We love Dr. Hoang! I've been taking both my girls to her from birth. I was referred by my sister who loves her and the care she's given to my nieces. Dr is always patient during our appointments and very informative. She's very sweet to the girls especially when my 2 year old started getting shy and scared. I love her holistic approach and the diet, vitamins, and lifestyle recommendations she gives.

Amazing pediatrician! Also love Claudia at the front! She's also very sweet to my girls and gives them stickers. She's always very helpful as well when I call the office and returns my calls quickly if she doesn't have the answer right away.

Dr. Hoang has helped us more than I ever could have thought. Very insightful doctor and looks for things that other doctors do not.

I've seen her numerous times over past year. She is very intelligent, gifted with her hands and knowledge. I thank her for helping my aging body.

This review is for Dr Jessica Nguyen. I took my 4 month old daughter to Dr. Jessica to get her ears pierced. The reviews here about baby ear piercing are no exaggeration she is awesome. Very friendly and patient especially with my daughter who was a wiggle worm the whole time. She also took the time to explained the after care and answer my questions.

The price is reasonable especially since you get high quality earrings with the piercing. If you've been looking for a Dr. to pierce your little ones ears with care look no further. Very happy mommy here.

Front desk personnel was rude, argumentative and unapologetic. A terrible combination for business I hope she has been replaced. I would rather not drive all the way to LA when this office is 5 minutes away from my home.

Came to this doctor to get our little girl's ears pierced today. We didn't want just anyone to pierce her ears given the scary stories we've been told about the piercing gun getting stuck on the babies ear The experience we received from the office was so welcoming and the doctor was so friendly and sweet. She explained the process to us then left the door open for questions before doing the piercing.

The whole process was so fast and gave us the instructions on how to care for our little girls ears. Overall it was such a great experience, we recommend anyone to have this doctor for ear piercing. Also make sure you make an appointment with her because she will not take walk ins.

Dr. Hoang and Claudia provide extraordinary care both when we come into the office and over the phone. Dr. Hoang is so knowledgeable, which is why I trust her with my daughters. She knows exactly what remedy to use, no matter what is going on with them. I brought my baby to her right after she was born and the doctor did an adjustment. She stopped being fussy and was suddenly relaxed and calm at home. It was like she got "unkinked" from the stress of birth. Very happy with this doctor.

Dr. Hoang is a very caring doctor who approaches health from a holistic perspective. She always makes us feel that she cares about our well being and tries to find the best solution for our condition. My two boys have been going to Dr. Hoang for the last 2 years and we plan for them to grow up with her as being their main health care provider. Thank you Dr. Hoang for your dedication and love.

I don't even remember how I found Dr. Hoang, but she has been a Godsend! She's extremely intelligent but my favorite part is that she truly has her patients' best interest at heart, not her pocket. She's is so detailed and quick to notice things but she offers practical advice instead of just prescribing and sending you on your way.

She gets down to the root cause of any issues. My husband is sometimes weary about my love for holistic medicine and I love that she always takes her time answering all of his questions and offering different approaches to make him feel comfortable. If you are looking for an advocate for your children, who is passionate about fighting for the true health of your children and allows you to have an input in deciding what's best for your children, Dr. Hoang is the BEST. I'm so glad I found her when we did. Claudia, the administrator is also so wonderful and helpful. It's always a positive experience seeing them. I feel grateful knowing we have someone so knowledgeable on our team if our kids ever face any heath concerns. It's a great feeling.

It's been a week since I brought my daughter here to have her ears pierced. I'm very happy I chose this location for her. I waited a bit 11 months to be exact to pierce my baby girls ears which was a challenge. The doctor was so patient and gentle with my girl. She explained the process from start to finish and really took her time. Definitely recommend if your looking for a clean, professional environment.

Dr. Jessica Nguyen was amazing and a professional at piercing my daughters ears. As soon as we stepped foot into her office she made it known that she cares about her patients as we were welcomed. She made us feel comfortable with the entire ear piercing process and educated us along the way. Her bedside manner was impeccable and my daughter was never uncomfortable. Without a doubt I would recommend her to family and friends!

Dr. Letrinh is a wonderful doctor. I've been looking for a real D.O. all my adult life so I was so happy to find her for my daughter. She's very understanding and informative. However, her front desk clerk is very unfriendly, rude, and bothered. If I could see the doctor without interacting with the clerk I would still be a patient. Now I have to go and seek some other doctor that will prescribe instead of help us figure things out. Ugh! I will miss the doctor and so well my daughter.

Dr. Nguyen just pierced my 4 month olds ears! I could not be more happy with the outcome! I am a first time mom so of course I was nervous about this moment. Dr. Nguyen has a comforting bedside manner, she answered all my questions and took her time. She also had a variety of earrings to choose from. I am glad I found her to pierce my infants ears.

I can't thank enough for Dr. Hoang's amazing bodywork. Withouout her, I wouldn't have continued my breastfeeding journey. My baby boy suffered from long hour of delivery, lip tie and tongue tie, which causes him to have bad latch. Before Dr. Hoang, we had consulted a few lactation consultants, different tongue exercise, cranial sacral therapy, and occupational therapy.

We had our last hope on the bodywork. She quickly went over my if there was any complication during my pregnancy, how the labor was and our overall nursing experience. Dr. Hoang concludes that it was the long hours of labor compressing my baby's bone structure. In less than 10 minutes she worked out her wonder and had my baby tried nursing. The pain level immediately dropped to 1-2 on a scale of 10.

My husband and I were BLEW AWAY. We had gone from one doctor to another doctor, countless stressful moments when it comes to nursing. After nursing, the shape of my nipples has never looked so good. If you are mom struggling with bad latch, you know what a compressed nipple look like. A clear white line on a badly compressed nipple, that's how bad my nipple would have looked like before the bodywork.

She is a sympathetic mom of two kids. She really cares for her patients. I would strongly urge moms who struggle with bad latch that is caused by a traumatic labor go see Dr. Hoang.

I brought my daughter here to get her ears pierced with Dr. Jessica Nguyen. I've heard too many horror stories about babies getting ears pierced at the mall, and I knew I definitely didn't want to do that. She was amazing. She took her time and never rushed when my baby was getting fussy. When she started my baby couldn't stay still and right away she knew i was holding her too tight (which I was) and just like that she calmed down.

With just a quick distraction one side was done and then the other. I'm not sure what the price is at the mall but bringing her here was definitely worth it. Also, they don't require immunizations for those that choose not to immunize their babies. They only do piercings on Wednesdays and by appointment only so make sure you call, I'm glad I did.

Love Dr. Hoang! I love how she prescribes both western and holistic treatments so we can choose from both options.

I don't know where to begin, so I'll just keep it short and sweet: She will trust in your parenting decisions and respectfully tell you when she disagrees. She will offer evidence-based solutions and meet you where you are at. We are so grateful and lucky for Pediatricians like Dr. L, they are few and far between.

Dr. Hoang is a God send Like seriously! I am into the holistic way of life when it comes to health and wellness for my family. I am so happy to meet a doctor that agrees with my views & doesn't shame me. Her bedside manner is awesome & you can tell she truly cares about her patients and the parents concerns. She is worth the 2hr drive. I am so happy I found a great Pediatrician for my kids.

THIS REVIEW IS FOR COMMUNICATION/ CORRESPONDENCE, NOT CARE She essentially told me that she was $400 for the first consult and raising her rates, and that that was cheap. Then when I wanted to know more about her experience with my condition, she stopped responding. Seems to be uninterested in helping out someone who is desperate enough to consider an outrageous price of $400 an hour. That's fine, but at least have the maturity and courtesy to say so.

We have been in search of a holistic pediatrician who will respect parental choices and I believe we found her! Dr Hoang had great energy right off the bat. In the short time she looked at my daughter, she started asking questions about her birth and was able to tell me why she stands the way she does, why she has allergies, why she's clumsy, how she sleeps, etc. She had great bedside manners which i love. I will be bringing my younger daughter in soon!

My newborn was on the low end of the growth chart, thriving and growing, but slowly. Hoang told me he'd be a runt who would get bullied unless I forced formula on him. Every appt. she would make me feel guilt, finally chose a better holistic pediatrician who monitored my son and saw he was perfectly healthy. He is now 4 and above average in height and weight, incredibly healthy and smart. But the awful bedside manner and bullying from Hoang will never be forgotten.

I never got an appointment but $300 for each visit, it's ridiculous.

I was recommended to Dr Huang via another Mom. I was looking for a holistic pediatrician for my kids. I never felt comfortable with the other Peds we tried, I knew they did not know have the same beliefs. So I brought my 2 half year old and newborn to give her a try. I was so relieved to meet a Dr. That understands health and nutrition as the foremost way to keep us healthy.

I had traumatic births with both my kids so we started Osteo therapy with the kids and are seeing results. My son is calming down. It is a pain to go all the way to L A but she is worth it!
