What a difference a year must make. I am very surprised at the shining reviews from a year ago or more This has not been my experience with N. Georgia Nephrology. it was recommended that my mother be brought there, but some of the staff is very unprofessional and unfriendly. Maybe they think my mother and I are just some ignorant peasants to be treated any sort of way.
The following are several incidents. One of the staff called my mother with information from Dr. Kashyap when we were out. My mother returned the call, left a message, but the staff member never called back. The staff member left her cellphone number. My mother called her number and the office. The office said they'd tell the staff member to return the call, but she never did.
The following week when we had an appointment, Dr. Kashyap acted upset thinking that my mother had not done as he said, but the call that she was to have received was not returned. Another time I called for information for my mother and when they answered there was talking, laughing and giggling when the phone was picked up. Previous to last week my mother was called and asked if she had gotten her labs.
I said that my mother had and the staff member nervously laughed and admitted that she hadn't checked my mother's chart. Unlike other offices they call a week ahead with reminders instead of a day or two before. Dr. Kashyap acts as if he gets annoyed with my mother and the problem is those young women working there are doing an awful job. One of the nurses was very rude the last time we were there.
I told Dr. Kashyap that some of the staff do not do their job. He made no response. My mother and I are not idiots. I know some people think all African Americans are alike, but they are dead wrong about my mother and I. I really wish Dr. Chandora had not recommended this place. Every time they schedule a lab in the office, they call back and cancel it and send us over to LabCorps.
I dread taking my mother to these people. They owe my 84 year old mother an apology. She follows rules. The staff of this place doesn't care and are likely there only for the money like so many other Americans and people in the medical profession. The medical profession in America is rife with corruption, and is a disgrace and a joke, and I can talk because I've lived abroad in Turkey and Botswana and experienced far more civilized and humane treatment than what is the case in this country.

Dr Bashir has been my doctor for over 10 years. He has seen me through my toughest years as a patient. He is always respectful, understanding, kind and he is one of the few doctors that actually listens to his patients. My recommendation is that of you need a dialysis doctor, he is the perfect doctor for you. Great service, plenty of locations, and availability are some of the attributes of Dr. Abid Bashir. NGNC will be my physicians office from now on!

Loganville Dialysis is very clean, safe and comfortable environment. The atmosphere is sublime. The staff, all Drs, nurses, technicians and maintenance are all very respectful and professional. Everyone is hands on as far as your well-being and health. I would highly recommended this dialysis's center to anyone with kidney disease.
