From the moment I called to schedule, to the warm welcome and friendly faces when I walked in, to the wonderful staff and the caring and knowledgeable doctor I had the best vision appointment I have had, maybe ever. Dr Klein was great. He respected my knowledge, my experience but still gave me good information and a quality vision check while explaining how my health conditions impact my eyes/eyesight. He and his amazing team are beyond wonderful. Visit 2 next week!

I have been a loyal patient at Arvada Vision for 42 years. Dr. Gunderson, and now Dr. Cross, have been wonderful eye doctors for me. Dr. Cross is kind, very knowledgeable, and he takes the time to answer my questions. I highly recommend Arvada Vision!

I would actually give 10 stars if I could. I had a frightening vision and eye occurrence today. I looked online for an emergency ophthalmologist and Arvada Vision and Eye Clinic came up. I called and spoke to Lynn who told me I needed to come in right away. Everyone was so nice, from the receptionists, the eye tech who took 'pictures' of my eyes and finally Dr. Bashford.

He made me feel at ease right away, even though I was pretty worried inside. After the exam, he was very thorough in explaining what was going on and very reassuring. I've found my new eye Clinic and eye doctor!

Friendly, professional and quick. Overall a solid experience with simple booking over the phone, an easy check-in process, and was treated very well. All the employees were kind and helpful. Highly recommend if your having trouble seeing, can't see out of one eye, or maybe you were just born with really, really bad eyes. But seriously folks, this place was just great!

Today was my worst experience here and I still have to rate it 5 stars. I wish ALL my doctors were as thoughtful, careful, and communicative as Dr. Bashford. He is so thorough and intent on maintaining my long term vision -- a complicated case-- many docs don't want to deal with my complexities. I have to visit the office pretty often and twice now, unexpected difficulties arose (can you imagine utilities being suddenly cut at your medical facility?) but both times, wow! Dr. B kept everything calm and flowing and still delivered expert care. Usually things run smooth as silk, but I will wait an anomalous 25 minutes for this unusually well run business.

Dr. Cross, Lynn, and the gang at Arvada vision and eye clinic have I always been good to me. I've been going there for 17 years and never have had anything but positive experiences. All very professional, they listen and answer your questions. All good.

Every person on the team at Arvada Vision is professional, friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. We always have a positive experience at Arvada Vision. We also appreciate the time Dr Cross spends with us in his examination and explanation of findings. He is thorough and very competent which enhances our trust in him and the staff

It's always a pleasure getting my eyes checked at Arvada Vision & Eye Clinic. The front desk personnel is always very friendly and efficient and Dr. Bashford and team are great at giving thorough eye exams.

I have been going to Arvada Vision & Eye Clinic for 15 years and have only ever had great experiences. The staff is all so warm, helpful, and thoughtful in answering questions and connecting with patients. I moved a few cities away 10 years ago and never found a closer eye clinic because these folks are worth the drive!

This place treats their employees terribly. They're over worked, not trained correctly, under paid, and not treated with respect. Which is why they can't keep employees for more than a year. Don't go here.

They were able to see me the next day. All of the staff was super friendly and helpful. Dr. Klien was very nice and took the extra time to speak with me about different treatments for my condition, ultimately referring me to a surgeon in the area. An extra special thank you to Sue Ann (I believe that was her name) for making the appointment for me. Medical issues can be frightening but they made the visit pleasant and welcoming. Top notch. A+

Dr. Bashford and his entire staff are warm, caring, professional, and a joy to work with. Dr. Bashford is patient, answers all my questions in a way I can understand, he does not rush, and really seems to care.

The appointment took over 2 hours, for both my husband and I. They did all the eye tests, not mentioning some were not covered by insurance, and were pretty expensive. Ordered contacts for my husband and glasses for both of us. Our bill was over $650. Later insurance tagged us for $240. Then the clinic said we never paid for the contacts so they weren't ordered! How much more is that going to be!?Super frustrated! Then

The staff and doctors are top notch. I have been a patient here for well over 30 years and would not consider going elsewhere. Their practice is very progressive, and very considerate of your time. Well done Arvada Vision & Eye Clinic!

Dr. Klein and his assistant Dennis were professional, patient and accommodating during my son's eye exam this past week. My son has a disability that makes following directions in an eye exam challenging. Michael was made to feel at ease and cared for. Dr Klein is excellent at explaining about the function of the patient's vision. Also the front desk team are very warm, informative, and helpful. I highly recommend!

I have been going to Arvada Vision Clinic since 1996. The front office staff are always kind, caring, and very helpful. Dr. Cross is spot on with my difficult prescription and is always available to answer my questions or concerns. I would not trust my eyes with anyone else. Arvada Vision Clinic is a five star professional office and one of the best!

I called in the morning about an appointment as a new patient due to feeling like something was in my eye. They gave me an appointment for the next morning since nothing was available and I didn't feel it couldn't wait. I let the receptionist know I worked close by and could come last minute if anyone canceled. A few hours later they called and told me the doctor said he would work me in before lunch. Staff were very friendly and helpful and Dr. Bashford was great! Friendly, attentive and explained everything he was doing. Excellent experience overall. Thank you!

From the moment I walked in the door Kelly greeted me with a friendly smile and great attitude. Kayla was very bubbly and informative when goin through the steps needed. Dr. Kline was patient, friendly and efficient with the exam. And last but not least, Nick was very helpful in picking out my glasses and giving me information about my insurance. I could not have been more pleased leaving this office knowing I was heard and taken care of. Thank.you so much

I was running a little late to an appointment so I called to let them know. The receptionist heard me just fine up until the point I said I was running late and even asked me how late I was running, at which point she immediately started acting like she couldn't hear me. I had never been hung up on so fast in my life. I called again and when the same person heard it was me, instant hang up. I called a third time to let someone know, and by the time I got there I was 6 minutes late. I will not be doing any kind of business there.

My wife and I have been coming here for years and Steve in optical is great to work with. Very helpful always and just fixed me up with two more pairs of glasses. Dr Cross does my eye exams and he is the best eye doctor I've ever gone to. Therefore the 5 Star review.

I purchased a pair of glasses and lens from Arvada vision. After a few months of wear the glasses became loose and were falling off my head when bending down. After two unsuccessful attempts to adjust them. They replaced the set with a new pair. Steve and his team are great and true pros. I felt like they cared for me and mewe ex z reese xers lse now. Arvada Vision Rocks!

Absolutely horrible! I ordered a pair of glasses from them. I went in to pick them up and they were the WRONG eyeglasses NOT what I ordered. I refused to pay for something I did not receive and they sent me to COLLECTIONS! Not to mention, every time I had ordered contacts from this company they were "out of stock." I had an eye infection that the doctor told me would go away with a different brand or contacts.

I tried them - never went away. I did research online and diagnosed my infection on my own with an over the counter eye drop (zatador). Absolutely horrible! DO NOT GO TO THIS EYE DOCTOR!

This office has only gotten worse over the years, staff enforces why I won't go back, no customer service, slow to respond if they respond at all. Like the doctor but staff ruins it in my book. Plenty of choices in town that are wonderful.

A patient for 15 years. LOVE the docs. However office is not customer service friendly. I ordered new contacts and they would not give me trials to hold me over for the couple days until they arrived. I called Target and they gave me two weeks of trials when I ordered. Sad when Target is more customer service friendly than my local Optometrist.

Disappointed patient of 12+ years leaving I have been going here forever and while I love Dr. Cross, my prescription ran out by a matter of days and I need ONE contact to make it to my next appointment. Want to guess how much they wanted to charge me for ONE contact? TWENTY DOLLARS! You can get a whole box of contacts for $26. I was stunned that after giving them so much money over the years they couldn't either give me ONE contact to get by or at the very least be reasonable on the price. I'm sorry to say that they have lost my respect and more importantly my business. Shame on you.

I had a great eye exam here. Dr Bashford is very thorough and kind. My appointment was right on time. I love my new glasses and was impressed with the selection. I'll be coming back. Would recommend to anyone.

Use to go here. Their glasses are over priced for the cheap material that they use and they don't provided the costumer with discounts to contacts like other vision doctors do. Office staff are rude unless your Mormon and part of the cult. Filling their pockets with your money.

I do not think I had a more thorough and professional eye exam. The wait time to see the doctor was about 5 minutes. The office staff was friendly and courteous. I certainly felt like my eye health mattered, and I was treated with the most respect. I guess I got too used to mall walk-in places that only see you as a cash cow. Dr. Cross was very professional and meticulous. I do not think I will ever go to any other place for my eye exams.

I've been going to Arvada Vision and Eye Clinic long as I can remember; I think at lease 17 or 18 years. I have no complaints with them. The doctors and all of the staff are personable and professional. I have even moved all the way across town and still make the 45 minute dive to go see them and I found out that several people I work with also go there and they live in Denver and Lakewood. I would highly recommend Arvada Vision & Eye Clinic!

I have been going to Dr. Cross for over 10 years and always have a great experience. The best part is they are quick and on time. I have never had to wait more than 5 mins to be seen by the doctors.

My husband had a very good appt. here. I'm going to go as well. Hope my visit is as good. They act like they care about you, which is nice! The eye clinic up the street is the opposite. Thank goodness they no longer take our insurance, because that's how we stumbled upon this clinic. Nice people! Breath of fresh air. We're giving them business, why would any business treat you like you're wasting their time? Odd.

Very rude employee was very difficult to work with. She was very short and rude! Had been seeing doctors there for years.thinking twice of going back! She ruined wanting to continue our visits!

They are located in old town arvada, very easy to find. I was able to place an appointment on their website as well as fill out my paperwork before hand to speed up the waiting room time. Dr Stephen Bashford is the BEST.

There isn't a nicer doctor out there! I was amazed at the selection of contacts and frames they carry. They are an exclusive Oakley suppliers with a huge selection. I was able to get a pair with a prescription fast. I am planning on going back during snowboard season to get prescription goggles. If you are looking for an eye doctor for life, this is it.
