I have nothing but the best to say about Dr. Richards and his staff. You never wait for your scheduled appointment. Dr. Richard explains everything in great detail and in a way that is easy to understand. His knowledge and caring personality are unbelievable. Great sense of humor as a bonus. Highly recommended.

I'm sorry I did not find this practice a long, long time ago. Micheal DeWitt and Dr. Richards went way above and beyond anything I've ever experienced and I've worn glasses for many years. From my very first visit, I was treated like a long time patient. Their service is unbeatable, their selection of frames is great and they are reasonably priced. If you've tried the rest, now try the best. I'm confident you won't be disappointed.

I had a great experience at BEI, PA. The staff greets you warmly and gets you checked in immediately. Wait time start to finish is usually 10 minutes or less. My first visit with Dr Habib was a positive one overall. Examination and diagnosis went smoothly. Having issues with dry eye which was addressed and treated. I would recommend his office to anyone.

I had cataract surgery in both eyes. Dr. Habib made the whole process easy. Appointments for office visits were on time. His nurses and office staff are top notch.

Dr Habib, is a very competent physician who was able to treat my "dry eye" syndrome after other physicians were unable to. He has taken the time to listen to my concerns. My appointment wait time is minimal and the staff is friendly and welcoming.

I would never trust my eyes to anyone else. I have worn contact lenses for over 50 years, and it is a miracle now that I don't have to anymore! Dr. Habib is so knowledgable and his staff, especially Janice, is incredibly kind and helpful. I recommend them wholeheartedly!

I've been going to Boynton Eye Inst for over 15 yrs. Staff is great and Dr Habib is the Best. 10 Yrs ago he did surgery for my cataract & I no longer need glasses & have perfect vision. The man is wonderful & caring. I would not want to have to see any other Eye Dr.

My wife and I became Florida residents over three years ago. I have had numerous eye problems for many years. We were referred to Dr. Habib. It is my opinion that his skills are "world class." I recommend his services without hesitation

Dr. Richards is an amazing physician. Too bad I can't say the same regarding office manager and staff. I am a patient who has provided my insurance for treatment. Upon ordering contacts theyattempt to charge me full price. The office managers explanation to me when I ask if my insurance covers she tells me did you say you wanted to use your insurance?

When asked did I tell them I wanted to use I said no one asked me. Why wouldn't I want to use my insurance. She argues how would I we know that. It's the patients responsibility to provide insurance inform. I informed I did provide my insurance info it's in my file. She continues to argue how would she know that? I asked you had to look in my file for my vision prescription to know what to order you couldn't check on insurance or at a minimum ask when I order do you want to use your insurance?

She continued to argue that I should have simply said I would like to use my insurance when I ordered. I ask is this poor customer service or is she trying to collect the full amount from me instead of the prorated rate from insurance? Today she didn't get one over on this educated consumer. The financial difference of $120. That's a big deal. I wonder how many poor patients who didn't ask if their insurance covered got scammed out of their hard earned money.
