Love Dr. Cox and her entire staff. Practice is efficient, COVID-minded (I was given a new mask twice!) and professional. Facilities are clean, beautiful. Dr. Cox is thorough and knowledgeable. Staff is attentive and pro-active in providing comfort, ease. This was my second visit. I will be back. OH. And the collection of sun hats and skin care products is worth seeing, too!

Aesthetic solutions gets 5 stars from me. Dr. Cox always does her own procedures, there is never a long wait and the office is organized and clean. They know what they are doing!

Dr. Cox is amazing. She is the Picaso of Dermatology. She looks, she sees and she creates one masterpiece after another. She sees the end result before one stroke begins. She never falters, never errs and never disappoints. I would not trust my canvas to anyone else! I love her!

Wearing a mask as an essential worker caused hair issues on my face to the point where they were ingrown and very painful. Aesthetic Solutions has made it possible where not only am I not in pain, but my ingrown hair problem is completely gone and my skin looks beautiful again!

I just received by 4th microneedling treatment here and I am very pleased with my results so far even though I still have another treatment and a few months at least to see full results. The staff at AS is very thoughtful and efficient. The office is lovely and always clean. I saw someone cleaning in there in the middle of the day when I was in there yesterday checking out.

I have had a great experience with everyone I've interacted with at AS. In my initial consultation it was missed that I am sensitive to nickel (which is in the microneedles), and at my first treatment they did a small test spot at a reduced price instead of charging ahead with trying to sell me a package even though I was willing. I was annoyed at the time but it has since made me feel like I am in good hands at this office.

They are cautious and not out to sell you things every 10 seconds. They let you know the options available to you but they don't push. My consult actually had them suggesting the least expensive of the 3 recommended treatments (laser, microneedling, and RF microneedling) because my skin is prone to pigmentation with heat. Also, a friend of mine asked her Duke dermatology resident friend for a Botox rec and they said Dr. Cox is the best in the Triangle. My friend had a great experience and had a great, very natural looking result she was pleased with.

I have to thank Dr. Cox and her wonderful staff for helping me with the vein treatment to reduce the size of the very large veins under my eyes. I researched very thoroughly because the veins are so close to my eyes. I am very glad that I chose Dr. Cox and her staff. Dr. Cox is not only brilliant, she is kind and patient. Her staff is professional and kind. They all take time to listen. They are all also very observant. They notice and provide what you need or ask before you even put it into words.

I had a really great experience and would recommend Aesthetic Solutions to anyone. I felt it was important to leave a review, because after visiting two other providers for a consult and leaving feeling like it was a complete waste of time, people need to know how great AS is. My consult was thorough, Corynn took her time with me, and I left knowing and feeling comfortable with the next steps I was going to take in my skin journey.

I was very impressed with all of the safety precautions to keep patients and staff healthy. As usual, a very professional, but friendly atmosphere. Dr. Cox is an artist when it comes to bringing out my best features. I always feel so confident when I leave. Thank you!

Wow, It was so nice to get back to AS after some of the restrictions have lifted. Dr. Cox never disappoints. She always provides the education along with the product. I fully trust her and her staff. They are the best.

I went to this place for the treatment and bought skincare from them. This is an update to my original review. With my treatment follow up question I've reached out to the patient coordinator who emailed me in the past, so there should be records of that. I did receive a follow up call from one of their nurses after I posted my original review. That was nice.

The only place I trust to go to for my dermatology and aesthetics needs. Everyone including Dr Cox, Sherry, Kim, and Jamie have always been consistently exceptional. As a health care provider myself, I know they are the only place I would trust to go to! With the pandemic, they are following very strict protocols for our and their safety. Thank you for the wonderful care you provide!

Dr Cox and her staff are wonderful. I felt very safe with their COVID procedures. Her staff is warm and thorough. Dr. Cox's reputation is beyond reproach and I was a bit intimated going in, but Dr Cox was professional and friendly. Dr Cox and her staff quickly made me feel at ease. I wanted a gameplan for future treatments and she gave me a non-judgmental assessment of what I might get done to reach my aesthetic goals.
