I've been to this location multiple times. I have an old knee injury that acts up from time to time, and my ortho sends me for rehab to get it straightened out again. This time, however, I've been rehab'ing a shoulder injury, which is a whole new beast for me. The facility itself is clean and organized. The equipment is in good shape.

Everyone is helpful and makes you feel welcome. I've had a lot of the same faces that I've come to know over the years, and I've gotten to meet a few new ones. The only downside is that it can sometimes be hard to get in on certain days and times, or with certain people, but if you are able to set up your appointments for a ways out, then you're usually good. Otherwise, things tend to fill up quickly.

I prefer working with the same person for the whole time I'm there, but it can be hard to accomplish simply due to the schedule. The upside is that they all take very good notes on what goes on during each session in order to track progress, but also to let the other therapists know what's been going on. On a personal note, they're LGBTQ-friendly (although their intake system needs to be updated to include preferred names, which I brought to their attention). They've also been excellent about including my service dog in everything, and very respectfully of boundaries.

I've just completed a successful round of PT at Novacare for a back problem. I can't say enough about the professionalism and quality of the care I recieved. The staff is truly top notch; friendly, qualified, and thorough. Hopefully, I'll never need PT again, but if I do, there is no question in my mind about where I'll go.
