Absolutely love the staff. They made me feel very calm about my high risk pregnancy. Dr. Dickert is the best! It felt like they truly care.

Doctors and nurses are great. This is my second pregnancy at high risk. They treat you well, they answer your questions without rushing. BUT the lady from the front desk is extreme rude as soon as you walk in the door she wants to scream out that you have a balance super indiscreet if there are other patients around. She is very aggressive trying to collect payment, to me that is poor customer service. Unfortunately I don't recall her name.

Very caring staff. It's not easy to be pregnant for the first time and have a high risk pregnancy, but Doctors and Nurses and all the staff will make you feel safer and better.

Worst MFM ever, rude staff, terrible management and long waiting times.

I was so sad when my pregnancy was over because I love the doctors and nurses here so much! I felt like I was in such great care and they always assured me that everything with my baby and pregnancy would be okay. It was a really scary time being pregnant during a pandemic, and Dr. Dickert was super supportive of me and wrote a letter to my employer asking to allow me to work remotely.

That meant so much to me. I think other reviews mentioned the lady at the front desk being rude. I had that vibe from her at first but she grew on me! I am so thankful for the doctors here.

We had an amazing experience here. Dr Greig, Vicky, Jenny, and Toni were so caring and helpful. They gave a warm welcome to me, my wife, and my three children. We were referred in somewhat of an emergency situation, our anxiety was pretty high, and the team there helped easy our stress and give us confidence that mom and baby were okay. I can't say enough about how valuable their approach to treatment was for our family.

This is my 3rd child and 4th obgyn I've seen including all three pregnancys. Hands down the very best. Everyone is incredibly nice and none judgemental. Not just one person but every person at upstate maternal fetal medicine has been great. It's such a positive environment. I always leave smiling and feeling good about myself and my baby. I couldn't imagine going threw this pregnancy without them.

I left my first appointment praying and thanking God for putting this group of people in my path. Words really can't express how thankful I am. I wish money wasn't such a struggle because I would love to do something to show my appreciation. Since money is a struggle I hope everyone seeing this gets excited to meet these amazing people who are going to help you threw your pregnancy. Your lucky to be coming here!

I absolutely loved coming to this office. Both doctors were great, along with the nurses. They took their time with me and made sure every question I had was answered. I was not rushed out of the office. I came in feeling anxious due to having a high risk pregnancy, but always left feeling relieved and hopeful. I just wish they were able to deliver my baby!

My experience here was as a temporary employee years ago. I came there with great apprehension and was so pleasantly surprised. After having such horrible experiences working through a temp agency affiliated with the Spartanburg County Hospital system, you can see why the apprehension, but the staff not only were kind and accepting of me, but, they left an impression of how well they treated the patients, with me for a lifetime. I will Always remember my short time there and give them the highest recommendations for their service, compassion, and the care they give to everyone. Thanks Guys, Bravo!

Everyone here is so professional and polite! I actually enjoy going here sometimes more than my regular OBGyn because of the extra time they take with you. Wonderful place!
