I have been going to VIP for almost 15 years and the staff has always been polite, professional and a pleasure to work with. Two years ago I had a issue with vision which my doctor office dismissed. When I reached out on that night to VIP they did not dismiss. They worked me in the next morning. When they saw it was not vision but something more serious they kept me calm and got me scheduled immediately to go directly to a specialist. Long story short I had.a stroke and could have lost my vision if they had not jumped into action and took the time to see me. I owe everything to Dr Henry and her staff!

The entire team at VIP is friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. I had a late-day appointment and still didn't have to wait long at all to see the doctor. Dr Henri is so thorough and efficient in her examinations and provides cutting-edge strategies and technology to address my eye issues. This is by far my favorite office of all my medical specialists. They are also very good at making sure that I'm maximizing the full benefits of my vision insurance. I would never consider going anywhere else for my eye health.

Got a metal shaving in my eye. Left a message on their general voice-mail late one night and received a phone call first thing the next morning from Dr. Henri. She met me 30 minutes later (on a day the office wasn't even opened) to help me. Can't say enough about the overall experience and the fact that she went out of her way to help me. I hadn't been to their office in over 8 years and was still treated like family. Thanks Dr. Henri for going out of your way to save my eye with a great attitude, sense of humor and with extreme urgency!

Dr Lambert is the best! He and his assistant at the time were so patient with me when I was a new contact lenses wearer. Two years later, I was blessed to be made aware that he's with VIP Eye Care @ Carillon. He's knowledgeable, personable and professional. I had a great experience with other VIP staff as well. Well organized and well-lit office space. Easy to find location and good parking.

I was greeted promptly and all staff were friendly and helpful. The selection of frames is second to none. My exam was thorough and done completely by the doctor (instead of started by a tech with a short encounter with the doctor afterwards as I have experienced elsewhere in the past). The optician explained all my options and insurance benefits regarding my new lenses & frame. Very good experience!

I always feel well cared for at VIP Eyecare from the whole team. I have a particularly challenging prescription. I also rely on my Maui Jim sunglasses when I fish. In October of 2021 I had to get new lenses and as a result of my needs my lens became a challenge. The team worked with me through several iterations and we finally found a solution that works. They were patient and persistent. Special thanks to Jodi who went many extra miles! Do yourself a favor and go see Dr Henri and her care team.

My family and I have been coming here since I was in middle school! For reference, I am almost 25 now! Dr. Henri and her staff are amazing and have cared for my family and me for years. They are basically an extended family of ours. They're friendly, efficient, and willing to do whatever to help. I will keep going to them until I can't anymore! :
