The staff is amazing, from my pretesting appointment to my surgery, after care and discharge. They have a awesome bedside manner, attentive, friendly and caring. I absolutely love this place and the doctors and staff.

I had my surgery there in October. The decor was better than the hospital but no 5 star care. Bulletpoints: I was sedated/anesthetized without being informed. Some nurses were kind, they were good at making beds and refilling your ice water. You need to have family/friends there to help you use the bed pan. Take your medications from home with you, especially if you are on meds for chronic pain.

My son picked me up to take me to the ER- I was in terrible pain and the ER kept me. So. I was infected with a life threatening bacteria at RHI. I was transferred to UC for emergency surgery. 6 week short term disability is going to be a 6 month disability and i am still on IV antibiotics

I have had the pleasure of being taken care of several times at RHI, I received excellent care every time. The staff are pleasant and know exactly what they are doing and when they are with you you feel like you are in excellent hands.

I love this place. I have had several procedurals done at EPIC both on my back and my knees. The staff are so professional and kind and careing. They always do their jobs quickly but never make you think that they are ruching you. The patient that they are taking care of is always their main priority. The reception room is as clean as the prep room and the operating room.

Whenever given the choice to have any orocedure done I will always pic EPIC as my first choice. I give EPIC of Elizabeth Place 10 stars out of % l like it thath much. I can't say enough good things about the place and the people the staff and the doctors are the best you will ever find anywhere.

Such a great experience here. Everyone was so friendly and caring. Couldn't have asked for a better experience for my husbands surgery!

Amazing staff and best care available anywhere. I have had two back surgeries there and while I am not hoping for a third, I wouldn't hesitate going back to or sending a close family member to Riverview. the treatment and care I received both times was nothing short of phenomenal. Thank you to all that are associated with this facility!

Exceptional experience at Riverview Health Institute on my presurgery test. The staffs attention to detail and insuring my comfort was impressive.

What an astounding experience. Carrie, Harmony (aka Holly. LOL), Bob, Zach, the Nurse who came and got me from the waiting and the other Nurses & Techs there were very professional yet comforting in a genuine manner. It was my first surgery and only felt as if I was at some sort of resort. My Nurse Carrie, RN took very good care of me before & after and made this experience much less frightening than I thought it might have been. Riverview Health Institute should be proud of these professionals and I will for sure, recommend this facility to anyone I know who is going to have surgery and hopefully they too will experience what true healthcare should be! I loved the nurses, being pampered was beyond awesome. Not like any other Hospital I have been in. loved All the people, the hospital food and most of all my doctor.
