Dr Abraham is totally AWESOME from the first day I met her I felt extremely comfortable. After having surgery I was TOTALLY impressed with the job she did OMG. An RN friend of mine said the incision looks like an artist who pays attention to details. Her staff also is amazing both Teresa and Melissa. can't leave them out returned all the 500 phone calls I made lol. I would recommend anyone to Dr Abraham and her staff. Thank you all very much Dennise Bailey

Recently Dr. Kirschembaum told my aunt to call her insurance and advocate for herself to expedite their approval of prescribed treatment. So she did and when the insurance rep didn't see a request, she called the office to confirm if it was sent. Thats when this pleasant man told my aunt she should find a new doctor if she was unhappy with his timetable.
After he explicitly told her to call and expedite the process. Save yourself the trouble and just look elsewhere. Otherwise that pain in your foot will be compounded by the pain in your.

Go somewhere else. It definitely feels like a manipulative network that sends you through their "system" to spend a ton of money and drag out the process. They schedule several unnecessary follow up appointments, each which lasted less than 5 minutes and didn't involve any actual evaluation. I went to several follow up appointments where all they did was tell me the next thing to do was to schedule an appointment with a different department of theirs.
But they definitely still charge you for it. I also did not receive resolution or relief from the problems I was experiencing, and I decided to get off the expensive OSG merry-go-round and go somewhere else.

I'd like to start off with, I'm writing this in the doctors office. I had an appointment at 10:00AM, and arrived 5 mins early like one would. I was not called into a room for 25 mins, and when I was, the nurse asked a few questions and promptly left saying, "he will be right in to see you." After another 30 mins sitting in the treatment room, there is no sign of the doctor.
The medical staff is very professional, but work like a bunch of unmotivated living in there parents basement. The only thing this place has going for it is a nice building, and good medical training. Otherwise I would advise going to another orthopedic office.

Useless is an understatement! I injured my hand all they did was pass me along from extensions to extensions. which led me to a voicemail. and they never even called me back don't waste your time. take your business elsewhere. i did and got a same day appointment somewhere else. Don't bother calling back now. even though they were not going to anyway. What a terrible way to run a doctors office where people need you because they are injured! Wouldn't recommend you to anyone.

Doctor was rough, short tempered, rude and very loud as he thought his walls were sound proof as I heard him talking badly of me to other doctors. I do not recommend their practice, they are shady and are not eligible to prescribe narcotics for a reason, they are a failing business, don't try to save them.

The office is beautiful! I'm going to preface this by saying I have no experience with the actual physical therapists or chiropractors. I simply dropped off my father for his appointment and remained seated in the waiting room. I'm sure the remainder of the staff is lovely. My only qualm is with the women at the front desk. While I waited I was forced to listen to them talk unkindly about patients who were calling in.
I was surprised and honestly disappointed. I work in customer service and can understand their frustration. It's absolutely normal! But I would never express my anger in an area where other patients can so blatantly hear. One woman ranted about how annoying a gentleman was because he always call to schedule an appointment and misses them constantly.
The other woman quickly jumped in to say she knows exactly who that is and she can't stand him either. That's not what you want to hear ever but especially not during your very first experience with this office. It left a bad taste in my mouth.
