I feel incredibly blessed to have met such wonderful people through Frannie, Dr. Gornet, and Chase ❤️. Now, it's time to pass on the back stabilizer to someone else. I've had it for 13 years, and it's been 100% effective! Thank you, Jesus.

Dr. Rotman is the most personable non-trauma surgeon I have met (our family has had many trauma and non-trauma surgical experiences)! Both my teenage son and I are patients. He is very knowledgeable and doesn't waste your time! My son required finger tendon surgery due to soccer injuries. His treatment and recovery went very smoothly. Dr. Rotman told me my wrist injury wasn't fixable with surgery but allowed me to decide the treatment options I was most comfortable with. We've had great experiences with everyone in this office! We were able to get appointments and surgery scheduled quickly without excessive office wait times. I would HIGHLY recommend Dr. Rotman to anyone!

I left work early on Wednesday because my back was killing me. I called and they could get me Thursday morning at 9. (RIGHT ON!) I went to pain management. The office visit was great. Jeff was awesome. I left and went home. I forgot I was going to ask for a slip for work to let them know it was ok that I go back to work. I'm a courier, in a car over 8 hours a day.

I called and talked to ( I'll edit this) she was very rude. She made it sound like I WANTED to be out of work. That I only went there to get a DR notice. Like it was such an inconvenience for her to type up a letter. Very rude and unprofessional! I sure hope Physical therapy works so I NEVER have to talk to her again! I have severe arthritis in my back. First time ever going there. First time EVER going to pain management! Makes me regret giving them my hard earned money. I wouldn't recommend this place at all

I dislike this place at this point in time because of the staff. It's not the doctor. It's the staff. They are very rude on the phone. If you are asked a question. That means the question is being asked for clarification. It's not to upset you especially since it's your job to answer phones and give out information. If you haven't heard the saying customer is right.

Learn that.because with no customers you have no job.people do take that to the extreme but me I take it to Google and yelp and let people know how the place is to stop anyone else from being subjected to places who don't value consumers. Better believe that this is NOT the only place in Saint Louis who does orthopedic work. And best believe this is not the only place with qualified candidates to perform exceptional work. Just a FYI for you to understand while answering the phones. At least make a person feel like their business is the only business that is on your mind at the time.

I've never been to an orthopedic doctor before here. The doctors at this clinic are frickin awesome and super nice. No one wants to go to these types of facilities but if you have too, then this is the place.

This orthopedic center is very convenient to my location, however I do recommend it to anybody who has orthopedic needs. The doctors and staff are very friendly and helpful as well. However, you do have to wear a mask unfortunately.

I ended up using Dr. Choi for shoulder surgery and have seen him subsequently for a wrist issue. The surgery went very well with perfect recovery. It was a bicep tenodesis. No lingering issues and I was back to lifting with no pain. He is such a great doctor and so nice. He is not a wrist or hand doctor but tried conservative means to help my wrist. In the end he referred me to the hand surgeon in the practice, who was also awesome, for the injection, which he agreed to do while I was pregnant. No pain since!

The Orthopedic Center of St. Louis staff believe that the St. Louis County mask mandate is optional, even though there is a sign right outside their door stating that it is required. Allie, the receptionist, wears a mask improperly and Dr. John Krause, orthopedist, does not wear a mask at all.

I have had two hand injuries within two years and have seen Dr. Brown for both. I am always impressed with Dr. Brown and his team. The place is clean and they follow Covid regulations. Dr. Brown is very quick with appointments. I can understand dhow some may not like how quick he comes and goes, but for me, knowing that my injuries were doing so well that the appointment didn't have to take too long, actually helped reassure me that everything is healing correctly. I definitely recommend this place, especially Dr. Brown.

I want to start by saying I really loved my surgeon Brian Wegman, he is great at what he does and very cordial and kind, however whomever created this billing website needs to start over. I am tired of getting an online billing statement that says here is a reminder when I get it for the first time. Then when I call about it the lady I speak with every time is rude. It's quite humiliating for someone who pays their bills as soon as they get them. You need to fix this for the sake of the doctors you work for. Thank you

Highly recommend Dr Gornet! He truly cares about the patient and finding the cause of their pain! He takes time to answer any questions and explains things! I can't say enough great things about him and his staff!

The only complaint I have is with the front office and calling repeatedly to schedule a follow-up appointment for a much needed surgery on my neck. It's been a month with several messages left and no return call. I'm satisfied with my Dr but come on, they've left me waiting I feel for no reason.

I walked into the waiting room and witnessed 3 employees not wearing a mask. I asked are masks not required here? She said yes we follow all the CDC guide lines so I said ok well why aren't they? She said oh she just came back from lunch. I said ok what about that lady back there? She replied oh we wear them all day and sometimes we need to get fresh air.

Then your not following CDC guide lines. The lady in the back never put any mask on and I was in the waiting room for an hour. And the lady at the front desk would constantly take it off unless someone walked up to the counter. So I guess CDC changed the guidelines to you only need a mask sometimes but not always unless a patient talks to you.

Went in early was nicely greeted. The large facility was easy to maneuver through and very nice and clean. They were prompt on getting me into the office at appointment time. Dr Krause was very friendly and efficient. All the lady's from the staff were friendly and socialized so that made my visit even more pleasant. I will have no problem going back if needed and would go there or take my active children there if I resided in the area. Thanks for the great service.
