I recommend going to a different urology practice. I used to take my mother to Urology Associates in New Castle. Not a good experience so we moved to Urology Associates in Anderson and I became a patient there as well. I only give them (New Castle and Anderson) one star. I think that tells what my experience was with this company. I actually would give them 2 thumbs down if I could.

My experience has been VERY positive. The Dr. was very thorough and all test were done competentantly. I appreciate Urology Associates LLC and the excellent care I've been given over the years. I would not pay attention to any negative reviews. These are patient issues. Not the practice.

I advise anyone to avoid this practice like the plague. I was kept waiting 54 minutes and I then a staff member that I would no longer wait, she loudly told told me " Then you better get outa here!". I never saw the doctor but he still charged my insurance for a visit that he never showed up for. His business morals should be closely examined.
