Milam's Community Eye Care

Went to visit this practice for the first time today as a new patient. When I say from start to finish the experience was such a breath of fresh air. From the receptionist being friendly to not having to wait for my appt to then just being pleased with the entire thing. In 2022, it's hard to find a good quality of pretty much anything. The office is super home-y and everyone was helpful. Dr. Stacy was super informative and taught me how to put my contacts in Ive been struggling with that for YEARS and quite frankly hated wearing them.

I was so limited in my active life without this skill and having to always wear glasses was a pain. the very first time of her giving me tips and tricks, I got it. I've tried to years many ways and the first time she showed me was a hit. The lady who helped me choose my frames was super honest and delightful as well. She even stopped me from buying an extra pair I tried to last min grab.she identified that I was so eager to get a bargain, I was making an impulsive decision.her being honest helped me make a choice that was practical but also more true to myself and what I told her I needed in the long run which I appreciated so much.

I will def be buying more frames from here bc they offer great deals. This review may seem extra but it was truly all of this plus some! Can't wait to pickup my glasses and and hopefully build a long term relationship with this office.

Very understanding' she takes time with you and makes shearer your health is on track you will know she cares.

I absolutely love this place. Stacy is like family. I cut up and laugh the entire time. It doesn't feel like an eye exam at all. More like hanging out with friends while picking out a new style of frames. Highly recommended!

Great customer service! Took my 88 year old mom in for an exam(she was nervous) but they were so thorough and patient she came out smiling and calling it "MY eye place"! Make it yours, you won't be disappointed!

Milam's has awesome frames! Great choices. The staff is super friendly and very helpful. They were recommended to me by another optometrist office. I have been going to them ever since. They are also great and fast when it comes to repairs.

Great staff wonderful service. I would highly recommend Dr. Stacey and her staff they are caring very knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable I had wore glasses for years and wanted to try contacts and They worked with me to ensure they were correct, comfortable and that I was happy with my vision. Could not have found better service.

Milam's is the BEST. Check my chart. I've been coming here over 10 years and they treat me like I'm so special each time i come here. My eyes can be tricky because of my astigmatism but they have helped me get perfect fitting contracts for over a decade now. I highly recommend you come here for your optometrist needs!

This is where my wife has been going for years. Today my son has his appointment for prescription reevaluation. He has lost both pair of his glasses. My cost out of pocket for the visit is $130 without insurance. This includes the refraction exam for prescription and dilate to check for medical conditions. This is the only facility we use and would recommend our friends here.

If you need eye care, dont go anywhere but here. The staff is very friendly and always willing to help. Have been going here since I was little and highly recommend.

Its always a good experience when I go into Milam's. The staff knows my name and treats me very well. The team is efficient and has a large selection of eye wear.
