PRP injections, or Platelet-Rich Plasma injections, involve using a person's own blood to promote healing and tissue regeneration. To prepare for a PRP injection, a small amount of the person's blood is drawn and then processed to separate the platelets from other components. The platelets, which contain growth factors and proteins that help the body repair and regenerate tissues, are then injected back into the person's body at the site of the injury or damage. At Cascade Regenerative Medicine these injections are always done Ultrasound-Guided.
The injection of concentrated platelets can help accelerate the body's natural healing process and promote tissue repair. PRP injections are commonly used in sports medicine and orthopedics to treat injuries such as osteoarthritis, tendonitis, muscle strains, and joint pain.

MFAT Stem Cell Therapy is a treatment that uses stem cells derived from a person's own adipose (fat) tissue to cushion, support, and promote healing. The stem cells are collected through a minimally invasive liposuction procedure, where a small amount of fat is removed from the patient's body.
The collected fat is then processed to isolate and concentrate the stem cells, which are injected into the area of the body that needs treatment. The stem cells have the ability to differentiate into different types of cells, which can help repair damaged tissue and promote healing.
MFAT stem cell therapy is used to treat a variety of conditions, such as joint pain, osteoarthritis, and sports injuries. The procedure is generally considered safe, as it uses the patient's own stem cells, reducing the risk of rejection or other complications.

Prolotherapy is a treatment that involves injecting a sugar solution into an injured or painful joint, ligament, or tendon. The solution is intended to create a mild irritation or inflammation in the affected area, which can stimulate the body's natural healing response.
The inflammation caused by the injection triggers the body's immune system to send blood, nutrients, and growth factors to the area, which can help repair damaged tissue and promote healing. Over time, this process can lead to strengthening and tightening of the ligament or tendon, which can reduce pain and improve mobility, especially in those suffering from hypermobilty.
Prolotherapy is often used to treat chronic musculoskeletal pain, such as back pain, knee pain, or tennis elbow. It is considered a relatively safe and non-invasive treatment option, although it may require multiple sessions to achieve optimal results.

Perineural hydrodissection is a procedure that involves injecting either D5W or PRP around a compressed or irritated nerve to help alleviate pain and improve mobility. The solution is intended to create a pocket of fluid around the nerve, which can reduce pressure and inflammation on the nerve and allow it to move more freely.
The procedure is done with a small needle under Ultrasound-Guidance for precise placement of the medicine.

I feel so HEARD by Dr.Oltman. My past doctors have been so quick to prescribe me medicines that ultimately masked my issues or jump to surgery options. I came to Cascade Regenerative for another opinion and in hopes of non-surgical options and I am SO HAPPY I DID. Working with Dr.Oltman has been nothing short of amazing and we have a treatment plan in place that has allowed me to feel the best I have in years.
