Worst place ever! The people at the office are rude. My family and I had set up an appointment and had it confirmed already, when we get there they said that they could not do it. It makes no sense that they could not simply do the labs since we had taken the day off work, school and we had set up the appointment a week prior the day. Do not recommend!

It took a weeks to get lab request into the correct lab. After labs were done and faxed over two weeks ago still no results. It has been over a month and still nothing! Dr. Cooper is great but, the communication is awful. Wait on hold and the get an answer service. I am going to have to change my primary care physician. Maybe get better service

This place is a joke. I cannot get a hold of anybody in the office to resolve a billing concern. Have to leave a message with a call center to speak to an admin personnel. Flawed System and Flawed Office. Also when my son was sick they stated that they would not see sick patients due to fear of Covid. What kind of doctors office is this. Please go somewhere else to get a caring doctor and an office with caring people. I am trying to warn you.

They "don't see sick people" so don't even bother calling if you're sick. They actually said that to me. Also they get very uppity and snappy if you don't answer the way they want you to answer the questions. They will constantly reschedule your appointment. Mine has been rescheduled for five times and I've only seen the doctor once. Before my first appointment they told me I had to come in in the morning only because they don't do afternoon appointments for new patients.
Then for my second appointment less than six hours before the appointment I get a call saying the doctor sick and they have to reschedule my appointment. I would not recommend this place to anyone and my parents are actually considering changing doctors because of this and other things that of happened to them as well.

I have been a patient here for two years now. My Doctor is great, but the office staff is less then friendly. Today I had to go in to get medical records sent to another doctor. The woman at the desk was less than helpful and rude to boot. This isn't my first time having poor customer service from this office, but it is going to be my last. Looking for a new doctor.

We called the office to make new patient appointment for my grandma. The office confirmed that they took her insurance. After taking the day of work to get her to the doctor's appointment, the office told us they could not see her because they were not listed as the PCP on the medicare advantage plan. The office staff that answers the phones need to be trained better on how to provide information regarding insurance.
Not only did this waste our entire day, it also is bad for the medical practice as it was revenue lost. The doctor's may be good, but we will never know due to the front office/call center providing incomplete information.

Doctor Khan is the WORST doctor I have ever had. I had bloodwork done and she told me everything was normal, the next year I get diagnosed with Hashimoto's. I look over my past labs and realize that the lab she called normal, actually was under active and in the red. The only reason I am giving two stars is because I switched to Amanda Hall and she is a great doctor. She is thorough, takes her time, listens and is an amazing doctor.
