This place is great! Easy check-in and forms done on your phone from your car. Very nice staff and super helpful. No wait and I got the receipt I needed. I will go here again!

Went to get a covid test today and the service was horrible. I was very nice and had normal questions, and right off the bat the receptionist lady (short brunette/reddish haired girl) was rude. She was condescending and I just was wondering where to pick up my prescription and had questions about the cost. There was a $208 charge on top of the $75 for the covid test.

My daughter went here and the staff treated her very rudely! Did not explain anything and we're not friendly from the front receptionist all the way to nurse and doctor. Definitely won't send my kids there ever again! Plenty of other urgent cares in College Station. It's not hard to treat patients with kindness!

I was feeling pretty bad. Scheduled an appointment to be tested for COVID. From the time I walked in the door at Brazos Valley Urgent Care I was treated with kindness from the lady at the front desk to the one that checked me out at the end to everyone in between. I have to especially say that there is one individual that not only went the extra mile he went an extra thousand miles. Quint is an amazing individual from scheduling me an appointment at another care facility in the area that gives the IV infusions from following up on me the next day.

Not that everyone in the clinic did not go the extra mile it was that Quint went out of his way to help and inform me of what I needed to do. We need more folks like Quint and the entire staff at BVUC in our world. Thank you so much for the care you gave me and if I could I would give you guys 10 stars! (BTW - I will never go back to that other facility. They were horrible)

My daughter was involved in an auto accident. Nothing serious. She hit her head on an airbag and has some neck pain. These are the exact types of injuries that this urgent care facility says they will address. Unfortunately, when she tried to go in to see a doctor, they refused to treat her because she was in an auto accident. This is a horribly discriminatory way of doing business in my opinion. She has health insurance and she has personal injury protection. Yet this facility refused to see her.

I was pleased with my experience getting a Covid test at Brazos Valley Urgent Care today, August 5, 2021. Online setting the appointment and providing info took less than 10 minutes. I was scheduled within 30 mins of going online, and only waited in the parking lot for about 15 mins. Went right to treatment room within 5 mins, got prompt informative evaluation, answers to all my questions related to Covid, and genuine input from PA Erin who also did my test. Had rapid result nose swab test and result came after just 20 mins. I can recommend this Urgent Care for Covid testing. I realize not all waits will be as short as mine.

After a long wait at BSW Convenient Care and not being able to get in there, my daughter headed over to Brazos Valley Urgent Care and was seen almost immediately. She said everyone from the office staff, to the nurse and doctor were very helpful and polite. I even called while she was still waiting at the "other" place and they were helpful in confirming insurance information and assuring me my daughter could be seen in a timely manner. We were very impressed with the professionalism of this practice and from now on this will be our go to place!

I have unfortunately had to visit this urgent care twice but have fortunately have always been met with professionalism, great bedside manner from Dr. Maedo and her staff, and have always left feeling confident about the treatment plan. I would recommend this urgent care for those that also unfortunately need to go! 10/10.

I've been here a couple times and my experience with the staff has been poor. They are very condescending, especially the nurses, and the appointment feels rushed. I didn't get the opportunity to ask questions after my test results, and I didn't get the opportunity to finish what I was saying with the nurse because I was cut off with rude remarks.

I recommend going to Integrity urgent care! All of the physicians, nurses, and staff are super nice and always helpful. I only went to Brazos Valley because they had rapid tests available.

They were wonderful! We booked an appointment online so we could go there without a lot of wait time. I was impressed with their system to do the paperwork and wait in your car, which avoided a crowded waiting room! They are being really smart about their patient safety! We had wonderful care and they listened to my concerns. They were excellent with my 2-yr-old and informative about her diagnosis.

They also gave me parameters of what signs/symptoms would necessitate us taking her to the ER. They gave us a follow up call the next day to see how she was doing and to see if we had any questions. Amazing!
