This office was recommended to me by my son's pediatrician. My son was seen by Dr. Santos and immediately just from hearing my son breath he knew what the issue was. Not only was he friendly to me and my son but his quick diagnosis relieved me. My son had to have surgery to have his adenoids removed and everything with well. The next day Dr. Santos call to check on my son and that meant a lot to me. He did not have a nurse call he called himself! Honestly the whole team was really nice and appreciated everyone's patience with my active 2yr old.

Whatever you do don't come to this office as a new patient in January. Cause Lord knows if your insurance company sent out new cards but you don't have your physical PLASTIC insurance card yet. Yet despite having literally the same thing/information (image of card)on paper, they will turn you away! I'd pick zero stars if I could.

First off, the front desk staff here is kind and proficient. Secondly, Dr. Duggal is absolutely amazing and I highly recommend him to anyone having any ear, nose or throat issues. Having recently preformed a septoplasty on me which has greatly improved my breathing, he will definitely be my go to ENT for years to come. His bedside manner is incredible and I always felt comfortable discussing my issues and the solutions with him.

I knew I was in good hands. My healing from surgery was spectacular and it's all thanks to Dr. Duggal! If you're looking for a trustworthy, responsive and over all good ENT he's your guy.

Today our 4 yr old had his tonsils and adenoids removed by Dr. Daniel Santos and everything went beautifully! Which I'm not surprised considering Dr. Santos removed mine in 2019, and my older sons in 2016. Dr. Santos is very compassionate, personable, objective, and thorough during the entire process start to finish. His bed side manner is unlike any doctor I've ever worked with and I've been in the medical field for over 13 years.

He patiently worked with our family through this pandemic to give us the best advice on when to do our surgery. There are not enough words to describe how amazing he is and I'd recommend him a million times over and over again! His entire staff is very professional in the office and in the surgery center. His surgical coordinator Hilary was very prompt and thorough with all the paperwork and necessary preop information needed. Dee who checks you in at the surgery center is one of the kindest souls I've ever encountered, and seeing her 3 different times over the last 5 years, I know she is someone I will never ever forget.

All the preop nurses, and the Anesthesiologist were very comforting and professional as well. Our recovery nurse Beth was absolutely amazing! She attended to my needs as a mother, and since I was alone due to the 1 person only rule during COVID, she went out of her way to make sure I was ok. The entire staff was just spectacular! Thank you so much to everyone at Chesapeake ENT for taking such great care of our entire family during our surgeries, you are a special group of people and we appreciate each and every one of you!

If you like to feel like your bothering someone call this place. When I scheduled my appointment i was giving 1 time and the night before recieved a text with a completely different time of which I couldnt do. I called and left a message about the issue. The lady called me back. I told her I was giving a different time when I made the appointment and i cant do the 2.

She said so you wanna cancel. I said yes I cant do that. Shes like fine its cancelled. She didnt ask it I wanna reschedule or anything. Just wanted me off the phone. Even though I am having a great deal of pain in my ear. Not professional and doesnt even care. I hope the drs care more then their front desk staff.

I saw Dr. Doogle 2 days ago to have my ears cleaned. He wasn't even the doctor I was scheduled to see, I was scheduled for a Dr. nuygen. Granted I was (late but not by my fault) they did fit me in however this doctor doogle had very little compassion when it came to my special needs or acknowledged anything I told and was telling him before he ruptured my ear drum after continuously telling him he was hurting me and it was obvious to him however he talked and treated me as if I was a inconvenience and even told me. "You're Making Me Work Today" now my ear is draining blood and clear fluid and throbbing. It wasn't like that before I went in there. All I needed was my ears cleaned now I have a perforated eardrum.

Decent Dr's but the service and attention is seriously lacking. Poor follow up, no online payments (in this day and age, seriously?), no response to voicemail (only their billing dept. has ever responded to us), etc. After having been with them for about 4/5 yrs, my family has decided to go elsewhere. PS: their telehealth appointments are simply abysmal considering all the tech around us. Be prepared to carve out 2 hours from your busy day & wait by your email for their instructions/link. I guess their time is more important than mine?

This is my first visit here. Staff was ok except for the woman at the front desk. Her name is Cici. I stood in front of her for almost 10 minutes. She saw me but didn't acknowledge me. After I got tired of standing in front of her I went and sat down in the waiting area. An elderly white couple came in and she acknowledged their presence immediately. I don't know what is wrong with her. I just came in for my appointment. Maybe she hates black people. Shame, because she's black.

Dr. Santos was professional, caring and compassionate. I was seen on time (actually 10 minutes early) and felt that I received the doctor's full attention to my concern. I would recommend him to anyone having ENT issues.

This office deserves more than 5 stars; from my first phone call to make an appointment all the way through to check out. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable and the doctors are extremely compassionate! I would most definitely recommend them to anyone I know!
