Excellent allergist and have been there for well over 6 years, great care and top notch service!

Heaven forbid you show up 28 min before closing in a snowstorm to get your $700 allergy shot only to be denied because you're 2 min late, maybe get people that use their heads a bit here. Plenty of time to wait 20 min after your shot, especially with nobody waiting. What a joke

I love this allergist. He does everything to keep my allergies at bay, and always has a friendly and professional staff. He treats my husband for angioedema and has greatly reduced his outbreaks. This is the place you want to come for allergy stuff.

Excellent, professional, caring, and knowledgeable providers and staff. I have visited many practitioners over the years and this is by far the best allergist I've ever encountered. The entire staff is always friendly, helpful and happy to be there. I highly recommend them!

Nothing but good things to say about this office. I've been getting injections on and off since 1981. This is a first class office. The staff is friendly, efficient, knowledgeable. Finding a time to get an injection is not a problem. You will not wait long to get the injection.in and out. Highly recommend!

I have been coming here for about 2 years, and it’s the best addition to my healthcare. The staff is wonderful, attentive and incredibly genuine, which is incredibly helpful if you are getting shots regularly! You want to be with health practitioners that get you!

I hate everything about allergy testing and shots. But I love everything about Dr. Latall and his amazing team. They are none non-judgmental and kind and so reassuring. I was referred to them by an old co-worker who had nothing but positive things to say. I love the office so much I referred my fiancé to their team and he agrees with how great they are.

I've never once felt uncomfortable or treated unkind. I've been going to them for over a year for asthma treatment and allergy shots. My health has improved and I always feel safe when I am there.

Dr. Latall and the staff at premier allergy are the best! They care about their patients and are very knowledgeable. My 3children have been coming to see Dr.Latall for 5years. He and his staff are great with kids! I couldn't ask for a better doctor and office to go to.

The staff at Premier Allergy, Asthma and Sinus Care are truly EXCEPTIONAL! The customer service each staff member provides is outstanding and I am always so impressed with the consistency of their performance -- they go above and beyond. I have been going in to the office weekly over the last six months and the team members are very attentive, friendly, and accommodating.

They genuinely care about their patients and take the time to get to know them. The staff members always reply to any of my calls and messages on the patient portal in a timely manner. The office hours allow for a lot of flexibility and I also love that there's Wifi available so I can complete work emails on my laptop while I am in the waiting room. I am so happy I was referred to Dr. Latall's office -- this team is amazing! Highly recommended!

Premier Allergy is probably the best medical group I've ever gone to. I see generally see a PA, Eileen, and she has been super helpful! For the first time, I feel like I have my allergies under control. She always gives me a few options for treatment and will take the time to answer all of my questions. They always have appointments available at convenient times if you work a 9-5 job.

When my insurance tried to deny coverage for a certain treatment, the office took care of everything. I really feel like I'm being cared for. If you're struggling with allergies, there is nowhere else in Chicago you should go to.

Dr. Latall and his staff are awesome. He takes his time and truly cares about his patients! If you need an Allergist don't hesitate to call and make an appt. You won't be disappointed.

From the receptionist to the medical assistant to the PA (Kinzie)....everyone is very professional, nice and makes you feel welcomed. I've been with Dr. Latall for over 15 years and when he moves I move with him. You will never find a physician with a better bed side manner - though young/middle age (and handsome I might add) he's old school. He makes you feel like you are the only patient scheduled for the day.

He is very thoughtful, genuinely caring and attentive. And of course very knowledgeable! :)

As part of his staff he has Physician Assistant (PA) Kinzie Sharp that is a compliment to the team, she is fantastic - she's very knowledgeable and the quality of care you get from her is consistent with what I would expect. The staff makes small talk with you and the medical assistant is very supportive when you have to take those breathing test (which I hate) - they are very encouraging, patient and cheer you on to blow out more candles. You leave there just feeling good... Please check them out you won't regret it. Lifetime patient!

This is a great place to go for allergies that cause respiratory problems. I am very grateful to Dr. Latall for catching the allergic asthma that a previous allergist had missed for 3 years! He also caught a rare genetic disorder that I had that was affecting my lungs and liver, and also was affecting the lungs and livers of 3 of my family members.

My one complaint was that they did not carry the serum for a rare allergy I have, so I was not able to transfer my allergy shots here, but this should not be an issue for most people. Dr. Kinzie Bashline is also wonderful.

I overheard the young ladies discussing a patient's drug use habit in the front office. I was there to accompany a friend for an allergy shot. I was dumbfounded at hearing the young nurse and PA gossip about a patient with the secretary, really unprofessional. I would never trust my personal information with this office. I saw the patient they were whispering about and now I know more than I should about a complete stranger. Horrible! Also, this office could use some diversity. I know it's Lincoln Park, but Geez.

I've been going to Premier Allergy for five years now and have really seen a huge improvement. Dr. Latell and his staff are kind and courteous and they have convenient hours, which I have not found anywhere else.

I have had a great experience with Premier Allergy! Been there a little under a year, and they have been extremely helpful with my persistent allergy and asthma issues that I have dealt with since childhood. In fact, I have never felt better under their care. They have also helped me through my first pregnancy and have been a great resource for a first time mom suffering from allergies and asthma.

The staff is awesome- and extremely diverse (I'm not sure what the last review was talking about.)- and Kinzie, the PA, is wonderful. I definitely would highly recommend them to any family and friends!

He's the most compassionate allergist, he really cares about his patients. My daughter goes to him also and I'm being my eight year because might have asthma. I also referred one year old niece to him.

Everyone in this office is amazing - super helpful and friendly! I've had issues with indoor allergies for the past year or so, and during my first visit they conducted very thorough testing to determine what I was allergic to, and also worked with me to make a plan that would effectively treat my issues, including immunotherapy shots. Kinzie is great, she's very down to earth and extremely knowledgeable.

I also really appreciate that she explains things very clearly and simply, and laid out the allergy shot costs ahead of time so there were no surprises. My boyfriend has also started coming here for a mix of allergies and asthma, and we've both have nothing but great things to say about everyone here!

I have visited many allergist throughout the years and this place is the best of the best. I can't say anything but positive things about this place. First, the receptionist is on top of her game, everything was done online and when I forgot to answer a couple of questions she had called me to confirm my answers. The best was with my insurance, usually we are responsible for knowing what is covered and what isn't but this place did it all for me.

She called me to explain what will be covered so there wouldn't be any surprises. My actual appointment was a lot of fun. I was extremely lucky to have Chelsea take care of me and she is the best. I have had a few allergy tests done in the past and the testing here is nothing like I have done before, it was super quick and painless (to me). Come to find out, I have to start getting shots again and thes best part is they already broke down what would be covered and how much everything will cost according to my insurance.

To me, this is wonderful and extremely professional and on point. Anyone who is looking to go to an allergist, I must insist come to this place. You will not be disappointed!!!

Doctor Latall and his staff are wonderful. They are always so helpful and friendly. They also are very knowledgeable and make an effort to truly get to know about their patients. He has made a great impact in my health care and I am am so thankful.

So glad I found this place. Dr Lattal took time with me, really listening to my preferences for treatment and is genuine & kind. Kinzie has been wonderful - taking time to talk to me and getting me on the right track to be & feel healthy. The rest of the staff has only been wonderful to me every week & super helpful.
