it has been worth every dollar. They are there every step of the way from check in to check out. And my esthetician gives me the best tips and their products are top of the line!
My regular facials with extractions and lovely masks, treatments are about $130-150. They offer radio frequency microneedling packages, very cost effective and have been THE treatments that I got the most progress using. The ZO and VI chemical peels range from $275-375 respectively. And their products range from like $20-90. Now for me, the money matters.
But so does feeling the best in my skin and taking care of my dermal needs. The cost, worth it! You will get a personalized regimen, and you can go at the pace you need, the results will be maximally effective. I'm not going anywhere else. Go see Accent!

Accent Aesthetics is a wonderful place to be rejuvenated! The staff are professional, super understanding when I needed to reschedule my appointment and the services I received are by far the best I've had. They are very concerned about my comfort and are never rushed. I have been having Botox and Volbella treatments for a number of years now. As a snowbird I've been having treatments both here in Florida and also in Washington State.
I truly prefer coming here as the whole experience is much better at Accent. In Spokane my usual ARNP is pleasant.but never changes the needles during my Volbella which always results in bruising. And.when it's time for payment points out an area for tipping either 10 -20%! I plan to continue to Accent for all of my treatments and highly recommend them to anyone wanting to look a bit younger!

I utilize most of their laser, filler and Botox expertise...and for my money the results I have experienced from Accents aestheticians has been the best... their overall expertise their certifications, their candor and guidance is exemplary. The end result has been great, I feel that I look younger but not different...
