They do not take care of the patient properly and make you wait for more than an hour in the waiting room and in the end you will not get the required service.

This is the Doctors Office we wanted. Good Location and friendly staff at the counter. Everything was going o.k. until we had to change Doctors because our Insurance Plan changed. We were placed with a person named Ginger Vaughn. She is clearly an unhappy person. She must not enjoy what she does because her meeting us for the first time was so clinical and uncaring it was laughable.

Our baby is moving along at her own pace. She is developing just fine. She made a suggestion to have some people come to our home and help us with getting our baby to hold her head up better. I declined. Moments later after Ms. Vaughn left the room a Case Worker came in to ask us questions. I turned her away. Everything is fine in our household and we are capable of raising our own child without this heartless woman interfering in our lives.

Soon after the appointment was over Child Services was called and we aloud them to visit us at our home because we have nothing to hide. I raised two children to adulthood without a hitch. I don't think Ms. Vaughn has any place being a Pediatrician with the heartless attitude she displayed and the lack of a bedside many. I strongly recommend staying away from this person.

She obviously enjoys messing with peoples lives without even knowing them in the least. The only reason i gave one star was for the WIC lady that works there and also the counter staff are wonderful. Our first Doctor was Dr. Catricia Tilford. She was wonderful. I think Ms. Ginger Vaughn could learn a thing or two about bedside many from Dr. Tilford. Let's hope she gets the help she needs.

Just stay away from Vaughn at this location and you should be just fine. Este es el Consultorio Medico que queriamos. Buena ubicacion y personal amable en el mostrador. Todo iba bien hasta que tuvimos que cambiar de Medico porque cambio nuestro Plan de Seguro. Nos colocaron con una persona llamada Ginger Vaughn. Ella es claramente una persona infeliz. Ella no debe disfrutar de lo que hace porque su encuentro con nosotros por primera vez fue tan clinico e indiferente que fue ridiculo. Nuestro bebe se mueve a su propio ritmo. Ella se esta desarrollando muy bien. Hizo una sugerencia para que algunas personas vinieran a nuestra casa y nos ayudaran a lograr que nuestro bebe sostuviera mejor la cabeza. Rechace Momentos despues de que la Sra. Vaughn saliera de la habitacion, entro un asistente social para hacernos preguntas. La rechace. Todo esta bien en nuestro hogar y somos capaces de criar a nuestro propio hijo sin que esta mujer sin corazon interfiera en nuestras vidas. Poco despues de que terminara la cita, llamaron a Servicios Infantiles y les pedimos en voz alta que nos visitaran en nuestra casa porque no tenemos nada que ocultar. Crie a los ninos hasta la edad adulta sin ningun problema.

No creo que la Sra. Vaughn tenga ningun lugar para ser pediatra con la actitud despiadada que mostro y la falta de muchos al lado de la cama. Recomiendo encarecidamente mantenerse alejado de esta persona. Ella obviamente disfruta jugar con la vida de las personas sin siquiera conocerlas en lo mas minimo. La unica razon por la que le di una estrella fue por la senora de WIC que trabaja alli y tambien por el personal del mostrador. Nuestra primera doctora fue la Dra. Catricia Tilford. Ella fue maravillosa. Creo que la Sra. Ginger Vaughn podria aprender un par de cosas sobre los pacientes de cabecera del Dr. Tilford. Esperemos que reciba la ayuda que necesita.

The Nurse Lorena Michelle was the nicest and best nurse I ever had. She did amazing! she helped me with my health. Amazing! would go back!

I come to Samuel rodgers for behavior health. And its terrible. Ive been coming here for 3 years and only had one good psychiatrist and he is leaving. They gave me no warning about it either. This place raises my anxiety and i never know what is going to happen when I get here. I have only been going here because I had no insurance. But I do now and I'm never coming back.

The psychiatrist that I have had in the past were terrible and never really listened. I also did some counseling here and it wasnt great either. If you come here for behavior health make it your last resort. Oh and they also wouldnt send certain scrips to my pharmacy. So I would have to drive all the way out to Samuel rodgers pick up my lab results and take them to my pharmacy to get my meds. Its always a hassle when i come here. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!

You can't ever get any results WHEN you get thru to someone. When you're able to leave a message it's never addressed that is when the voicemail isn't full. Dental leaves a little to be desired by the dentist was awesome!

Got a concussion that resulted in a speech impairment. Because of this i am unable to work. Gave Doctor paperwork to fill out for a leave at work. Its been 8 days. I was told that i would be receiving a call this morning. Every time i call they dont pick up. I keep getting ignored. Not faxing that paperwork can get me fired. It is negligence. Dont waste your time here.

This is the third time that my daughter's dental appointment has been canceled, they do not notify you until the last moment that you are there, the appointments are scheduled in long periods this last time I had to wait for about two months and so they would not attend me this dental place is a mess with your schedule. the people who are in front of nothing professional. definitely if you have a better place I recommend that you do not waste your time here.

Dr. Tillford, is a horrible Pediatrician, she is young and lacks the experience but pushes her knowledge. She does not listen to parental advocation and storms out when in disagreements with parental concern. If you love your child, choose another doctor.

Completely unprofessional desk service in the dental department. Dentist was great but we were told one price one day, brought in the SAME PAPERWORK 4 days later and they tried to charge TWICE the fees. Talked to a supervisor and they said "oh well they are in training at the desk, longest one has only been there two months." OMG! Go somewhere else!

Long Waits even with appointment. Walk-Ins are even longer even if you're the first one in the door! Staff (including receiptionists and doormen) are extremely rude making comments about patients, Providers do malpractice. I highly DO not recommend this place at all. Once You're in a room, you wait even longer! If you have an appointment, you are guranteed here for 3 hours and that's just waiting!

They do not care about you as the patient at all. I used to be a regular patient here because I lived near, but it has gotten so much worst! There also has been different cases of malpractice but nothing has been done! You may save money if you don't have insurance but it is NOT worth it.

I wish I would have read the reviews before I made an appointment here. I was charged $500 for an intake counselor to ask me some standardized questions and say yep, you're depressed! And she wasn't even the psychiatrist. They wont tell me how much it costs to see a psychiatrist. I called to ask why it was so much and how much my follow up appointments would be, and they kept transferring me back and forth between the billing department and the behavioral health department.

Everyone I talked to said they had no way of knowing how much services cost until I actually go to the appointment. How in the world does that make sense? Where do those numbers come from? Also, I asked around and a few of my friends said their intake appointments at other providers cost around $100. This seems like a scam. That would be like moving into a house before you know how much rent is.

I have never experienced more unprofessional staff than I have here at this location. First off to try to book an appointment they send me to a department that doesn't exist with an automated answering system right from the first ring. I kept insisting that this department doesn't help me and finally they transfer me where someone does answer. When I finally speak to someone and they get my information down they randomly decide to send me to a voice messaging system mid conversation.

I call back 5 times and asked them what's going on and they say they never received a call. I know of several people that have made appointments within a few weeks or days. The best they could do for me is sometime next year. What kind of a healthcare business does this? And to top it all off every staff members I spoke with were so rude. It's ridiculous. Don't waste your time here. We're paying you guys for your services, you don't treat people like if you're curing world hunger.

I always get good experience at this place, they have been always nice to me. I have been all over the place here, pharmacy, adult and women care, child care, dentist, wic, blood test, ultrasounds when I was pregnant. I have been going there for more than 4 years now, never have a problem. They have been few times I had to wait more than 30 minutes in the women department but I don't mind it doesnt happen often. Every other place has been fantastic. Remember people will treat you, the way you treat them.
