The awards ceremony showcased the pediatricians who have demonstrated this commitment. All About Kids Pediatrics in Tempe was recently recognized 2 years in a row as Docs That Rocks by the Phoenix Children's Care Network for its ability to provide efficient, affordable care to local children.

Immunizations are an integral part of preventing serious diseases. We follow the American Academy of Pediatrics Guidelines for the timing of these vaccinations. It is imperative for our patients to be vaccinated for their own safety as well as the safety of the rest of our patients that you may come in contact with in our waiting room.

Worst customer service I have ever received from a doctors office. The staff is unfriendly and the doctor is all about the buck. They charge you $20 for missed appointments. The wait is always long and the doctor pushes her opinions on you especially about vaccines. I would chose a doctor that actually wants to help families instead of make money off of them.

Dr. Jones has been seeing my kids since they were babies. My son is 18 now so its time to move on. She took great care of him. I never once felt like she couldve done better. I really felt like she cared about his well being as much as i do. Great listener to all my concerns, and very thorough with exams and testings. I drive from phoenix to tempe just to see her. Wonderful doctor.

Dr. Shoptaugh is fantastic. She really cares about my children. I feel very comfortable asking her questions and feel heard. She is patient and kind. Her staff is fantastic too, very attentive, gentle, and friendly. They even call to check up when the kids are sick or injured. We look forward to going in, my kids are not afraid of going to the doctor.
The office is clean and they do a great job spacing appointments so the waiting room is not a zoo. I have never had a problem getting in to be seen. I highly recommend this office and Dr. Shoptaugh!

I truly believe Dr. Shoptaugh can be more polite and not look at her patients as numbers rather then humans. I think she's completely overbooked and overworked, and it shows. She's insensitive as well as her staff. I stay only because she's a very smart women and you can see that. But this may change soon. If you want a Peditrican that is caring and shows it also truly focused on you and your child and has time for you (which is what parents would want) this is not the place for you. Even writing this I'm wondering why do I go here.
