I highly recommend Dr. Brown! From the very beginning Dr. Brown and his staff listened thoroughly to what I wanted and gave me every bit of information I needed to feel comfortable and confident throughout the entire process. It has now been a month since my surgery and I couldn't be happier with the results. Overall, such a great experience. Everyone was so kind & Dr. Brown exceeded my expectations!

Dr. Brown and his staff are amazing. Everyone is very knowledgeable, nice and easy to talk to. From my first appointment to the day of my surgery, I felt very comfortable and at ease. Dr. Brown listened to what I wanted and delivered the results. He truly has your best interest at heart and is very honest with you. Everything he told me at my first appointment was accurate, down to my recovery time. It was a very smooth experience/procedure. I highly recommend Dr. Michael J. Brown for his exceptional expertise, skills, knowledge, humility and foremost, his astounding professionalism, honesty and compassionate care. After I was seen recently by a dermatologist last September, I felt devastated as I was advised and referred to 3 plastic surgeons to do a revision of my rhinoplasty which was done in the Philippines many years ago. However, I did my own research online as I am new in the area.

I am so grateful that I have found and have chosen Dr. Brown to be my plastic surgeon. I am very happy with the service and care I received and continue to receive from Dr. Brown and his office. When I had my consultation with Dr. Brown, I felt very comfortable talking to him about what I wished to have done. His office from the beginning answered all my questions and were very patient with me. They are very attentive and responsive to my questions/needs/concerns.

What can I say about Dr. Brown that most don't know already. He is an excellent surgeon, professional, perfectionist, caring, and his precise attention to detail is unmatched. I am someone who likes to know what to expect and can sometimes overthink the situation. all I can say is the care was exceptional from the Surgery Center as well. I am so happy I chose Dr.

Brown as my Plastic Surgeon. What really impressed me is how gentle, meticulous and precise she was during his surgeries. As a patient I wanted my body to get that same care even when under general anesthesia. I think his technique plays an important role in the way your body feels post op and how it heals. Our experience with Dr Brown has truly been wonderful, my wife had breast implant removal surgery with Dr Brown, and from the time we walked into the office the first time the entire staff has been caring supportive and very pleasant to work with. Dr Brown's experience really shows when speaking with him, he is very upfront and honest about expectations, risks and outcomes and is very detail oriented.

The procedure was great and our results even better, we followed Dr Brown's recommendations to the t and couldn't be happier with the outcome. Dr Brown and his staff remained involved post surgery with follow-ups and continued recommendations for a perfect recovery, and we are very thankful for their support. 5 stars all around for this office, amazing results, very highly recommended!

I've been wanting a breast augmentation for at least 10 years now as I've struggled with my body image and confidence. As I began researching for the right doctor I came across Dr. Brown at The Loudoun Center for Plastic Surgery and looked no further. His website caught my attention and led me to call and schedule a consultation. I was truly amazed by all the detailed information, images and videos on the procedures he provided.

When I called his office to schedule my consultation his staff was so kind and informative on the process which made me feel even more confident in my decision. My consultation was nothing less than perfect therefore I schedule my surgery for their first available appointment. The day of surgery any nerves I had were immediately calmed by his staff as they were so positive and compassionate.

Upon waking up from anesthesia I immediately cried because he had given me something I had been longing for so long. The evening following my surgery Dr. Brown called to see how I was doing and answered any questions I had. I couldn't be happier with my immediate results and as I continue to heal I love them even more! I A few weeks later I returned to his office for Botox which was a wonderful experience as well!

Dr. Brown and his staff are incredible. They are knowledgeable and they really take care of each patient. Not only did my procedure go perfectly, the results are better than I could've imagined. And on top of that, Dr. Brown and his staff are very accessible before, during and after your procedure to answer any questions or provide any information you request.
