Our one-on-one approach to dentistry makes Dr. Sara Sheppard and the Sheppard Dental staff the dentistry team of choice in the Odenville, Alabama area. Friendly people and very kind and considerate. Dr. Sheppard is an outstanding dentist and I have never had such pain-free dental work before. She explains everything and makes her recommendations, usually with several options. I do not feel that she is after the big bucks, just wants her patients to have a healthy mouth! Unfortunately, I sustained an injury that caused dislocation in my jaw. Needless to say anxiety set in about going back to the dentist. However, Sheppard Dental did a phenomenal job making sure they did everything possible to keep me comfortable and make sure I was okay! My family has Dr. Sheppard since 2011, she and her entire staff are professional, caring and we appreciate all she does for our community of Margaret!

Dr. Sheppard and her staff are great. I don't have a single complaint. The office gets an A+ rating from me! Friendly, attentive, clean, professional staff. I have been going to them ever since she opened. I can't say enough about how wonderful they are! Dr. Sheppard is the most gentle dentist I have ever been too. I had to get a filling a couple years ago.
I get so stressed over getting the shot to numb my gums. I was so surprised when I was sitting there waiting for the pain, when my gums started getting numb. I couldn't believe it! She got the shot in and I never felt any pain! That was so important for me!

Dr. Sheppard and her staff are very friendly and professional! My 8 year old had to have a feeling and Dr. Sheppard talked her through it. She told her she would be using a "sleepy spray" for her tooth; My daughter still doesn't know she had a shot to numb her tooth. They make you feel so comfortable and right at home. I've never felt so comfortable at a dentist office before!

At first we were torn on whether to take our children to a Pediatric Dentist or to let them go where we go. My favorite dentist I have had in my adult life and my children adore everyone in the office. It is so convenient to our neighborhood and on the way to the kids' school. I have been going to Dr. Sheppard for about 3 years. Dr. Sheppard and her staff are professional, informative, sensitive, easy to talk to and punctual with their schedules.
Dr. Sheppard arms the patient with all of the information and allows him or her to make the choices that are right for them. On my recent appointment we started one proceedure and had to change and go a different direction. I was in no pain the complete time.

I love Dr. Sheppard and her staff! They were amazing. Dentists scare me, And hygienists always hurt me! Both were great. Dr Sheppard made me feel like she cared. My insurance actually mattered here and no huge dental bills on exit! I was throughly impressed. I already have my six month check up scheduled.

If you are looking for a dentist that actually cares and who will make you feel right at home, look no further.
