Let me start by saying this experience has been awful. I took off work today just for this appointment to see Dr. Williams. My appointment was at 10:15, but they told me to arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment. So I arrived at 9:48, and had my paper work filled out with my insurance information. They take me back to get my iron level, weight, and BP at 9:59.
I sit in the waiting area for almost an hour, and no one comes and say sorry for the wait or we're running behind. I had another appointment at 12:30, and it's already 11:00. I ended up having to reschedule with a PA for Friday. I'm praying my experiences is better that today

If you feel like wasting your entire day then this is the place for you. I've been going to obgyn partners of Augusta for almost 9yrs. I've delivered two babies with my doctor here and as much as I like my doctor, I cannot stand either of their offices. The PA in the hospital location (for my doctor at least) is beyond rude, honestly treated me like a subhuman when my husband lost his job and I lost my insurance.
I tried the new (to me) Evans location and waited 2 hours in the waiting room. I've had this experience MANY times at the hospital office, so much so that I have left after waiting hours and hours to be seen, and I guess I stupidly expected the Evans location to be a little quicker. Think again. Honestly the obgyns are great but you end up waiting hours and hours. Plus I've had billing issues with them. Just don't waste your time and go elsewhere.

I've had a great experience with this office- from the front office staff, medical assistants, lab techs, and especially Dr. Brantley and Miranda, her medical assistant. Dr. Brantley has phenomenal bedside manner and will listen to and sit with you and talk to you like a "normal" person. Would highly recommend Dr. Brantley!

Let me start by saying Dr. O'Shields is an excellent provider with superb bedside manor. The practice appears clean with plenty of chairs in the waiting room. However, they do not allow visitors to use the waiting rooms. They ask you to stay by the elevator waiting room just outside the office. Where there are less than half the chairs than the multiple waiting rooms in the actual practice.
Not sure why they restrict visitors to a smaller area, not really adhereing to the CDC guidance. Some of the patients are going through difficult periods and would find comfort in having someone there with them. Also, the lady who reviews the documents with the patient for signatures prior to the procedure is very unprofessional. Her desk was covered in a scattering of documents and things, her talk radio show was loud enough to distract from the conversation. She was rude and offputting, and treats you as if you are inconveniencing her. Shirley or something.

Would definitely not recommend this facility. They sent me a collections letter for services from 2015 that Dr. JulieAnn Parker had promised to write off for me. (The statue for sending someone to collections in GA is 4 years and I never received a notice until 2 weeks ago.) I had issues with a paraguard and am now in a legal case after having to have it surgically removed.
I will say that Teresa in billing is nice and gets back to you so that is a plus. Overall though it seems that they are not very organized and push services that entangle you in legal cases. Find a provider that doesn't make promises they do not intend to keep.

Dr. Cook is THE BEST OF THE BEST! The nicest doctor you will ever meet. Helped ease my anxiety with my second pregnancy (I have debilitating anxiety) and it went so smoothly; no issues. I HIGHLY recommend him. I won't see anyone else. He will be the doctor I go to for any future babies I have. His nurses are the BEST too! The whole process was A+++

This place runs like a well oiled machine. In all my years of sitting for hours at the doctors, and having to go to different facilities for mammogram & bloodwork, this has been such a refreshing experience. I was in and out with all my tests within 1 1/2 hours. Dr Oshields was receptive, caring, and very in tuned. I felt very comfortable, and although it is a 30 minute drive, it was WELL WORTH the care I received.

They will have you waiting for a hour and a half. Just for you wait on the doctor who doesn't take their time. Dr. Eldrick was my assigned doctor and my first visit with her, I wasn't impressed so this will be my last. I had her assistant I think her name was Cassie and thought I would get her again but they said she was on maternity leave. I will only request my appointment with the assistant who is more professional.

Dr eldrick she's the worst obgyn I've been to. One min she tells me I have fibroid size of grape fruits another time she tells me there wasn't any. Then last appointment I went to I waited an hour half Bc they over looked me. I know Bc my app said signed out. On universities app page. She didn't have a reason for it. Or apologize.she then had the nerve to tell me and my husband she never told me she said I had fibroids.
That day I told her I wouldn't be back to see her no more. I will be checking for another obgyn. Later that week I got a latter saying she band me from that clinic. I really should sue. Don't go to her she's the worst.

I recently visited this office and I couldn't believe how great everybody was! The desk staff, the nurse, the doctor everybody was fantastic! They make you feel welcomed and comfortable. Dr. Jennifer Morgan was who I seen and she helped me so much. She was very nice and made sure she explained everything to me. I will definitely be seeing her again.

I am currently 9 weeks pregnant via IVF. I have been seeing my fertility specialist up to this point. After my 10 week ultrasound with him, I will be released to a regular obgyn. I called to try and make an appointment here. I had to explain multiple times that my due date wasn't calculated from my cycle, but from my transfer date and the receptionist made me feel extremely self conscious about this.
She then told me they don't like to see new patients who are more than 8 weeks pregnant, and they refused to make an appointment at all after 10 weeks. I hung up the phone in tears feeling like my ivf pregnancy wasn't worthy of their time. I called another doctors office and they were completely understanding of everything, which makes me think this office simply doesn't have experience with women who have struggled.
