Got checked in and didn't have too much of a wait the wait time but it also depends on the doctor too

My Doctor is great, his nurses are great. The staff in the lab is great. The issue is getting an appointment. I have waited on hold for an hour only to be hung up on. This has happened several times. I have also left messages asking to be called back to make an appointment and no one calls back. Very frustrating.

There call centers are horrible. Getting an appointment to see your doctor is almost impossible here

We love our doctor and his nursing staff but administration could be improved. It's basically impossible to make an appointment by phone. I know it's an automated system and no real person is responsible but the system hangs up on you most of the time and that's very annoying.

Great medical practice. Had Dr Hulse. Very nice gentleman. I felt right at ease with him. A doctor that actually listens to you! What a concept! From the beginning that you step into the clinic you wait in line for Receptionist. There are 3 so not too long wait. MA was nice. Doctor Hulse came in. Very nice. Actually said his name. Went over my meds since my first visit to establish medical moving to Wichita. Asked him questions.

In which he advised me on answers. Got lab work done. Very nice in lab. Stopped by front desk on way out for appointment for Covid booster shot. Done. Form for medical records release from prior medical. Over all very, very impressed with this group.

Enjoy my doctor. Friendly staff. Open and transparent. Helped tremendously during 3 instances of needing immediate care.

My wife actually had to change primary physicians and she just happened to work with the lady that goes to that clinic and she got real lucky because they weren't taking new patients and the doctor he was excellent he listened to everything he asked questions and he he was a good guy I highly recommended them

I have been seeing Dr Tobi Morrow for over 10 yrs, probably closer to 15 yrs. She is amazing! She really listens and takes my concerns seriously. I couldn't ask for better care. Her nurse Monette is amazing as well. She treats me with kindness and respect. They are a great team and I enjoy my visits which may sound funny, but they just have a way of making me feel good. The clinic staff including lab, xray and receptionist have always been kind as well as caring.

Doctors here are great. No complaints. However the billing office is absurd. My mom's account got sent to collections therefore dismissing her.and somehow me from the clinic despite the fact that I was under 10 years old and had no responsibility to pay that balance. I'm 20 years old now. And I'm basically never allowed to be seen because of my parent getting sent to collections.

I would love to get in to see my old primary care doctor, Dr. Yang who is fantastic but I guess at 10 years old I screwed up by not paying the balance on my account that I had no idea was even there until I was an adult. My older brother was attached to her account too from a long time ago and he recently got in to see someone. So I'm not sure how that works.

I have spinal stenosis and a lot of nerve damage to my lower back. Dr Frozie has me referred to Dr Witiker for possible surgery. Never had any problems with staff at all. And Dr Josh Frozie is a VERY good Dr and very attentive to the needs of his patients. Well he is to me. I highly recommend the WWFP for GREAT health care.

I have use WWFP for the better part of my life. Doctors are respectable and very professional. The best part in my opinion is the Minor Care Clinic. It's open 7 days a week and bills as a normal office visit. I had an emergency this past Sunday and the doctor was amazing. I truly felt like he cared and made me laugh when I was in pain. I would 100% recommend their services to anyone who is in need.

Had a fever, sore throat and cough. Waited over 2 hours, only to be told that it could be a virus and to wait 3-5 days then come back. My co pay was $50 cause they considered their office "urgent care" although it's a minor care clinic. If I would have known I would have stayed home. Not coming back in a few days to be charged again and finally get the treatment I deserve. Either the doctor didn't believe me or he didn't want to write up a prescription since they were getting ready to close although I arrived at 4:25pm. What a rip off!

Dr. Smith is literally like a doctor out of the movies. He builds relationships and genuinely cares about his patients. And the ladies in the front, they made our experience more than memorable when they researched the pronunciation of our daughter's name before her first appointment. I have already referred people and I will continue to do so. I love this place

Dr John May has been our family physician for the past 10 yrs. we have always received the highest quality care. His staff is polite and quick to get answers back to us or to schedule new tests, scans, or exams. He does my annual physicals as well, and will explain issues to me thoroughly and describe my risks and options well. We have had to accept substitute doctors when the need was urgent and Dr May was not available. Each of these has been profession and cordial.

Has been OK for myself not too in depth or personal more like a volume patient establishment. Should be a little bit more individual oriented to the patient overall not that that has been my experience. I guess the more you get to know your doctor the more personal it could be.

I have gone to WWFP for my whole life! I love the staff and the doctors! Dr. Loewen and Dr. Kenas are the ones I see and they are both amazing!

The care at this place is amazing. If I can't get an appointment with my doctor they are always able to find another doctor on the site. I love how they have additional services and are able to investigate issues. The doctors are amazing and very caring. They know how things should be and are able to spot systems that other doctors have missed for years. I very much recommend this place not just for adults but for the whole family. My 8 year old has the same doctor as me.

I cannot speak highly enough about Dr. Dirk Smith. He is one of the most highly attentive medical doctors that I have ever been to. I was thoroughly surprised when he took 20 minutes of his time to discuss different birth control options with me. I called one day with a question and his nurse called me within a few hours. He also didn't outwardly judge me when I told him that I had a Dr Pepper for breakfast (I didn't know that I needed to fast for bloodwork). All of the staff are very friendly as well
