The foundation of every healthcare treatment decision ultimately rests on the diagnosis. The physician's course of treatment - be it an aggressive intervention or a wait-and-see approach - is determined by the accuracy of that diagnosis. A wrong diagnosis can lead to the wrong treatment - one that not only fails to aid the patient, but carries the risk of side-effects that can be worse than the original problem.

I posted the following review to your MedSolutions of Brentwood and the Santa Ana, CA Yelp review page. Thought I would 'share' my experience here as well, as this is the 'Corporate' page. "I have had nothing but trouble with this company. I needed them to replace 2 sets of Schwalbe Marathon tires and tubes for my wheelchair as well as 1 set of castors and order me a 'manual' standing wheelchair.

Their 'Operations Mgr.' Frank brought the wrong castors, I had ordered 5" x 1", instead he brought 4" x 3/4". Frank said he would order the correct ones, he never called me back or ordered the correct castors that I had requested. Frank popped 1 tube during installation, 1 tube popped approx. 1 hour after he left, it was not being used at the time.

Not long after, 1 tube popped while I was at a park while on a small trip out of town and 1 popped the following weekend while at a Mother's Day event. I asked to speak with Franks 'Superior' and I was connected with Christian, who holds the same title as Frank as an 'Operations Mgr.'. I'm not sure who is an actual 'Superior', as they hold the same title.

The 'Operations Mgr.' Christian is now trying to imply that I must have misused the tubes. I have only had 1 flat in 8 years prior to these 4 flats in such a short period of time. I found out that they are not using Schwalbe tubes, instead they are using a 'compatible' tube. On a separate occasion I met their 'General Mgr. ATP' Bryan at the hospital for an evaluation for a 'manual' standing wheelchair, instead he was trying to 'sell' me a power wheelchair, saying my insurance would pay for it.

It seemed as though he was trying to 'sell' me a higher priced item, possibly due to sales incentives or higher commissions. I called MedSolutions and explained my concerns, they decided to send out 'ATP' Glen along with a representative from 'Levo' to handle the purchase of my 'manual' standing wheelchair. I purchased through my insurance company a 'Levo' standing wheelchair from MedSolutions and their tech's seem to be extremely incompetent.

First off, they sent 2 tech's (1 from Medsolutions, the other from Levo) to my house to take measurements and note down required options and neither one of them had brought an order form, they took pics of the order forms that I had downloaded and printed from the internet. They wanted my copy, but I told them "no, I'm keeping them for my records". I'm not sure what they would have ordered if I hadn't already filled out an order form.

The wheelchair was dropped off at my house incomplete and unusable approximately 1 month ago. Their 'Operations Mgr.' Frank saw that I was unable to safely use the chair when he dropped it off, as my legs could not be properly positioned for standing safely. He said he would order the parts needed to properly position my legs. Nobody called me back to keep me informed of the status.

After repeated calls to MedSolutions I was finally told that they did 'not' order the parts and now refuse to correct the issue. This is a condensed version of the many problems I have had with the incompetency of this company and are based solely on my experiences only. You may have a completely different outcome, should you decide to use them. I have been completely unsatisfied with their services. I have now had to involve my lawyer in this originally simple DME order."
