Absolutely terrible, I wasted months going through the paperwork to get set up for a workers compensation appointment while living in pain only to be told at the end after finally getting approval to see a doctor that they couldn't see me because the claim was from out of state and I now have to find a new provider and start everything over again. Fire your useless admin staff.

I called this Orthopedic Office to make appointment. The Receptionist said they cant get me in till 4/26. I called back a few days later to see if they had any cancellations, (My pins in my wrist broke off from hand surgery and my wrist was swelling fast).She said I needed to talk to Mrs Manley about getting my medical records that if I didn't, my appointment might be pushed back till May!.

I sent them to her as requested I called her said she didn't get them, but she said that happens sometimes. I sent them 4 more times and got a confirmation they were sent to her. This was on Thursday she said she would call me back Friday. This is Tuesday today not a phone call from her at all! Good news they got me in at another ORTHOPEDIC Hand Dr. today and I've already got my wrist Procedure Scheduled way before "4/26".I CALLED today AND CANCELLED MY APPOINTMENT for that 4/26 appointment(as a responsible person does) AND ASK TO SPEAK TO MRS. MANLEY. ISNT IT IRONIC SHE LEFT FOR THE DAY THE RECEPTIONIST SAID WHEN I TOLD HER ABOUT MY Phone call Back that never came. Im sure their very happy I want ever Grace them with my Orthopedic Problems. Hope everyone that goes there has a better experience than mine. "

Having an issue getting results from 7+ days ago. Doctor and staff have been unresponsive and haven't followed through with promised call backs. Extremely frustrating experience so far. If someone from this office would reach out - I'd like to figure this out!

I have to break this into two parts: First, the care provided by the team was amazing; and they did all they can to try to assist with my condition. When it came time for my surgery, which was past due based on my condition; I made the first call to schedule on the 9th of December.

The lady who works in billing was very rude, accusatory and unhelpful. Insurance matters can be confusing and aggravating enough without the vitriol of that woman's attitude. I will never return or recommend this office solely on my experience with this completely unagreeable woman.

I was impressed with the care I received at Carolina Orthopedic. It was my first visit and the person who checked me in and took my paperwork, Brittany, was fantastic--so friendly and made me feel welcome. That was my first impression of any of the staff and I was also impressed with Dr. Skeete. She immediately diagnosed my problem and promptly made recommendations, which I hope will relieve my pain and promote healing.

Dr.prato is very unprofessional.i had an MRI and then went back to him and he wouldn't discuss it with me. After that I was supposed to have physical therapy but his physical therapy technical wouldn't send in my physical therapy paperwork. I would not recommend going to this place.

I love this place. Dr. Prato replaced both my knees. His work amazes me my scares are very unnoticeable. He is so patient with me and answers all my question. His staff is just as amazing as he is. I recently had occasion to be a client of the Physical Therapy Department & I received excellent care! The whole staff was friendly & was very competent doing their jobs! My therapist, Dylan, helped me a lot both with PT & dry needling! I would recommend this group to anyone needing their services! Roxanna Britton. 12/9/20

I started coming to this clinic in the winter of 2020. I've seen two doctors, Dr. Johnson and Dr. Thomason. ( I probably spelt his name wrong.lol.sorry). Everyone I have dealt with has been absolutely top notch. Kind, compassionate and very friendly. I can't recommend this place enough. Dr. Thomason just did a total revision on my left knee and I'm so grateful for how it turned out.

I had the staples removed yesterday and for some crazy reason it almost made me pass out (I'm not a baby, I swear). I was so embarrassed. But the nurse was beyond kind to me and got me a juice and a cold compress. She was so sweet and made me feel so much better. But that's just one example of the kindness I've experienced here from everyone. You will not be disappointed here!

Dr Prato did not help my husband. Talked him into gel injections. Cost us almost $800 dollars out of pocket which is a lot of money to us ar our age. He is worse now and in pain. His staff is rude and will not help him at all after we have spent all this money. BEWARE.

Dr. Johnson has been an amazing Orthopedic shoulder specialist for my daughter. I loved how he covered everything and listened to Katie and gave us options for her treatment plan. He was extremely educated in his specialty area. I appreciated how he shared information regarding her condition and treatment plan willing on his own. I also liked how he worked with the PT to monitor her progress. We highly recommend Dr. Johnson

My visit today at Carolina Orthopaedic was actually wonderful. Although it may seem strange to use that adjective for a doctors visit it is an accurate description of my experience. The staff was pleasant personable and efficient. They were familiar with my situation and plan of treatment. Dr Erik Johnson concisely explained his plan of treatment which today included a shot that I need not feel. I am impressed with Dr Johnson. He is very knowledgeable, personable, and genuinely cares. A great combination of traits that make a trip to the Doctor "wonderful".
