I had to go in for an ultrasound and breast biopsy. Paige, the ultrasound technician, was patient, knowledgeable, and friendly. Kim and Dr. Westmoreland were the same. From start to finish of my appointment there, I felt like I was important to them. They took the time to explain everything about the procedure, what to expect, and provided detailed and easy to understand instruction.

What could have been a nerve racking, horrible experience was actually one that was comforting and easy. These three medical professionals demonstrated the ideal health care providers. I hope their manager(s) and MDC realize how fortunate they are to have such qualified, caring individuals as these three.

I love the care I receive here but having no insurance, they make you pre-pay which feels very discriminating. I asked about putting it on a payment plan or financial assistance and they don't do assistance and won't do a payment plan until after the pre-payment. If I can't afford insurance, what makes you think I can afford a pre-payment? Again, love the care I get here but the finances side of things makes me consider switching so I can try and qualify for assistance and be able to be billed everything and put it on a payment plan.

I have been going to Dr John Erickstad since 1983 he is an amazing Dr and so are his nurses and the rest of the staff. I never feel like I am being rushed out the door he allows the time I need for my appointments. I also like the fact that if I need to see a specialist he sends me immediately he does not waste time with more appointments trying this or that and for that I am grateful. I have been going to Mid Dakota for many years and have never had a bad experience

Dr. Schwartz and her staff are wonderful. She takes her time with me and explains my results in a manner that I can understand. Kind and caring. Eileen her nurse is friendly and kind. always there to answer any of my concerns.

The staff is very personable, light hearted, friendly and overall makes a person feel at ease! The appointment went very smooth and I felt very comfortable in discussing my concerns. They answered my questions and gave options for me to choose. Great atmosphere for the end of the day!

Dr. Tanous was very attentive and really took his time with me. His nurse was also wonderful and did follow-up phone calls with me to ensure all of my questions were answered and appointments were scheduled. I had a really great experience from start to finish. My only comment is that I overheard one of the scheduling staff at the front desk tell someone she refuses to be vaccinated for COVID. I know the clinic is working on this issue, but her statement concerned me.

I was treated very well from the time I walked into the front doors to checking in, talking with the nurse and with the Doctor. The nurse and doctor were very pleasant, kind and treated me like they truly cared. Although I wasn't feeling well they made the trip to the clinic a very positive experience.

Clean place located in downtown Bismarck. Went for a work drug screen and it was fast to make an appointment and once I arrived it only took about 40 minutes to go thru everything. Would visit again.
