We were established in 1973 as South Denver Cardiology Associates (SDCA), a two physician group committed to providing the highest level of cardiac care to the South Metro region. As our reputation grew with the community, we expanded by carefully selecting quality, university-trained cardiologists who service a community that is approximately ten times greater in size than the original SDCA served.
The hard-working physicians and staff best demonstrates the vision and mission of South Denver Cardiology Associates. Each staff member is carefully selected and screened before hiring, to ensure that each employee meets and exceeds the highest standards of quality and care. Each employee is certified in Basic Life Support by the American Heart Association and participates in ongoing professional and personal education opportunities. Each department has supervisory staff that can assist you if your questions or concerns are not met.
We welcome new patients for consultations with our cardiologists, for diagnostic evaluation, and medical treatment. You may contact us directly or through a referring physician. Please make sure to forward copies of your medical records from other physicians before your first appointment, which will be set for the earliest time and date possible.

Not only did my ssn get accessed and used from the data breach but I was in the ER and advised a stress test within a week. They originally scheduled me a month and a half out and I got a call scheduling me earlier for a stress test. I drive over 50 Mile's to find out it was a new patient consultation and not a stress test. First how am I a new patient when I recieved the letter about the data breach but have had holter monitors and stress tests. Causing more undue stress when I am obviously already having issues with my heart! Do not go to South Denver cardiology!

The doctors and nurses at this office are good, but as far as logistics/scheduling/getting a provider on the phone or scheduling an appointment, it's an incredibly annoying process. Their phone lines are always down, and when I've had virtual visits the platform doesn't work. Messaging on mychart is helpful but even then it's typically a nurse who will respond and not your actual provider, and then trying to schedule with your provider takes forever and it's impossible to get them on the phone to talk to you.
I got test results over a month ago and have been waiting to be able to even talk with my doctor about it, but then he books months out. Just something to be aware of when choosing this office.

If you want to go to a heart doctor that will reschedule without warning. Tell you that you need to drive 45 minutes the opposite direction without so much as an apology, not send prescriptions out unless you physically go to their office.then this is place for you. I would recommend however to find a different doctor that cares about their patients well being.these people don't.

The Doctors are top notch but the RNs and Nurse Practioners are obstructive and seem to be suffering from compassion fatigue. The Dr td my husband to keep in touch when his arrhythmia occurs. When he calls the RNs call 2 to 3 days later and tell him that they have many patients that live with this. They seem exasperated every time my husband calls to report his arrhythmia.
When he tries to ask questions they become impatient and condescending. He just stopped calling. I am now trying to find another cardiologist for a second opinion. While it may be true that sime people live with this they don't explain why. His doctor is great but the staff is always grumpy and don't smile.

This staff is the most professional, efficient, caring and knowledgeable group I've ever experienced. I consider it an honor to be a patient here and I take great resolve in following their advice and treatments. The relationship they have blessed me with is truly top shelf and as far as I'm concerned, these people are my second family.

The facility was clean and patient care was exceptional. My wait time was minimal, even though they seemed to be a busy time of their day. The team got me in quickly; they had current records on file. I saw Dr. Grant Bailey and he had a good handle on my condition(s) and made appropriate suggestions. Thank you South Denver Cardiology.

I am very pleased with my care and the service at South Denver Cardiology. I find my doctor and his physician's assistant to be very thorough. I do not feel rushed at my visits and they carefully explain treatment, tests, medications and the like. They see you at your appointment time without delay. The offices and waiting rooms are spotless. Personnel are all friendly. Definite 5 stars from me!

South Denver Cardiology is, by far, the best choice for your Cardio needs. The staff and Dr. Ira Dauber were friendly and very professional. During this difficult time, it really makes a difference when your doctors and their team make an extreme effort to help and understand their patients needs. Very corporate care, beware. Quoted me for a (simple) EKG which I approved, then after the fact sent an invoice for several hundred higher. I disputed, paid the original approved amount and they've sent me to collections. You expect more from your cardiology provider, but seems in this case, their opportunity to increase the billing amount came before their integrity and their estimate. BEWARE!
