Specializing in complex chronic illness. In addition to clinical practice (40+ years), Dr. Gordon participates in clinical research. He has worked with Dr. Robert Naviaux, who has done ground breaking research into metabolomics, mitochondrial function, and chronic inflammatory disease. In 2016 Dr. Gordon was co-author with Dr. Naviaux on a groundbreaking study, "Metabolic Features of Chronic Fatigue Syndrome", published in the Proceedings of the National Academy of Science (PNAS).Dr. Parpia spent the last decade treating patients from all over the world for complex chronic illnesses.

My doctor moved to this practice and ever since I can't seem to reach him. No one answers the phone on any extension. Chats go unanswered. It has been 1 month since my doc transferred and I still don't have access to the patient portal. I need an urgent hospital follow up with my doctor and I can't get to him! Very frustrating. He used to be so accessible.

I have been fortunate to have Eric Gordon, MD solving a myriad of health problems over the years. He has the ability to deal with "unraveling the layers and mysteries" of healthcare in a unique and effective manner. I highly recommend him and all of those in his office who delivery the finest of care.

If I could give 6 stars I would. I am a new patient of Dr. Eric Gordon and since the moment of our first initial consultation, I knew his doctoring style was a good match for me. I have been a complex medical mystery patient for years, with all sorts of weird maladies ranging from: sweating blood, to chronic Lyme disease and co-infections, to rapid onset of debilitating joint deformation, to unexplained fevers at the same time everyday no matter what the location. THIS guy loves a challenge and instead of turning me and my diagnosed and undiagnosed conditions away or sweeping my concerns 'under the rug', he looked at me and said "Wow, okay, cool, well.let's get to the bottom of this".
From the get-go he has been incredibly articulate, conscientious, generous, humorous and kind. Dr. Gordon is especially mindful of my unique medical situation (emotionally, physically, mentally, and financially) by letting me know that it is always OK to turn down any suggestions that don't feel right for me or any testing that I couldn't afford right away, but that he would always try to find a way to keep chipping away at the clues to best help me.
I have been to other integrative doctors - wonderful doctors who always do their best and gave it their best shot working with my medical issues - but I definitely feel "seen and acknowledged" on a different level with Dr. Gordon and Gordon Medical Associates. Staff Shout Out: Corinna is one of Dr. Gordon's assistants and she is SO patient with me and all of my requests, emails, phone calls and concerns.
She has been nothing but kind and professional. Lily is also fantastic at communicating and being super thorough when taking care of my direct questions for Dr. Gordon, and Rachael is the bomb too! I love them all.

I found and came to Gordon Medical Associates during one of the most challenging states in my life, and I left in one of the most amazing states of my life. Gordon Medical Associates is an absolutely amazing place, with an incredible team of very dedicated doctors and an exceptional group of caring support staff. I spent most of my time with Dr. Parpia and Rex; they are both second to none and truly embody the ideals of customized and patient-centered healthcare.
I've never been to a medical practice like this one, and I have a feeling I never will find another that can even come close to matching it. I am a patient of Doctor Parpia & have seen the team's body techs. I am from New York & traveled 3,000 miles to come to this facility & I am so happy with my decision. I am being treated for Lyme disease (neuro components), gut issues, mold, & some other co infections. It is only mid way my treatment & I am already seeing amazing results with my symptoms. Dr. Parpia makes you feel very comfortable, she actually listens to you, meets with you on a weekly basis, & adjust things accordingly.
This facility has an amazing integrative team. Along with medicine, their body techs are life changing! Specifically, Carol has helped me incredibly. Lastly, patty and reception & the nurses (Rex, Melissa, & Eilane) are incredible. I am here for a lengthy amount of time and they are truly help your mental state and overall health.
