This is achieved by paralyzing the underlying muscles temporarily. Botox is not permanent, but most patients experience results for three to six months. Dermal fillers can help treat lip borders, marionette lines (lines at the corners of the mouth) , vertical lip lines, and nasolabial folds. They also can help soften lines in the mouth and chin area, or remodel the cheek or chin to give more definition. Average treatment time lasts about 30 minutes, and depends on the number of syringes in each patient’s treatment plan. An anesthesia cream can be used to numb the area beforehand. Results usually last four to six months. Temporary bruising and swelling can occur as a result of dermal fillers.

I recently became a patient of Dr. Ascherman's after my wound from an initial surgery became infected. He is truly THE best. He is very hands on and always willing to give his time to answer any all questions you may have throughout the course of your treatment. He visited me every day to see how I was progressing in the hospital, and he even called me late one night before heading off to vacation. It's easy to see it's because he cares so much. Bed side manor aside, he is also so skilled!

I would give him 10 stars if I could. He performed my breast reduction and brought me from a J cup to a B/C! My life has completely changed because I don't have the chronic pain that came from my stupidly large boobs.
