We focus on wellness, covering all aspects of your child's health. We look at the whole child - physical, developmental, and emotional. Whether it's caring for your sick child, offering breastfeeding advice or helping you manage your child's asthma, we are committed to providing the best care for your child.
At Jeffers, Mann & Artman, we can access your child's medical record electronically through our Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system. Through our EMR, we can advise you based your child's particular medical history. If the provider you usually see is at one of the other locations, we can correspond with him/her efficiently by using this computer system.
Thanks for taking the time to meet our team. From the nurse who greets you to the doctor who checks your heart rate, our entire staff is devoted to providing a caring and compassionate environment. Our practice is made up of board-certified pediatricians, physician assistants, nurse practitioners and lactation consultants. We are specially trained in pediatric medicine and dedicated to continued education so that we can provide the most advanced medical care available.

Love this place! Dr. Mann is a Raleigh legend! You may have to wait to get an appointment, but it is SO worth. Such ethical doctors, I've lived in Raleigh 20+ years and they've maintained a great reputation all this time. Dr. Mann is my favorite, very caring and compassionate while also extremely thorough. Went here from the time I was a baby until 20. If they had adult services I would still go here! This place is perfection. *chefs kiss*

Kelly Werner is an absolute gift. She is who we usually see and every time she reminds me that we've made a good choice. My toddler was having a rough time and she worked so well with him and did everything to make sure that he was comfortable and I really felt like she went the extra mile. She even took the time to answer all of my questions and made sure that I was comfortable. We've also seen Dr Daily and she is absolutely the sweetest and really knows how to put the mind at ease and she was really bubbly when we met with her.

Jeffers, Mann and Artman are the best. Dr. Mann is amazing. I respect the fact that he speaks with my son and asks him the questions, and I chime in when more detail is required. He makes your child really advocates for the child to speak for themselves. Moreover, Dr. Mann is NOT a pill /medicine pusher! He doesn't go straight to medicine as the "cure all".
He puts in the work, asks the questions and sends you to a specialist for more research and answers first. The staff are always kind, helpful, and really do go out of their to help. They answer all my questions, and have never made me feel ignorant or inferior when I didn't understand or had to ask twice. Hands down, the best. I use both Raleigh (Blue Ridge) and Wake Forest offices.

My daughter has been a patient for about a year and the practice has great doctors for wellness visits. However, we had a very negative experience trying to get urgent care there.their weekend sick clinic appointment line had such poor connection the person could not hear me, or at least that's what I was told. So I drove up to make the appointment in person because it was an URGENT need.
The person at the desk was very unaccomodating, telling me I shouldn't be there because there were healthy patients in the waiting room.on a sick clinic day? She took my number for the nurse to call me back and told me to go wait in the car. I did get this useless callback from the nurse 6 HOURS LATER. At that point I already took my daughter and recieved excellent care elsewhere. Not recommended for any urgent care needs!

If you are at all vaccine hesitant, do not trust this provider. I clearly expressed a desire to administer only one vaccine at a time to my newborn. I asked the nurse to recommend the first vaccine. It was indeed one shot, but it was a combination vaccine. I didn't know enough to realize that fact, and the nurse did not properly inform me of it. As a result, my LO received 5 vaccines that day! Unfortunately, my LO had a terrible adverse reaction, consistent with contraindications listed in the vaccine insert, and is still suffering consequences.

We stumbled onto this practice shortly after relocating to Raleigh in July 2015. I have a teenager with special needs and an elementary school aged child. I can not say enough good things about this practice. We rarely see the same provider twice, but that doesn't bother me. Everyone we have seen makes sure they familiarize themselves with my child's medical history.
The providers here are truly spectacular. Amazing bedside manners from everyone. You certainly can ask for a specific provider, but that might mean a wait is involved. I have been very happy that every time my children have been ill or injured, I don't have to deal with an urgent care center or the ER. They are always willing to accommodate our family with very quick appointments, and we have never waited more than 10 minutes in the waiting room. Getting routine appointments for physicals takes a bit more time, but that is to be expected and that's not something you should schedule at the last minute anyway.
I would not hesitate to recommend Jeffers Mann to anyone looking for a pediatrician. They are 5 star all the way! And in response to the nutter below with her deranged comment about vaccinations not being necessary for public school - people like you are the reason long-dead diseases are being revived. It might not be illegal but it dang sure should be. Please hop off the Jenny McCartney crazy train.
