My one and only complaint is that the visit felt rushed. It felt she was in a hurry, I went in for different issues(skin and hair) she gave me information that honestly google had already given me and made feel like my visit wasnt really necessary I wanted some skin tags removed and her initial answered to that was 'oh, that's cosmetic, thats not covered by insurance' to which I replied ok but what would the cost be.

She again said 'well is not covered by insurance and it depends in what areas in the body you have them.ok! I want them removed and Ill pay out of pocket! She finally answered and proceeded to burned them (3 in my neck area) $100. Office is clean, no wait time. I guess thats my reason for a 3 stars.

I am incredibly impressed by Dr. Mahoney and his staff. I went to him because I was concerned by a skin lesion that looked suspicious to me and to my husband. Dr. Mahoney agreed and sent it for an immediate biopsy. The diagnosis was less than optimal and additional surgery was completed. He and his staff are unilaterally kind, responsive and proficient. I have utmost confidence in my care in his office. I highly recommend him and his staff.

Just saw Sarah Croft and Monica for the first time. I feel so much better about my granddaughter's eczema and confident that it will feel better soon. We have seen 3 other doctors and it keeps getting worse. Sarah certainly knew what she was talking about and I am so relieved. Great experience. Update: after the first night my granddaughter felt and looked so much better. Now, several days later she thinks she is all better, I think not quite, but pretty close. Thank you Sarah Croft! What a relief!

5/14/2021 After I had my first appointment ever with Dr. Croft at this establishment I was real tempted to write this review but I chose to give the benefit of the doubt and thought maybe it was just not her day. I picked this practice initially on all the RAVE reviews for Dr. Mahoney and made an apt. back in March but unfortunately life happens and I had to cancel it due to my moms death.

When I returned I felt like I needed to get back to a new apt. so I made one with the fastest Dr., now I know why she's available! From the moment she came in the room it was like she was already out the door. You don't need me to explain what I mean cause most people who even look at these reviews are looking for specific reasons. I'm partial to an excellent bedside manner and time spent with me making sure I understand everything or just seeming like they care your there, that is NOT what I received.

This lady couldn't get out of the room fast enough. She did manage to ask if I wanted something removed so I said yes and she did her thing very fast mind you and I was on my way. As I left the building I felt like I was just robbed but she did get something done so I decided to just let it go this time. Well the next week I had questions and an issue about her work on my arm so I called the office and was put through to a lady who was suppose to call me back, she never did.

Now it's a week later and I call again to speak to someone; I tell her my issue and she writes it down, tells me the Clinic Coordinator will call me back and sorry for the first time. Still no call or message. This isn't good health care; this is just bad business and bad Dr. care! Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else or at least see the Dr. who's name is on the practice, I will be next time.

My family has had a great experience with Dr. Mahoney. We had originally brought our baby to see him, after he was recommended by our sons pediatrician, because he was having very bad skin reactions as a newborn. He was great with our young son and continued to see him for check ups to make sure Everything was ok. My husband decided to see Dr. Mahoney after this and had a great experience himself as well. It's great to have a doctor you can trust and have a wonderful experience from the moment you walk in.

I have been a patient of Dr. Mahoney for three years. The staff are wonderful as they do care about your needs. Dr. Mahoney is very easy to talk to as he takes his time to listen to any concerns or questions you may have. I have never felt rushed to get through my appointment. I have had other not so good experiences with other dermatologists. Dr. Mahoney and his team are the best! I wouldn't go elsewhere.

We love Dr. Mahoney and his lovely staff! My family has trusted Mahoney Dermatology for years with our family's skin & each visit has been a joy. He & his team are knowledgeable, personable, thorough & always ready to answer even what many may consider a "trivial" question. Appointments are always on time, which matters a great deal when kiddos are involved! We recommend this office anytime the word "dermatologist" comes up! Just love these people to pieces!

As a retired surgeon, I feel I am a good judge of quality care and a quality office staff. Dr. Mahoney and his office staff are exemplary in their patient care and knowledge of dermatology. Dr. Mahoney actually shocked me in his knowledge of other medical fields, he is also a trained pediatrician. I have seen him for diagnostic reasons as well as for surgical procedures and in both cases his care and follow-up have been excellent. If you are looking for a quality doctor and a staff that actually answer the phone and call you back with results, this is the office you should be going to.

Dr. Mahoney has been a real life saver for me. From the moment I became a patient of his, I have received nothing but help and the ability to be happy and healthy with my own skin. His treatment and knowledge truly helped me overcome my issue, and take charge of what I can do for it. The staff is so friendly and always helpful. I appreciate everything they all do, and the care I've received as a patient. I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Mahoney, his knowledge and caring nature will absolutely help you get where you need to be.

I have had Psoriasis for over 36 years & have had numerous Dermatologists. None of the came close to the care & support I receive at Mahoney Dermatology. Dr. Mahoney really listens to you. He takes the time to review your skin issues with you, devises a plan of action and fights for your rights and medication approvals with the insurance companies.

His staff is wonderful as well. They are always friendly and always greet you with a smile. I would highly recommend Mahoney Dermatology for all of your skin care needs. They are the best. I am so happy to have found them.

My whole family is treated by Mahoney Dermatology. We have had nothing but a positive experience. The staff is thorough, respectful, kind, & friendly. They respond to all our needs with care and compassion. They never rush you in and out. When they are with you they make you feel you are their only patient. I highly recommend Mahoney Dermatology.

Dr. Mahoney and his staff are wonderful. I decided to make an appointment with Dr. Mahoney after reading many positive reviews. Without a doubt he is the best dermatologist I've been to. I could not be more pleased with the care he has given me. He is very knowledgeable, caring, personable and takes the time to go over any questions or concerns. His staff is also very courteous and accommodating, managing their office and appointments extremely well during the pandemic.

Over the past 30 years, I have seen a few dermatologists due to skin cancer but did not feel comfortable with their care. That is not the case with Mahoney Dermatology. I am very confident in Dr. Mahoney and fully trust in his care.

A great place. I had my first appointment there yesterday and my only regret is that I did not go there years ago. The best Dermatology Practice I have ever seen. The entire staff are smart, welcoming and good at what they do. Very well run office, everyone pleasant. I saw PA Amber and she is incredible, highly skilled and knowledgeable, I received more care in one short visit with her than I have in years at other, lesser places.

When you see PA Amber you are receiving Medical Care at a world class level, care at the highest most expert level. Visit here one time and you will never go anywhere else. Finding this wonderful Practice is like winning the lottery.
