We know as the parent of a sick child you have a very busy schedule and if at all possible would appreciate local access to health care for your children. It is for this very reason that Dr. Crews and his staff of professionals have established 3 satellite offices in Statesboro, Hinesville and Vidalia for your convenience. This means that all clinic evaluations weather medical, presurgical or post op can be closer to your families needs.When you arrive at any one of our clinics it is the job of Dr. Crews and every employee that you and your child are seen in a most reasonable period of time with as little wait as possible because we don't like to wait when we go to the doctor either.

Services
Nothing to eat or drink after midnight the night before surgery (no gum, water, candy, cigarettes). If the patient is under 4 years old, ask them to bring an empty sippy cup and the nurse will put juice in it for the ride home. If it is a baby, tell them to bring a bottle with whatever the baby eats so the child can have something on the way home. Someone from our office will call you one to two days before the surgery date and tell you the time the surgery is scheduled.

Dr. Crews deserves 10 stars; he is amazing! My daughter (3.5yo) has never been a good sleeper and her previous care providers insinuated it was due to breastfeeding. At an unrelated urgent care visit, we were recommended to reach out to an ENT. It took two minutes in the room with him to get real answers, as well as validation that breastfeeding was never the culprit!
She has been dealing with sleep apnea from how enlarged her tonsils and adenoids were (Grade 4). Today we had her T&A surgery at East Georgia Regional. The entire process was smooth. Dr. Crews stopped by before the surgery for any last minute questions, to go over the procedure again, and to talk to my daughter directly to make her feel comfortable.
He even gave us his personal number for questions/concerns. I would recommend him to anyone! I also want to give a huge shout out to Dr. Dawn Ledbetter (anesthesia) and our nurse, Karen. They were both so helpful and went above and beyond to make my daughter feel comfortable.

If I could give 10 stars I would! Very happy with Dr Crews and his staff. My son has been seen in the Hinesville office, and had his surgery today at the Statesboro office. Everything was explained before and after surgery, no issues, and it made me feel better to have Dr Crews number in case we needed to call. Staff is always nice and visits are quick. Dr Crews is very professional took one look at my son and was able to tell me what the issues was when several different doctors kept giving me the run around! friendly and straight forward and also has a good sense of humor. Cannot recommend him enough!

Dr. Crews is a good guy who loves his work. He did a outstanding job with my son. He is always well educated on what he did or needs to do. He remembers people personally and that said something these days when most Dr. Dont care. I REALLY DON'T know what these other reviews are talking about, him being rude and a joke. Nope. Not at all. I'm a hard person to impress and he did a great job.

Dr. Crews is awesome! My son had his tonsils taken out last Thursday and is recovering well. The Dr. and his staff were very thoughful and caring and made you feel more like family than a patient. My 5 year old son loved him because he laughed and played with him a little bit before the surgery.he's very personable! They also called us the day of the surgery and asked how he was doing. I would definately recommend them!

Dr. Crews is the best ent there is. He removed ym 4 year old daughters tonsils and adenoids a week ago. She breathing and sleeping so much better. Him and his staff make you feel very comfortable and let you know every detail before they plan to do it. They allow you to go in the room with your child and for me that was great with my daughter absolutely loved it falling asleep and waking up with me in the room with her.
I recommend to any parent that he is the best ENT ever. His staff is very polite and friendly making me and my child like family. I want to thank you for being very patient with me and doing everything needed for my child.

Dr. Crews is an excellent doctor. He and his staff are very friendly and they took the time to explain everything and answered all of my daughters questions. Dr. Crews even called my house on a Sunday to check up on my daughter. :D I've never known a doctor who would do that. I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Crews to anyone that needs and ENT.

My son had his tonsils removed by Dr. Crews in Statesboro Ga. He was amazing. He explained everything that would happen during and after surgery. His staff was extremely friendly and curtious. Dr. Crews really impressed me and my husband with the attitude and personality he has. He is very respectful. His Staff and Himself do everything they can to make not only you but their patient as comfortable as they can.
He answered every question we asked him and gave us brochures to look at. The medicines he used made it so comfortable for my son to recover you could not tell he had surgery and my son is only 7. Dr. Crews and his staff are amazing and i would recommend anyone and everyone i can to use him.
