In accordance with CMS regulations, Jai Medical Systems uses the National Correct Coding Initiative edits when processing claims. Jai Medical Systems predicates its Fee Schedule on the Maryland Medicaid Fee For Service fee schedule. The Maryland Department of Health (the Department) updates its Medicaid Fee For Service fee schedules on a periodic basis.

I had a problem of being constantly rude to by an employee and sought, first, In House Administrative remedy. And I was even denied Top Administrative Remedy. And, eventually, put off the premises. I was outright disrespected by both the site administration at the 5010 York Road office. And I was disrespected by the top Administrative Office up in Cockeysville, MD.
Either Administration solved my problem; instead, they deepened my problem "by closing ranks on a 'them against us' ". Thus it was a We Win, You Lose process. And not a Win Win Problem-Solved Process and Situation for both parties. Jai Medical Failed me.

Terrible. Make you jump through hoops to see specialists and even if you have a chronic illness your referal for specialist is only good for 3 months so you have to go back to your pcp for another referal to see the specialist you've already been being treated by? Also near impossible to get an MRI. My neurologist ordered an MRI but his referral for an MRI is no good Jai specifys that only Jai Dr. can order an MRI meaning I have to go back to pcp for them to write the order which they don't understand why they would have to write the order when the neurologist is the one who wants it. I expect alot more hoops trying to get any medical services from this insurance

The BEST customer service! They do a great job and really are dedicated to providing TOP NOTCH service I love that this LOCAL company started as a small medical practice that grew over time. Jai really cares for its members going above and beyond, they offer FREE rides to any of the 6 centers to see the AWESOME doctors at the clinics. They even have this thing called healthy rewards where they mail you a gift card for getting your yearly physical. They should change their name to Jai Medical Systems, TBMCO.for THE BEST MCO

I have been an employee of Jai Medical for 6+ years and I can honestly say that working here has been a wonderful experience. This company goes above and beyond to take care of its patients by any means necessary. I've never seen a company that works so hard to improve customer-focus to ensure satisfactory results and care delivery. This company is definitely a company that I would recommend to loved ones.

Talk about a Great Customer Service Team, Jai medical systems are the best. Being the highest rated Mco plan speaks volumes for itself. The centers not only schedule you appointments but allow walk ins also and offer transportation to your appointment and then back home. What other MCO offers you a free ride. But this is the kicker, when you have your yearly physical you are rewarded with a gift card . As mentioned Jai medical is the absolute best .

Jai Medical Systems- MCO's Customer Service Representatives will always make me feel that they do really care about my situation every time I call. I was so impressed when I received a follow up call from one their Representatives in Hunt Valley to check if my request the other day was resolved. That is something and I am very thankful. Scheduling an appointment is so easy! I definitely recommend this MCO to all Medicaid members. Thank you very much.

This company cares about the community. They have COVID-19 vaccines on hand for those who may be searching for a vaccination site. The Customer Service team set up an appointment for me within 48 hours and I couldn't be more thankful. I feel like I can take on the world now, thanks to Jai Medical MCO! I'll be back soon guys! You guys are incredible.

I have been patient here for almost 5 years. I have kidney problems. But it's only one restroom for patients. Before covid 19 pandemic were two additional restroom in the lobby for patients. So i went there because the one inside doctor office was busy. But i found out both restroom were close to patients and only use for employees Due to covid 19.
So the front desk attendant told me to contain myself until the patient restroom is empty. Can you believe i have to contains myself when i really have urgency to use the restroom due to my kidnes issue. Really an awful experience. I understand limits due to covid 19. But think patients deserve more consideration, nice costumer service and absolutely no unhappy people as front desk agent. Have more access to restrooms will be a huge improve.
