Absolutely the best care. I called because my current eye clinic didn't take emergency cases, had no openings for a week, and my eye was throbbing. A friend referred me here and I'm so thankful for it! I was seen within an hour of calling for help. Janelle and Dr. Baldus were the most kind, compassionate and knowledgeable team I could have asked for that day. I walked out with a prescription and a plan for healing - 2 days out and doing so much better! Definitely going back! THANK YOU!

I had an eye exam and the Dr. was sooo nice. I couldnt find the glasses i was looking for and Tammy called and checked around for me and found the glasses I liked and that my insurance would cover. Thank you Tammy. Dewain

So I've been a long standing customer of I don't know exactly but at least 10+ years. The last 2 times I've had to be seen because my eyes were bothering me have not been the greatest visits. I feel like they treat you different if you are poor which I am. And I buy my glasses online because my insurance wont cover what I need and I simply can't afford to pay the prices in store. last year their eye care people treated me terribly!

And this year they forgot to give me prescriptions (which admittedly is partly my fault too but I just wanted to grab some food and get home what with current covid issues (AGAIN)) So I had to come back the next day (today) and pickup the Rxs only they only have my distance one not the Bi-focal one so some Dr that I didn't see filled one out and I can only HOPE it's correct and that I wont have to be going through the same mess as last year where they gave me the wrong pupillary distance number so I could order my glasses. I'm seriously not happy and I don't have much choice about going somewhere else being on medical assistance.

Not only do they provide great service every time I am in there, but they also helped me out during a stressful situation. I was out of state and had realized I had forgotten my contact lenses. Without hesitation, they contacted a local eye clinic that was near me and helped provide me with contact lenses for the duration of my trip. I am extremely grateful and will most definitely continue to use this eye clinic in the future!

The staff is always friendly and the doctors are fantastic. They have always been available for questions and helpful with any emergent eye issues.

Attention to detail and much more! Both my husband and I had a very thorough eye exams and great professionalism from the doctors. By the time we got to picking and choosing our eyeglasses, we were met with even more professionalism. All the employees in the eyewear department went above and beyond to meet the needs we didn't even know we had. I will continue to work with this clinic and eye wear department in the future.

Special thanks to Michelle who helped to select classes I would never have chosen for myself or for my husband. Everyone was incredibly helpful throughout the entire clinic. We will continue to do business there now and in the future.

I had a last minute appt because of an irritation spot on my eye and they were able to get me in quickly. Drs and staff were very professional, courteous and treated you with respect.

Friendly, competent, and they remember you. They are very open and great at explaining benefits and were upfront about the cost of everything. They even dealt with an issue that they didn't have to because of the incompetence of the place I had got my eye exam at. Wonderful staff who knows their stuff! Go here if you need an eye exam or frames, they have an amazing selection to choose from!

I usually dread going to the eye doctor, but I had an exam here today for the first time and had a great experience. Very kind and cordial staff; Dr K was thorough and kind, and answered all of my questions. I was pleased with the whole experience!
