Services
Inview Imaging performs MRIs using "wide bore" Siemens 1.5T MRI scanners to provide a comfortable exam for all individuals, including large and claustrophobic patients. Because the opening of our magnet is significantly wider and the length is shorter, most patients are surprised by the "open feeling" they experience.
It is very important to us that you feel our commitment to patient care and comfort from the moment you arrive at our center through the completion of your exam. Whatever you do, don't go here. The experience from the front desk, to the dirty waiting room and grungy rooms, to the imaging tech were all awful. Very unprofessional. Also look out for them trying to bill you a high flat fee. They tried billing me over 200 upfront, luckily my insurance said not to pay until it was processed and ended up only paying 50.00. Bedside manner was not impressive. Honestly go to any other imagine center if you want professionalism.

Expert and helpful staff and doctors. They are on top of Covid 19 precautions. Quick and thoughtful results. I recommend them 100%. Don't waste your time with other providers.

I NEVER write reviews.but I felt like I had to express my gratitude to everyone at Inview Imaging for going above and beyond, during a time that was very difficult for me and my family. From the moment we walked in, the staff was incredibly kind and helpful. I know from experience that waiting to get back results can be stressful, but were relieved when we the report was returned so quickly. Thank you thank you! Highly recommend!

My fiance and I have been physically threatened and chased out of our home the morning of our original appointment, for the suspects in an ongoing case somehow found out we were helping the police. In order to communicate with the police department and make sure we're safe and stable after all the trauma we've been through, I called their office trying to explain what happened and why we'd like to reschedule.

Their employees say no, sorry, no show is no show, we can only schedule you for the latest or the earliest possible times in the future as a punishment. Apparently my fiance now has some degree of PTSD and isn't willing to leave home after dusk, but the employees at Inview Medical Imaging Fremont location still insist on us either be there very early in the morning or very late at night, if we still want to do our MRI with them.

Now we have decided to go with another company at San Jose, we still want to let people on Google know how we were treated when we were trying to be customers at this location. Best of luck selecting a company that could at least try to understand you, when emergencies happen.

Inview Imaging is a great facility with friendly, professional staff who are helpful and knowledgeable. I have never had any issues with scheduling and have enjoyed all my visits to their office. The management here is amazing. Also love that it's a local business!

I just relocated to the area and needed to find a good place for some routine screening images. I was very pleasantly surprised at the friendly and personal service at Inview Imaging. Very nice front desk staff and the imaging technician was a delight!

Sadly, we want the public to know that Radiologist -Dr. Brad Piatt, says with 21 years experience- shows lack dedicated to he's professions. recently he gave out a negative Chest Xray reports, turned out he missed a 7+ cm mass, which consider totally totally not acceptable, what do you think?

I had an MRI taken of my wrist today. They brought me back right on time and everyone was courteous. The technician was very patient and kind when I experienced some claustrophobia. Everything went well but I hope I never need an MRI again.

Appalling! Waiting 24 hours and counting for x-ray results. My son hurt his foot at a sporting event and my wife took him to Inview Imaging for an X-ray. He can barely put any weight on his foot and has had to miss several days of school without a diagnosis. At the time of writing this a full business day has passed without getting results of his x-rays.

I just had an MRI of my Lumbar Spine. This is not the first time I have been to Inview Imaging and have been very pleased with their services each time. I love that they are local, close to home and even offer Saturday appointments! The technicians are prompt, friendly, empathetic, and clear in their communication of what to expect (MRI's can be noisy and claustrophobic, etc).

They also made me feel comfortable and were very professional. I heard from my doctor right away which means my images were read and sent to my doctor promptly. I had options in where I could go for my imaging and I have been to other facilities, where I have had to wait and didn't receive the kind of service I received at Inview Imaging. My doctor wanted to make sure the report was read accurately and when I mentioned Dr Brad Piatt's group, he agreed that Inview was a great choice.

Came with my mom for the breast mammogram, technologist Susan, who has been working for more than 30 years was very friendly and professional in instructing. She knew English was not out primary language and the way she slowly explained to us was really careful and gentle. She also used our some words in our language to indicate us.

I don't know why such a well known facility would have such an unfriendly and rude receptionist. I had no complaints with the technician who was efficient and friendly BUT to have such a greeter/secretary, who is your front person and first impression, be so unpleasant is beyond me. I will come back but next time be prepared for this type of personality.

After a few minutes wait, chest xray was done efficiently. We had xrays done there before so there were no problems in servicing us. For new clients, they checkout your insurance and if it is not on their list, they will offer a self payment option.

I wanted to write a review a while ago, just never got around to it. I had an MRI and am very claustrophobic. I really thought I would not be able to do the exam but the tech, Bev, was so sweet, patient, and very professional. Usually people get annoyed with my claustrophobia but she let me be and supported whatever decision I made. She explained the exam in detail and told me what to expect, which I had not gotten before in my other MRI's at other facilities.

She talked to me like a human being, which you hardly get these days, especially in the medical field. We were even able to laugh about it in the end. I am appreciative of her, and have told my friends and family that if you want a personable MRI experience then go to Inview in Lafayette and ask for Bev to do your scan!
