Dr. Deborah K. Ekstrom is a native of the Midwestern US and has adopted New England as her home for the past 30 years. Dr. Ekstrom is an experienced, board-certified plastic surgeon. Her special interests include breast surgery, facial rejuvenation using liposuction, dermal fillers and Botox, and body contouring using a variety of state-of-the art techniques.Dr. Ekstrom works with both Mentor Corporation and McGhan (Allergan) implant companies as an investigator using silicone implants in reconstruction and breast lift patients.

I went to Salisbury Plastic Surgery and was seen by the on duty PA Makayla, who was assisted by Lisa. Both were professional and empathetic. I felt comfortable and relaxed at all times. I had to have a small area of skin removed, and I honestly can say it went so well I never even felt the injection used to numb the area. I was given clear and easy to understand discharge information, and even got a phone call after I got home checking to see how I felt and if I had any questions. I cannot recommend Salisbury Plastic Surgery enough!

I've been going to Salisbury Plastic Surgery for several years. Throughout this time I've been assisted by Allison (Allie), both in the treatment rooms and now at the front desk scheduling and greeting patients. It is always a pleasure to see her warm, welcoming and reassuring face - it immediately makes me feel comfortable and any nerves melt away.
She is always receptive to questions and tries her best to assist you in any way she can. Her vast experience and knowledge are an asset not often found these days! I also want to mention Makayla, who I recently saw for the first time. Makayla really took the time to discuss the treatment I was interested in and tailored it to my personal needs. She too made me feel comfortable, listened attentively, and made me feel that she was there to help me achieve the best result for me, and not just to promote services - her relaxed and friendly demeanor made me very comfortable and I will happily return and request her.

I have had only positive experiences at Salisbury Plastic Surgery as has my husband. Dr. Ekstrom and her team are amazing! I have been a client there for 5 years and still look forward to each visit. The team, Makayla, Sonia and all the other members are wonderful, friendly, accommodating. Skin care regimen, IPL, fillers, etc. have kept my skin healthy and well. Following their recommendations, I have avoided some age related skin changes. They are amazing! Thank you!

I went to Salisbury Plastic Surgery seeking help for mask related acne. Over the past year, I've gone to spas, Med spas, and dermatologists for this issue. Unfortunately nothing helped. In fact, in most cases, my skin got worse. I finally tried Salisbury Plastic Surgery. Thus far, I've had one facial with Sonia, and my skin is already looking better than it has in so long! Sonia took to the time listen to my concerns, develop a plan of care, and create an at home regimen for me.

I love Salisbury plastic surgery, the facility is beautiful, super clean and the staff is always cheerful and welcoming. I've gotten botox done a few times by Kayla and she is amazing! She is always professional and answers any questions I might have. I will definitely be returning for future procedures.

Recently relocated back to the Worcester area from Washington, DC. After seeing the same Nurse Practitioner for almost seven years in DC for my Botox and filler needs, I was a little apprehensive about what I would do upon getting back to MA. Luckily, without much of a search, I found Makayla Porter, PA-C at Salisbury Plastic Surgery. Cannot recommend her highly enough for anyone looking to freshen up or knock a few years down.
She is not only extremely friendly and has excellent "bedside manners, " but she's also very clearly knowledgeable about the various options / products and very skilled at what she does. Makayla aside, the clinic is conveniently located, extremely clean and professional looking, and the rest of the staff is friendly, too. After a couple of visits, I've been very happy with the results, and for sure, can say that I found my new home for these needs moving forward.
