Here on my day off, I've been sitting in the waiting room for an hour and a half, the same people all staring at the walls waiting for something to happen. The woman at the lab window is hilariously rude and I'm over it. This place is a joke. Edit: It's been 2 hours. Edit: I've been sitting here for 4 hours. Last edit: I'm finally being seen after 4.5 hours. BUT I got put in a room for another 45 minutes. The DMV is a nicer experience than this place. Edit: Sike. I'm back in a waiting room. The grand total is almost 5 hours.

These are the most ridiculous people I've ever had to deal with! I have no idea why companies choose to deal with this place!

Front desk was excellent! All the unnecessary things after that.

So very slow and the people here are rude. Been here for 4 hrs and got nothing done.

I would not give one star if I did not have to. But I had too to warn people. So I went with my son to do a drug test and a physical on Monday may 15 2018. My son just graduated on ma the 9 so he had never done anything like that. He was alittle on the nerves side. A girl called Carly took my sons drug test 3 time and poured it out on him we where there from 9 to 4 and she pour all of them out and then had the nerve to call the company and tell them he refused to take one. So she cost him a great job. Because she did not have the time to deal with a nervous kid.

Terrible, the entire staff has a chip on their shoulder. Unnecessarily slow about everything they had to do until it was closing time. Refuse to follow federal HIPPA laws. YOUR medical records ARE YOURS by law regardless of who pays for them. Every violation would cost them a $100,000 fine if people would report them. Told me at 5:00 that they needed paperwork from a dr. back home in the EDT timezone.

First thing the next day I got the paperwork to them, they denied receiving it, caught them in a lie! It's now after 1300 and they still haven't finished with me, day 2. Only gave them 1 star because I HAD to.

BEWARE! A group of organized hustlers, thieves just the same. Prior to going to South Africa, I went to them to get a Hep A & Typhoid shot. I paid $240 and was advised that this included both the initial Hep A shot and the second one that you had to get within a year of the first. Later I learned both shots were available at any clinic for $10 each, but I do not blame them for that.

I should have researched better. However, when I returned for the second shot they wanted an additional $120. I admittedly went crazy on these people and left to keep my own sanity! A friend that was also traveling was told the exact same thing and had the same experience. This company should be a shame, but I'm sure it is just shady business as usual! Stay away!

I'm actually here now 8/18/17 and the people at the front desks are excellent. I signed my paperwork and they gave me paperwork to sign in with at the lab. I find that the receptionist at the lab was very rude and unkind. I actually plan on filing a compliant while I'm here along with going as far as writing this review. Hopefully she is talked to to fix the problem, or as a medical marketer I will not recommend this facility to any of my referral sources!
