Our expert team of doctors, nurses, and clinicians helps you discover the root causes of your substance use. We collaborate with you to create a treatment plan that gives you the best chance of healing on all levels.
What began as four office-based outpatient centers in Pittsburgh and Johnstown transformed into a full continuum of community-based care with a complete range of evidence-based, proven-effective treatment options. Since our modest beginnings, we've become one of the nation's leading providers of quality treatment for alcohol and substance use disorders.
To remove all barriers to recovery and transform individuals, families, and communities with treatment that works. To create a better world where lives and communities are made whole again through the comprehensive treatment of people with substance use disorders. Everyone with a substance use disorder deserves the chance to heal themselves, repair their relationships, rejoin their communities, and restore balance to their lives. We're here to show you healing and recovery are within reach - but you might need a little help from your friends.

Takes between an hour and three and a half hours to receive medication daily. No work hours in place for those of us who have jobs. Poorly managed facility in every aspect. Definately for profit company which is shown by the continued intake of clients when they cannot adequately care for those they already have. Rules and procedures change daily depending on who you speak with. Possibly taking advantage of the current heroin epidemic in my opinion. I have been told the clients are the reason they cant keep employees which is not true.

The ONLY reason I gave this 2 stars is because the services they provide actually help people. The Barberton office is MISMANAGED, i was asked by a superior there what was more important, a job which You HAVE to have or sobriety. Wait times are unreal sometimes leaving you there for hours. They've been thru 4 nurses, 3 counselors, and 4 doctors in a 6 month period yet when corporate is contacted they put you right back thru to the management which is pointless.
Someone really needs to look into why ALL these nurses and counselors keep quiting and people are going back to Community Health Center. Treatment centers are designed to get the patient to a stable point where they can maintain employment and sobriety both.

My Wife took a job as an Executive Director for a start up location in Michigan, for Pinnacle. She built the ONLY successful location in Michigan from absolutely nothing but an empty office and a heartfelt passion to help people struggling with addiction. She painted, built office furniture, hung pictures and even spent her own money to fulfil a vision of a place that addicts could come get the help they need, introduction to services they can use to help get their lives back on track and all done with the utmost respect, professionalism and anonymity!
This company was absolutely blind to regulations, standards and zero knowledge to how anything was supposed to be handled! I was constantly amazed at the lack of knowledge and respect they had for not only their employees but their clients as well! Raises were promised but rarely given, bonuses were promised and never given and an hourly wage that barely made it worth coming back (She clearly wasn't doing it for the money)!
Ultimately after 2 years of service to this company she gave her 2 weeks notice to pursue other goals! She left on good terms and made sure there was a smooth transition for her successor and their clients only to be told the company was closing in 30 days leaving clients out of help and employees out of a job! The company also decided to just keep my wife's last paycheck with no explanation when asked!
Good thing we don't need it! However I pray for the clients to find somewhere to go and find help and compassion like she had, and for the employees that will be without a job during the Holidays! Shame on you Pinnacle! There is a special place for all of you! Clients and future employees beware! You have been warned!

I cant say enough about Endeavor House North and their staff. The amount of support they have shown my loved one while in treatment has been amazing. From the time she checked in with Caitlyn , to Olivia making sure her after care goes smoothly - to everyone in between. The RA's are awesome!! Nicole And David, you have my upmost respect for what you have done for our community.
Besides having a loved one in treatment, I also run a community outreach program to combat opioid addiction. I also work in emergency services and see first hand what an epidemic it is. The way in which the ENTIRE staff treats addiction treatment should be applauded! I am grateful they reside in my home town. Thank you all from everyone in Kearny Cares and KEMS!!!

Endeavor House in Kearny N.J. treated me in June 2012. I cant say that it was the best experience I ever had but this wasn't a vacation, this was meant to be a life saving change in my life and it was just that. The staff guided me into the beginning of life in recovery. I followed their recommendations during treatment and aftercare program.......and it worked!!!! I've been clean and sober for 6 yrs Thank You Staff at Endeavor House, you saved my life!
