So grateful for finding Burgess Plastic Surgery couple of years back! The staff is wonderful and friendly, building is easy to locate, clean and pro looking, FREE ample parking, medical grade skin care. Loving it! Have been going there for not too invasive treatments for aging skin and nurse Halie has been such a knowledgeable and pleasant provider!

One can tell she's found her niche and is being awesome in it. Knowledgeable, professional, no bad vibes, results driven, good listener and great with equipment and injections- that's Halie. No one likes to read lengthy reviews and this one could go on and on and on raving about how great Burgess Plastic Surgery and nurse Halie are. Write down your concerns, make appointment and let Halie do her magic! If you don't find experience as wonderful and delightful as I do- at least you didn't have to pay for parking: P.S. Their specials and sales are pretty awesome too!

I have had such a great experience with Dr Burgess and her staff. I had a breast augmentation in March and Dr Burgess and her staff were amazing. I have been back twice since then for a chemical peel and Botox. Alisha did both of those procedures and she was so nice and talk me through both! I will be a return customer for sure.

Absolutely love Dr. Burgess, Maggie and her team of women. I had a mastectomy and they did the rebuild. They took such amazing care of me I can't say enough. The office staff are awesome always ready to help in any way they can. The med spa nurse Haley is who has helped me with my aging skin, Botox, IPL and other treatments that I have been so fortunate to have done I won the Golden Ticket for this year.

Which allows me multiple treatments through out the year. I really can see the difference in my 60yr old face. I had lots of sun damage. There's never any kind of pressure. I would give them a 10 star rating if I could.

Hailey is hands down the best injector ever! She's a true perfectionist and understands the anatomy and chemistry so deeply that I never even need to go back for a touch up after botox or dysport! She really cares about her patients and takes the time to explain everything and answers all my questions. I can't recommend her enough! I look so much younger and healthier after receiving treatment from her. She's the best!

I had an excellent experience with Dr. Burgess and her staff from start to finish. They were incredibly sensitive to my needs, responded to my questions very quickly before and after surgery, and I always found them to be respectful and positive to be around. I never felt pressured to buy products which was something that worried me before meeting with a plastic surgeon. I would definitely recommend this office and Dr. Burgess.

Dr. Burgess and her staff are amazing. From the moment I walked into the office I was treated with respect and kindness. Everyone I encountered is professional and makes you feel safe and special. And the best part. I love my results! I can't thank you enough.

If you're transgender or gender non-conforming and looking for gender affirming care/surgery, this is not the place. This is clearly a place for women with cisgender bodies. I had a consult with Dr. Burgess and didn't end up going through with surgery, I actually began crying the second I left the building. I didn't want to give too low of a rating because I don't think she did anything terribly wrong, which is why I gave 3 stars instead of 1, but she's clearly not educated on transgender care.

I was misgendered a lot, followed by many profuse apologies, which made me really uncomfortable. For future reference: if you misgender someone, just correct yourself and move on, no need to apologize repeatedly, that makes the situation really uncomfortable. I was told by Dr. Burgess that I couldn't get the surgery I really wanted, but have since found another surgeon that specializes in transgender care and haven't had any issues, and was approved for the exact surgery that I want with my insurance, which Dr. Burgess told me wouldn't be possible. Dr. Burgess is just not versed in transgender or gender affirming care, if you're interested in making your practice more inclusive I would suggest taking some follow up courses to become more educated on the subject.

I had a breast implant removal and reduction procedure done here several years ago, but never left a review back then - time to do so! My whole experience from start to finish was fantastic - friendly, easy, comfortable. I always felt informed (and like I wasn't being misled or pushed into anything), and I genuinely felt cared about - especially when it came to the procedure itself. Dr. Burgess spent an additional ~25 minutes to deal with scarring that was left from a poorly-done implant years before, and as a result I went from having almost no sensation in that breast to about 90% sensation after.

I also have very little scarring from this procedure, despite it being much more involved than the implant process. She gives 100%, which is especially important in processes affecting body image. I would absolutely recommend Dr. Burgess to anyone!

I has a tt mr last month and love the resluts. The nurses were 100% available and verry uplifting and patient. Dr Burgess can seem rushed but when I had questions she took time to make sure I had the answers I was looking for. And I found she was verry pleasant and compassionate. I checked her out on Oregon board of medicine and she has a great report nothing to bad or against her.

I'm beyond happy with the results. If she is one you are considering I recommend her 100%?. I still have my breast lift and maybe back lipo I guarantee I will be using her again.

My experience with Dr. Burgess and her staff was absolutely flawless. Everyone is very knowledgeable, kind and personable. The protocol and process they follow makes you feel safe and comfortable. Dr. Burgess performed a breast implant exchange and a tummy tuck on January 21st, 2021. I am 4 weeks PO and my results are amazing already, I couldn't be happier with the whole process. Dr. Burgess is definitely an expert in breasts and tummies! She has a excellent eye for detail and she picked the perfect size implants for my body and gave me the cutest bellybutton! Thank you Dr. Burgess for a great start to 2021!

I made an appointment with Dr. Burgess in the hope that I could improve my waistline, and my personal self image. I am 68 years old. I met with the doctor and shared my concerns, and after a series of questions and answers she recommended a "tummy tuck". Yes, even at my age. We determined that I had no health risk issues that would prohibit be from undergoing surgery.

She gave me no false hope and basically told me I would look better but she reminded me that I do not have the skin of a 40 year old anymore. After careful consideration, I gave her the O.K. lets do this. Let me tell you.what an unbelievable and wonderful outcome I had. My 38 year old told me."mom you look like a teenager". As I mentioned, I did this for me not for anyone else, and I could not be happier at 9 weeks out.

I have already informed Dr. Burgess I will and have recommended her to all of my friends one of which already made an appointment. Dr. Burgess is just awesome, and her staff are very warm, knowledgeable and caring.

Dr. Burgess did daughters surgery. I found her bedside demeanor completely pleasant, professional, and genuine. My daughter is very pleased. She did a lot of research before choosing Dr. Burgess and the results are amazing. Also, the nurses at Meridian were wonderful. Our night nurse even packed a snack bag for us to take since we had a two hour drive home. Highly recommend this surgeon. A big thank you to all who took such good care of my daughter.

I finally had a true skin care consult with a professional. Halie, RN, was remarkable. She listened to my skin care concerns, took photos did some analysis and developed a plan. This includes treatments and some products. So far I have had two different treatments and have been using certain products for over three weeks. I am loving the results especially since I am 68 years old and results are hard to come by. Dr. Burgess and Halie are wonderful providers.

I am a 63-year-old mother of 5 and on October 30, 2020 was my 1-year post op anniversary I am 5'5" and weigh 128 lbs. I was always unhappy with the size of my breast since my youth. I have had a great experience with Dr. Burgess's office from day one. The office staff is always helpful and very courteous.
